Took my truck in for a windshield replacement and to find some new headlights for my 2001 Toyota Tundra. They were great with communication , upfront prices, quick service, and knowledgeable staff.

Awesome business and an awesome guy! After I failed to replace my headgasket, Gino bought my 1999 4Runner off of me for a very fair price. He was friendly and accommodating and made the process simple and easy. He helped me hand load all the disassembled engine parts into his truck bed, and had one of his guys come out within the hour to tow everything else away. A couple weeks later, I realized I had forgotten my magnetic phone mount that was glued to the dashboard. I called him up and he retrieved it for me no problem! He also gave me a free replacement trim piece for my new (to me) 2000 4Runner. Their HQ on Portola Drive is super organized and a great resource. I'm very glad to know about Gino's - I'll be using his services to find replacement parts for years to come!

Gino's is my trusted reliable auto parts source for my car. Always friendly and easy to talk with and they offer tips and great advice. No sales games here. To find a local store like Gino's that I trust and has affordably priced auto parts and is certified green is amazing. Each time I go I leave doing my happy dance. Bravo Gino and your awesome team thanks again for my parts.

Gino's is a great local company, customer oriented, very reliable and fairly priced, no BS here just good old fashioned friendly service. Gino's advice has saved us more money than we have spent with him, they will never sell you more than you need. We're very pleased with our recent engine purchase and with other parts we've gotten over the years. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Gino has always done right by us. I ve come to him through the years for various parts. Sometimes he has new parts at a fair price. I thought I needed an alternator. One estimate elsewhere (after battery diagnostics) was almost $700! So I asked him if he had the part. He did for $40. It turns out it was the battery, which he also had for $40. He saved me a lot of money and headache. I could ve replaced both for far less than my first estimate. Can t recommend him enough.

I have been a customer of Gino's for about 10 years. He has always been a reliable source for finding parts for my second gen toyotas. Sometimes he is hard to get ahold of but it is owner ran and he get's back to you eventually. He is a cool guy and is very helpful. Support you local businesses!

Gino found the parts I needed quickly and at a good price. He even referred me to a trustworthy person to install the parts for me the same day at a reasonable price. Seems like a very honest, helpful man knowledgeable of what he does. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

My girlfriend and I went to The coast for a day trip from Fremont. Her ignition switch went out on her 2001 Lexus RX 300 and now we were stuck in Santa Cruz. I looked online to find auto parts in the area, but no one could help us. We went into a local store and as I told the clerk our story he recommended we call Gino's. I called Gino's...This guy Gino saved our weekend!!!! He said we have one, I just need to have it pulled out of the car. Come on over you are only a couple blocks away from us. He stood outside waiting to flag us down. When we arrived he brought us inside and within 5 minutes his worker came walking in with the switch in his hand. Now this was service!!! He never asked for a deposit to have it pulled. He knew we were stuck and out of town and had the part pulled and ready for us. He said he could possibly have it installed or refer us to a good mechanic. I told him I was a mechanic in a former life and had tools with me. We walked back and I installed the switch and we were back on the road.Best customer service I have ever had from a used car parts facility. We saw a couple customers come in during our short time there and it was like watching the kind of service you get in a small town community, very helpful to everyone like from the old days. Gino's had a part I had searched all over Santa Cruz for. More than that, they sold it for half of what the going price online was.I highly recommend Gino's. A great locally owned business. If you want a guarantee that a shop will have your part, and don't want to pay $22 for a damn windshield wiper valve or what have you, go to Gino's.

Found out my truck was broken into (broken passenger side window) about an hour before they closed. Called and no answer, so I drove there. Gino's made some calls and were able to get me a new window for $89 + tax by 11am next day. This after getting a quote from Ford parts for $286 (with delivery in 7-10 days).-EDIT- Just got a call and they told me that the delivery driver called them and is delayed on highway 17, the window has shifted to 12-1pm.. THAT is customer service!

Amazing! Almost every time I come in, Gino has gone OVER AND ABOVE and his crew of workers are awesome! Each time I've been in a serious pickle, with much effort he tries to help me and always finds a solution, and at a cost-effective rate! Being a student and newly married, my budget is limited, and Gino literally listens to his customers and strives to make things happen. He recently spent so much time trying to find tires that would fit my truck (very awkward situation with my truck and the particular wheels I had-- long story). But he was tenacious and didn't opt to brush me off, which he could have easily done. The end result, perfection and I was super pleased! Thanks Gino and thanks to your awesome crew, those guys are hard workers!

Needed a chair for my boat and decided to give Gino's a look. Gino met with me and pointed out a couple seats already removed and ready for taking and a couple vans with seats still intact. I found exactly what I wanted and only paid $75! A seat out of a catalog would be $200+ and not even close to the style and comfort of the one I got from Gino's. Great place and great guy and CLEAN! This is recycling at its finest! Thank you Gino.

So thankful Gino cares about his customers. Certified Green organized recycling business, with tiny surfer in his fountain!!!;)* He will find your parts & make arrangements for installation at affordably fair prices . Always have to remind myself to ask Gino first when looking for car parts...best deals in town!

Everything they do is awesome. Knowledgeable staff and associates, fair pricing, helpful with inquiries. My only complaint is that they have irregular business hours. They have said 9-5 to me, without expressing days of actual operation. I have gone by before noon on a Wednesday and doors are closed. I would recommend, but call first and see if they are actually in before heading over.

Traveling from Canada and found a part for my Toyota Hiace. Gino and his mechanic even ground some rusty screws out of my old part, a service that is not offered usually, as they only sell parts. It really helped us get back on the road.

Can't ever get ahold of anyone. No posted hrs of operation.drove by many time's not open. W T F.phone is too full to take msg's.i have been waiting since feb,3.as of today i was able to leave a msg.so now i wait longer.

I'm unhappy w/my experience, I called for a specific part they said they found one and they'd have to call me back with price and they never called back so I'm done with my neighborhood auto wrecker!!!!!!
