Never again. It was quick. That's about all I can say. Waiting with no one acknowledging my presence for some time. They asked for my keys and walked away ... no paperwork, quote, etc. Finished oil change and they brought out my interior cabin air filter and said they wanted to change it. This means they went through and took everything out of my glove box - basically, went through my personal things to pull something out of my car that I did't authorize them to do. They also pulled my car air filter ... I had a brand new one sitting on my back seat already.So, I had topped up my tires a couple days prior to 35-36 psi. After the oil change they said they topped up my tires. Huh? The following day my air pressure alarm came on in my car. They didn't look low. But I checked. Three tires had been overinflated to 42 psi and each of these three had the air nozzle cap barely screwed back on. I was amazed they hadn't fallen off. The third tire, which had the air cap fully tightened had 35psi. So they checked only 3 tires, overinflated them, and didn't screw the caps back down. Seriously?Now that I'm writing this, I think I better go check the oil level to make sure they put enough in.Incompetence, invasion of privacy, and pulling things out of my car that I didn't request. Nope. My one and only time at a Jiffy Lube.

I got my oil changed today here, everything was ok. I drove home I noticed my old sticker next oil change was still there and there was no current sticker. So I called to ask when is my next oil change Sticker, he told me that I have to ask for it. And asked me to come back if you need it.The guy never admitted his mistake.Also my oil change is every 10000 mil but here the sticker which they have put says in next 8000 mil.

Went for an oil change. They showed me a dirty air filter that wasn't mine, and after I declined to have them replace it they replaced my clean air filter with the dirty one. Was driving home later that night when everything started rocking and rolling. Got home to see that they drained the old oil, but hardly added any new oil.

I normally am happy with my services at this location, but today they left my passenger seat, reclined all the way, no window cleaning, and didn t even bother to vacuum my mats.weird attitude too.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I won't be returning, it was expensive & I was told I'd get a free cleaning and I didn't get one. They wrote I declined the cleaning & I did no such thing. Scam and lies. I rather travel further to get better service. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. $91.25 not worth it. I called & they hung up on me and I kept calling and asked why I didn't get the service I paid for that was in the package deal. They said it was a courtesy and not an obligation they had to do, I wasn't told that. So I mentioned I'd stop by for a cleaning, the guy wasn't too happy about that.Service: Oil change

Put a very short interval and random mileage (4420) on the sticker for the next due oil change. For my car 10,000 is the manufacturers recommendation.But, they aren't too pushy on the extras.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff are all nice and quite timely, I know this isn't their fault but $120 for an oil change blows my mind. Every time I go the price goes up, this is the only criticism I have which lies with Jiffy Lube, not with the staff.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your money and your time. I was a loyal customer for years, as soon as I had one issue and brought it up with them I was left out in the cold. Had to take my truck to another place. They had to replace the entire oil pan and drain screw. Cost nearly $700. Told jiffy lube and was pushed off to the district manager. I emailed the photos and the work order from the other shop. Never heard from them again. No calls from him or anyone else. Just pass this place by.

The service at this place was some of the worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. The boys performing the service where screaming profanities the entire time and boy who took the order and ran my car was aloof and apathetic. I had a vehicle inspection done here. The staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I did not ask for the proper form, and needed them to fill a different one out, so I came back the next day, and they were glad to help. I felt like I was treated no differently just because I only spent $20 here, as they spent at least 20 minutes tending to me. I also noticed that the prices other people paid for oil changes were much cheaper than I have paid at other auto shops. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who needs an oil change.

They did a great job changing the oil but the guy at the counter was kind of rude and then I watched him try and overcharge a woman who had came in with a coupon and told him she had a coupon show them the coupon and then after the oil change was done and he was ready to collect the money he managed to forget that she had a coupon and tried to charge her full price personally I think he did it on purpose by the body language so other than that four stars only because of him

I arrived with my daughter at 6:23 p.m., the soonest we could get there given her work schedule. When we pulled in, one of the attendants came out to tell us that they were already closing down for the day. They're closing time is stated as 7:00 p.m. why don't they just state an earlier time for their closing time that is more realistic? This is nonsense. I will not be doing business here anymore.Service: Oil change

Well, I have been here for almost 3 hours now while they tried to change the oil in my Audi. The technician working on it accidentally drained my transmission in the process and this required a trip to Monterey for them to get replacement fluid from the Audi dealership since no one else had it available locally. They have replaced the fluids in my car, as well as three other complete oil changes and I'm still sitting here while they try and figure out I guess how to get it to stop smoking.I have to say I am beyond upset at this point. I obviously will never come to this business again. And believe me if my car has incurred any damage because of this the owner of this business is going to be fully responsible for it. Bottom line you go somewhere else I should have read the reviews first.Service: Oil change

Did not put enough oil in my volvo.. at least 7 quarts. 1 week after oil change check, engine light for oil came on. I checked the receipt 5 quarts.

Fast paced shop with a line out onto the street at times. Don't be dismayed. They work through their line fast.The problem is they worked so fast on my car they forgot to put any windshield washer fluid in. Not a drop. I know this to be true because I just emptied a gallon into my reservoir. No leak.So...eh? Good and bad?

There were maybe 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled in. Well, it took 2 hours to get our car into the garage. While we waited outside we heard from other customers how ridiculous the wait was. After our car was finally looked at we were told that they couldn't do the oil change. We had a stripped plug. I'm sure they do a good job there, the guys were friendly, but they didn't seem very motivated to work quickly. A few hours after this we arrived at a Chevy dealership and had no problem getting the oil change.

Luckily for me, I drove in when they weren t really busy, so there wasn t a wait. I had my dogs with me, and I left one in my vehicle and took the more anxious one into the waiting area with me - the Jiffy Lube team was absolutely fine with this, and this made my heart melt.This team knows how to drive stick shift (not many people know how to drive manual transmissions any more,) so this is another plus.They changed my air filter (thank goodness because I kept forgetting to get a new one.)All in all, lots of thumbs up for the guys and gal at this Jiffy Lube! I will definitely be coming back here again for my next oil change.Thank you so much! :)

The person who changed the oil filter left a puddle of oil on the motor mount on the front of the engine. He seemed unable to deal with cleaning it up when i asked him. Then he wiped at it with greasy red rag and announced that was all he could do, as if it were perfectly normal to leave oil dripping from the side of the engine, Frustrated, I went to my trunk, grabbed a few paper towels, and wiped the oil off myself. I wonder what kind of care they take with actions performed that the customer cannot see. Maybe you need to pay more than $230 for the next level of service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

It took the workers about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us when we drove up. We then had to wait about 30-40 more minutes for them to get to our car and complete the oil change. They were unable to do a tire rotation on a Ford Escape. They left my driver's seat black with presumably oil. And to top it off, it seemed very expensive. This was my first oil change in California though, so maybe oil is just double the price of what it is elsewhere.

It was fine for the oil change, but they forgot the sticker and they didn't put my filter cover back on completely. I'm probably going to come back, but I think you just need to be aware of the little things when you go so they don't forget
