Roberto is brilliant and fast! A complicated job was done as promised, for a competitive price and finished earlier than expected. The bays are huge with millions of dollars of equipment and instruments necessary to serve any repair needs. Totally impressive!! Highly recommend.

They tried to overcharge my daughter for a brake repair. Their quote was $500 more than any other auto shop. The other mechanics we showed the quote to said "run". And they charged her $100 just to look at the car. They saw a young female and thought they could take advantage.

They are always friendly, do great work, and their prices are good!I always bring my car here!When I find a good auto repair shop, whatever I live, I stick with them! I'll even drive out of town, if needed & I can, to do so. Good Year Tires & Auto Repair in Santa Cruz is worth my loyalty.

My BF took my car here for oil change, they did not reset my meter so I thought maybe they forgotten it but they put the milage sticker on my windshield bor the next oil change. Took it to a different branch today even if a few miles before i have to do the oil change and when I picked it up, they said that the oil in my car was so black that it could have blown my engine and I realized that's why Goodyear in Water St. did not reset my car. Don't bring your car here. They will charge you for something they did not do.

Isaac rocks. Still awesome. Isaac just saved me a lot of money by doing some extra work. He saved parts where another shop would have just replaced the parts. Kudos to Isaac.

Isaac is a great mechanic - professional, skilled, courteous and honest. I recommend him to all my friends and family. His employees are also very skilled and courteous. If you are looking for a mechanic local to Santa Cruz County you should not hesitate to bring your car to Isaac!

Our van broke down while we were traveling from out of state. The owner, Isaac went out of his way to retrieve essential parts over an hours drive away in order to get us on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday. We really appreciated his commitment to helping us along with frequent updates about the work being done.

Isaac was extremely helpful and had reasonable prices after my car was broken into. He cleaned out as much glass as he could and even offered for me to bring back the car if anything was not to my liking. He was also very honest with his pricing and called me when there were issues. I highly recommend this store and Isaac especially.

Isaac was great. He took care of everything I had asked and then some more. Very fair with his prices and I won't hesitate to use him again. He is one of the very few honest Owner/Mechanics around.

Isaac (the business owner) was selling a car on Craigslist for one their customer. Agreed over the phone and text for $6000. After paying almost $100 for Uber and being on the road for and hour he said he won t take less than $6500 for the car. Dishonest business owner dishonest people. Scammers!!!

Isaac is very professional, competent and a kind person. Just to mention a recent story, about 6 months ago I had a flat tire on my wife's car. I had to run to work... my wife was 6 months pregnant. Isaac drove to my house, collected the car, repaired the tire and did not even wanted to charge for the repair.

Had a great experience getting a car inspected for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Isaac made it a point to show any issues to both me and the seller in person, so that there was no confusion.

Excellent communication between Issac and his staff and the 130k mile required service on our Ford truck. There was a lot of extra time spent coordinating with the VRC of Santa Cruz with an assited program for Veterans. Issac exemplifies the reputation of the Mr. Goodyear brand of service and quality. A five star+ experience spanning 2.5 months with minimal down time of 3 days.

Went in to fix a flat - Isaac quickly took a look at it and repaired it. Also let me know about a problem he saw with the axle boot leaking - he let me know it wasn't an emergency but something to take care of before it becomes a problem. Very professional. If I lived in Santa Cruz I would definitely come here for service.

I would not bring my car here. If your a woman, they will try and sell you parts that you don't need. They will also charge way to much. They know we don't know how much parts are. Thats why you need to do research first. This shop is horrible.

Worst place ever beenI when there for a diagnostic 120 $I brought results to my Meccanic friend in Sacramento and he give me a total difference diagnostic ( he is a professional Toyota Meccanic)Never again

They did the job and they did it well. I haven't had any issues sense, though it was just a tire alignment and an oil change, as well as a repaired gasket, the total was around 375$ which is a bit steep which is why i rated 4/5 instead of 5/5
