I brought Justin my 1982 Collector's Edition Corvette for what seemed to be a pretty straightforward job. Of course, it turned out not to be so simple, but he reminded persistent, professional, and saw the job through. Price was within what we discussed. I'm definitely taking other vehicles to Diamond View Auto Glass.

After the crazy wind storm we had in January 2021 I ended up with a widowmaker through my windshield. I found Diamond View Auto Glass on Google and texted a photo of the damage and asked for a quote. Justin got back to me within an hour and we had scheduled an appointment for first thing the very next day. This was especially great as I live a few miles north of Boulder Creek in the Santa Cruz mountains and I couldn't get anyone else willing to come up to my place to do the work and I wasn't too enthusiastic about paying to have my car towed to a shop.Justin arrived on time and got to work within minutes and had my windshield completely replaced and had vacuumed up all the broken glass in short order. The glass is fantastic and well installed. Though I hope it doesn't happen, if another tree sends a branch through my windshield, I will be calling Justin immediately.He was fast, responsive, fairly priced, and easy to talk to. Thank you Justin!

I received great customer service and even better quality work. Justin was super helpful and got my window fixed in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend checking this place out for all your glass needs. After a horrible experience with safelite, I don t think I ll go to another store other then this one

Justin came to my place of work with 2 days notice! I had a tight time frame because I am going out of town but I thought I would check with him to see if he had space. He was speedy, the quality is incredible and the glass is now the most beautiful part on my old car!I can not recommend Diamond View anymore. His service was incredible and the price was better than any I found in the area. And no need to go to a shop to get it done.If I ever have a need for glass service again I am not going to even look anywhere else. Diamond View is my choice.

I asked for a quote through Yelp and Justin responded, on a Saturday, within 15 minutes. With his 5 star reviews, I booked him for Monday. He was very courteous, cheerful, and professional. All work was executed and completed in a very professional and timely manner. He exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Justin's Diamond Services! He replaced a windshield on a Ford E350 van for me and repaired a chip in our Honda CRV. Nothing but praise for Justin and his Diamond View Auto Glass company!

Justin is the man! Not only is he professional and skilled but he is extremely personable. It s easy to tell that Justin cares about what he does and takes the satisfaction of his customers very seriously. His work was carried out efficiently and with great care while still maintaining conversation and interaction with my friends and family which I think is the mark of a true expert. Can t go wrong with Diamond View Auto Glass for the price as well as the cost. If the man was ever any one person, it s Justin.

If we could give 10 stars we would! Couldn t have been a better experience. We had a rock hit our windshield the day before leaving on vacation that made a good size chip. Called up Diamond View Auto Glass and spoke with a sweet woman, that was so helpful and eager to get us the help we were looking for. She connected us to her son, Justin, (local & family owned business such a plus!) that dropped what he was doing to meet us last minute and take a look at the damage. He let us know it would be the best to let him patch up the chip so that we don t come back from vacation with an even bigger problem. We drove to meet him and he fixed up our windshield so fast. Had a nice conversation while fixing it and can vouch he is an honest guy that will do whatever he can to help you out. Highly recommend calling this local, family owned spot if you ever need a window repair. Once he was finished it went from being bigger than a half dollar to barely noticing it. Thanks Justin for your friendliness and help!

After calling around for the best prices I finally stopped with Diamond View. Justin was able to find the windshield I needed quicker than any other glass shop and was able to install it as soon as receiving it. While installing it he noticed some touch up needed around the opening and addressed that problem too. I would highly recommend Diamond View to anyone needing glass replacement.

Found Diamond View Auto Glass through Google, called, left a message, and got a call back to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes. Made an appointment for later same day. Justin arrived on time! Very personable, got the job done start to finish in under 45 minutes (large rock hit to the windshield). Highly recommend Justin and Diamond View Auto Glass!

Was initially impressed with Diamond View when we made the appointment on the phone,was qouted a fair price,was told installation would take about an hour,as he would tint the window before we arrived.We arrived at set appointment of 3 pm,was asked how long we were willing to wait,and we would probably have to take it somewhere else to be tinted. WHAT? He then said it he was busy and it would take a few hours to do the job,minus the tint,which would entail another shop taking the window out of the door and ultimately costing more. We declined the offer of waiting for who knows how long and not having the job complete anyway. A phone call would have been nice,or a text. Completely unprofessional and a shady way to conduct business.

I called Justin to replace a window in my Camry, and not only did he promptly provide me with a quote, he came out to my home within 2-3 hours of my initial call, and within his promised timeframe. He is professional, efficient and friendly, not to mention courteous-- he called to provide an ETA when there was traffic on Hwy 1. He vacuumed up all the broken glass in my car and replaced my window with no trouble! Payment was easy too, as he was able to swipe my debit card on his smart phone and provide a receipt via email. I was 100% satisfied and would definitely call him again!

Justin replaced the rear window of my truck in 2018. I noticed that it was leaking during our heavy February (2019) rain. Justin came out immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and reinstalled the rear window. The best measure of a business is how they treat you when after-sale problems arise. Justin is clearly a stand-up guy who understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

awesome friendly at home service- professional work, great pricing, quick appointment! very nice to not have to drive to a shop with broken glass all over the car and no window... if you are one of the many drivers who unfortunately get their car windows smashed in by petty theives in santa cruz, this is the place to go! ;0)
