Hands down best body shop in Santa Cruz. Very high quality work. Had front end damage on our sienna and you can t tell anything happened at all. Paint is a perfect match. Lines are perfect. Staff were very efficient honest and went above and beyond to assist all of our needs..100% recommend this business

Worst experience I have had with an auto body shop. Very unprofessional. I had gotten rear ended so I decided to come to Delaveaga Collision to get repairs. And after 2 months of it being in the shop for a simple fix, I finally got my car back and my windows no longer worked! Even though they were fine when I brought the car in (for a bumper replacement). I came right back to the shop to ask about the windows and the Owner came at me very hot headed and wouldn t let me finish talking. They said they would try to help me get the windows fixed and order parts, but they never did. I called back and still nothing. So essentially, THEY BROKE MY WINDOWS and refuses to fix them. My entire experience with them was a 2 month nightmare. I have been telling everyone I know and grew up with in Santa Cruz with, to avoid this place at all costs! I know other people that have gone through the same thing with Delaveaga Collision. There are many better options for auto body repairs in the area. Save yourself a headache and choose a different place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are just awesome! They have worked on my car a few times after some recent bad luck - being rear ended in my 2018 Chevy Volt twice within six months. A good auto body shop is hard to find but this is it. They are true professionals in their art. They also handled everything with my insurance company. Overall I can't even tell the difference from when the car was new. Keep up the great work Julie and team!!

I've had great experiences at Delaveaga Collision, the first time with a tow truck that helped me out of a tight spot and now with bodywork for door dents and a panel. Not only is the front office efficient and good at communicating, when working with insurance, but they accommodated my own work schedule and when I could drop off my vehicle. And I got a full wash with their excellent work!Service: Body & Trim

They were great. Called a bunch of shops to get my trunk leak fixed and no one could get me in. I was desperate. I called this place and they got me in and fixed it same day because they knew I needed it. They even had someone out, but the manager did it himself.

Don't go to this place you guys!!I pulled up there to get an estimate and almost got mugged by one of their employees. The tough guy with glasses started harassing me and pounding on my vehicle and accusing me of not picking up all the trash that was piled in front of the shop. A reflection of the business, I'm afraid.

After a clean streak of accident-free driving in multiple countries for 20+ years, a month ago my car was rear ended softly by another car at a stop light. After looking at several repair shops around where we live, we decided to take our RAV4 to Keener Auto Body. Emily and Julie gave us a good appraisal and estimate of the how long the work would take, and quickly set us up for an appointment to get our car in 4 days later. They also gave us tips as to how best coordinate with the rental car company so that we didn't have to arrange transportation while our car was at the shop.6 days later after getting the car in, we got the phone call that our car was ready. This was already about 50% faster than other repair shops in this area and the valley had suggested. The car looks brand new, the price was on target and the process extremely smooth.Keener Auto Body delivers the attention to detail and care of a small family business with the professional results you expect from a state-of-the-art facility in one place. I have a 20+ yr old car and Keener brought her back to glory!Old cars: I expected some issues finding parts, and was expecting problems BUT Keener worked with me to find the best new and salvage options, handworked some of the plastic, and made it work way better than other body shops would have.They also worked with me to keep me under the "total" threshold my insurance placed so I didn't have to fight my insurance for an accurate fair-market-valuation....which meant my insurance paid for everything, the shop got paid every bit, and we all were happy. Especially me.Thank you Keener!!!!!!

I am so glad I took my car to DeLaveaga Collision. After many many months of struggling with electrical issues that several other shops couldn't figure out the team at DeLaveaga Collision was able to take control and figure out the source the problem in record time. I had a rodent issue, who knew... Julie was so helpful by handling everything I needed to complete my insurance claim. There is no way I can express my gratitude for their hard work and determination to get to the root of the problem. Since, I have gone back several times for other various things including a roof rack installation that Julie herself did while I stood there and watched in awe of her personal ability to get the job done effortlessly. Her knowledge of auto mechanics amazes me every time! So grateful to have found a shop that meets my needs from great to small and in-between.

I highly recommend this business. The estimate was right on the nose and the service is excellent as was the repair job on my 07 Prius. It did look better after the repair than before the accident. Both Jim and James were kind and very helpful. It is a pleasure torecommend them.

First of all, this is such a convenient location! Add to that the professional and speedy handling of claims. Finally, this is a personal touch, local business that has been building a reputation for years (although recently changed names). Can't beat the combination. I've been using this service through the past 13 years, with many teenagers driving...or shall I say learning to drive our cars. Highly recommend!

The front end of my vehicle was damaged. I was referred through AE Motorsports and the folks at Keener were friendly, responsive and professional. They took care of all the body work, electrical and mechanical and saved me money where other shops couldn't. I would highly recommend. I know I won't go anywhere else.

The only body shop I ll use. They do customs not only insurance work. They will take the time to listen to your concerns. Their price is reasonable and their work is superb. I m a high end contractor and very particular, they are the best I ve found. A+

Best auto body shop ever. Everyone here is so helpful and kind.They made what is usually a not so fun experience almost pleasurable. I will not take any vehicle to any other body shop. They went the extra mile for us both times, and I highly recommend them.

I bought a car from this dealer in December of last year. I was charged almost $600 in DMV fees Also I came to find out that the plates were only good until September. When I received the registration, I discovered that the fees paid to the DMV totaled about $300. I asked the salesman, Andy, a very typical used car salesman, why the discrepancy and said he would check with their DMV department and when he got back to me he told me that there had been an error and that I OWED AN ADDITIONAL $26. The car has so far cost me over $800 in repairs. Because of their dishonesty with the fees, I think often about what's next with this car.

Beautiful job. Will only use Keener for impeccable work. Touch ups or complete body work their craftsmanship beats everyone around. The paint color matching is amazing. I don't know how they do it but they do !

I bought my Nissan Titan from De Laveaga Motors. I knew it was the truck I wanted, and approached them about it. They didn't have one in stock, but they tracked one down for me that was in great condition, within my budget, and got me a great deal on financing.
