Horrible experience with this company! It saddens me to have to write this review. I normally get along with everybody but this is without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I dropped my car off because it was making some noise and I thought it could either be the transmission or maybe the clutch. Greg the owner removed the transmission for inspection, replaced the clutch and the engine rear main seal for a total of $1,900.00. When I picked up the car the shifter was not centered in the console. I noticed it immediately. When I shift into 2nd and 3rd gear the shifter hits the side and lifts the top of the console off and it interferes with shifting. I had to take the top of the console off to be able to drive it without this interference. A simple test drive would have revealed this problem. Upon a closer look I noticed the heat shield on the top of the starter was left loose and not secured. Just sitting on top of the starter. It could have fallen off. Also a chassis ground wire was left hanging off the firewall and not bolted to the engine. Additionally the lower shift boot on the transmission was not installed correctly. I am left wondering, is the clutch bolted in right? What else was done improperly? I am now worried about the integrity of the entire job. Although I was quite upset about all of this I politely asked them to finish the job correctly. I was met with an unbelievable list of excuses.Shifter hitting console: "it had tape holding it in place, not our fault" Simply not true. The shifter was centered properly in the console before you took out the transmission! Unbelievable.Starter heat shield: "oh man I saw that but I did not want to touch it!" So you left something unsafe in an engine compartment and did not mention it? I'm pretty sure he was the one who loosened it to be able to get the transmission and flywheel out.Ground wire left undone: "oh I guess it wiggled loose after I hooked it up. I thought the wire looked short"Lower shift boot not installed properly: "you have aftermarket carpet so blah, blah, blah" This I can't even begin to understand?I should mention that I called them after getting the car back and they agreed to look at it again, but when I got there to drop off the car, the lady at the front (Greg's wife) was rude and immediately launched into a list of excuses as to why none of it was their fault but that they would "do me a favor" and look at it again. At this point, I was so frustrated I just took my car and left. I was willing to give them a chance to make it right but they continued to make excuses. I do not trust them with my vehicle at this point.Last but not least, I was told over the phone by the owner Greg "to pound sand" and "your car is a piece of $#&! dude," then he hung up. BTW, the car is a 1967 Mustang convertible and is in pretty nice shape.I will unfortunately have to take my car to another mechanic so they can document the poor state of repairs. I will most likely end up in small claims court over this. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere but Henderson Automotive!

Trade professionals are far and few between. I just recently started taking my cars to Henderson's and I am totally stoked. Thorough repairs, honest answers and prompt service. I am very grateful to have a place to take all my cars to. It is also a family business and as the world slips into globalization and mass everything. I am very happy to drive in and know him and his wife by their first names. Great mechanic, fair prices and that small town feel that I have missed in auto repair and maintenance. Glad to have found Henderson Automotive for sure.

Greg can fix anything on my Audi! He knows his stuff. His prices are reasonable and the best thing about him is he is trustworthy. He'll walk you through the issues and explain what needs to be done. His quotes are fair and he usually comes in a bit lower! His customer service is also outstanding. He and his staff have given me rides back to my office and they always work around my crazy schedule.

Hassle freeMy mom had been taking her BMW'S to Greg Henderson for years, because that is what he specializes in. When I needed a mechanic for my Toyota I gave him a call and he was able take me in right away! Diagnosed and repaired in one day! Best price for repairs I've ever paid!

I took my 2015 infiniti for an oil change and guy in the grey hair think his name is Don. Asked me if i had money to pay for it. I feel he was discriminating because i have dark skin and i was in my work clothes. I will never go there again.

It's no longer there. The man moved and then passed. It is now being converted into art studios and yes they are for rent.
