I've had a lot of frustration in the past finding a reliable Smog service. I've been to Holiday twice now and they've made the whole process so much easier. It takes some anxiety away knowing that their equipment is never broken, their employees are super friendly and the service is fast! (Plus, dog-friendly)

I needed a smog certificate for my car, DMV Mando when registering/Title change on a vehicle. Holiday Muffler has been the place to go for smogs as long as I have driven. The original owners son and his daughter are the owners now. I believe. I dropped my car off, walked a couple of blocks to Coffeetopia and treated myself to a Mexican Mocha. I walked back and my car was ready to go. 23 minutes later. Most excellent.

This place came recommended from my trusted mechanics (AE Motorsports), and I was not disappointed! They were fast, friendly, considerate, and took time to explain things I had questions about. The lobby / counter area is also decorative and welcoming, which was a nice touch.

After 25 years of using a dirty, unprofessional service center today we left Holiday Muffler and got a standard of service that we haven't gotten ever. Typical sloppy Santa Cruz business mentality. We wondered what took us so long? All small businesses here do not share that attitude. Thank goodness

Went to the shop during the week, they were open. There are no appointments, just first come first serve. When in for a smog check left about 25 minutes later with all my paperwork yet filled out.

Closed for wifi issues for a week now won t answer the phone. Come on guys. I m happy to delete this once you get it sorted out but this is terrible service.

Do not go here they won't pass you they will con you and lie to you. Don't let your mother or girlfriend go here either they will take advantage of them. Rudest service I've ever had anywhere in my life. I tried going here three times through out the years with 3 cars all three times they tried to con me into getting more work done not knowing I was a mechanic 10+ years experience. They will bug your computer system and make it difficult for you to smog your car. You won't get an easy pass here even if your car runs great. If I could give them 1% of a star I would.

The best! I always bring my car to Holiday Muffler when I need a smog check. I recommend you do too! They are efficient, affordable, warm & professional. What more can we really ask for, right?

I always go to holiday muffler. I especially love talking with staff while they are always surprising me how quick they smog my car. Love talking with kris and her daughter Shelby. Great famiily business. I will always go there as long as there still there for great business. Oh yea mark is pretty cool too.

it was great it was super quick they were open during lunch hour I swear I was there less than 20 minutes Jeff did my smog it was great thanks Jeff and everyone was super helpful and super nice and it was 50 bucks for a smog which is the going rate around town so I don't think you're going to find a better place to go if you need a smog for sure I'm not sure about other work this is the first time I've been here but this was one of the best quickest smogs I've ever had for sure! So definitely smog your car here I recommend it!!

Friendly people. I asked for the mechanic to wear a mask while inside my car and they seemed happy to please. The smog check was relatively quick and is competitively priced among local shops. I was in and out pretty quickly, saved a little money, didn't feel like I was risking my health, and got the job done!

I was referred here by my mechanic after having a lousy smog experience somewhere else. Holiday did my smog efficiently - I was in and out in 20 minutes. The price was fair. The DMV received the electronic certification almost immediately. AND the staff was very kind and helpful. 5 out of 5 star experience!

Best smog shop in SC! They know their stuff, no BS, no fluff, just help you get'er done... I have 4 cars, and all of them go to Holiday. Yew! For the win!

They don't take appointments, first come basis only, but these guys are fast and efficient so even if 2 or 3 people are ahead of you, it's still quick service. And they are honest. I had my motor home smog tested by them and they reduced the price from their posted price for motorhomes because the testing was easier than usual. What a pleasant surprise! They also repaired 2 broken tailpipe hanger straps at very reasonable cost.

I needed an exhaust hanger that had broken re-welded, and the folks at holiday smog were very accommodating. They got me in and out in quick fashion, charged me a very reasonable rate and not only were the techs cool but the kind lady behind the receptionist desk was very friendly and welcoming as well. Will go here again if need be!

This is a family owned, local business. They are excellent atwhat they do, which is mainly smog testing. It is a first-come, first served place. Their price is the best and there's never a long line. The most I've waited was 45 minutes. I've been going to them for years. I highly recommend them.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testingServices: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Quick friendly service. Smogged my 86 toyota and 2011 ranger. No appointment and they got me in and out in about 45 minutes.
