I called Mike and he was able to fit me in with very short notice. I brought him two sets of forks and two shocks for our dirt bikes. He serviced both sets in three days and I was able to pick them up and reinstall them to ride that weekend. The suspension works so much better and the clickers have a significant effect with just a click or two compared to before the rebuild. Mike was easy to work with and followed through with everything he promised. Price was fair and didn't try to upsell me with the things I asked about or concerns I had. I would recommend "CLICK" and I will be calling on Mike again for the next time I need suspension work! Thanks Mike!Service: Shock service

Mike came recommended through some riding buddies from Santa Cruz / Scotts Valley who had recently gotten their forks and shocks serviced or repaired by him. Apart from doing a great job at servicing my Fox 36, the thing I liked about him is how friendly and knowledgeable he is.

Bought a used motorcycle with Ohlins rear suspension and aftermarket front forks of unknown origin.I wasn't happy with the setup initially, too soft in the rear end and too firm in the front, probablycaused by the overly soft rear.I couldn't set the sag by myself because I had nobody to help me measure, so I called Mike at Click Suspension.Mike spent almost 2 hours with me.He measured the rear sag which was excessive, but when trying to add preload he quickly identified that the hydraulic preload in the rear wasn't functioning. After brainstorming he used a machine to apply vacuum to the hydraulic preload and refill with oil twice, and it still didn't work, so we decided to quit for the afternoon. Later, after thinking some more and seeing what Mike had taught me, I managed to add a little more oil by turning the preload in until resistance was felt and then adding oil using a syringe while slowly backing out the preload a few turns thus sucking a little more oil in. This was enough to get the rear preload fully functional. Hopefully now we can get the sag set correctly and tune the front and rear to be well matched. Thanks a bunch Mike for the help and education, I would have got nowhere without your assistance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Shock service

My mountain bike suspension has never felt better. Brought a Fox 36, a 34 Stepcast, and DPX2 to Click, and I'm super happy with the result and the quick turn-around time.

You can take your fork or shock to a bike shop to be worked on by some guy who might have read THE BOOK on suspension that Mike WROTE, or you can take it to Mike himself, at click suspension. Quicker turnaround time, Parts in stock, better pricing than the bike shops, seriously, get it done the best possible, the first time. Real simple.Service: Shock service

Mike is the true Suspension Meister. That's all he does both for motorcycles and mountain bikes with decades of experience. He's worked on a couple of my mountain bikes front suspension and rear shock. Mike's quick and fortunately for me he's local. Sure beats sending it into the factory and waiting 2 to 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend Click Suspension.

My KTM needed suspension work done during the off-season and Mike was recommended to me. He definitely did not disappoint and I m so glad I took my suspension to him. He can work on any suspension out there from mountain bikes to side by sides, as long as he can get the parts. He has a great wealth of knowledge on suspension and explained to me what he would be working on even explained the dynamics and characteristics inside my modified rear shock. He worked fast and was done in a couple days. I ll be heading to him when I need my suspension rebuilt again.Service: Shock service

I have been traveling from Quebec across Canada and now the United States. I carry my mountain Ebike. Unfortunately, my bike's rear suspension broke in Tofino. Since Vancouver, I contacted many repairmen and none had the time to fix it. I am fortunate to have found Mike from Click suspension in Santa Cruz. I explained my situation to him and he told me to stop at his place. Within an hour he had explained everything to me about how the suspension works and had it fixed like new. A friendly man who offers very good service. Thanks again Mike!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Mike has everything figured out. Starting with the online tech sheet he asks very simple but pointed questions to get things going in the right direction. After he reviewed my sheets he called to confirm and ask about a few more details. He ordered the parts and I dropped the forks and rear shock off with him. He was very flexible with drop of and pick up times. Mike lowers the front and rear of my wife s dirt bike by 1.5 to accommodate her hight. She couldn t of been happier. Her confidence was boosted getting her a little closer to the ground and being able to start the bike on most terrains. My bike is next can t wait to see how it feelsService: Shock service

Front and rear suspension work on my Suzuki DR650. Stock suspension on the bike had bad brake dive in the front and pogo stick suspension in the rear, all of that is fixed now thanks to Mike. Had new springs put in front forks and on rear suspension, even helped fixed some old bump stops, cable guides, and adjusted the rear shocks valving to match the new spring rate. Super quick turn around too!Service: Shock service

Mike did a wonderful job servicing my mountain bike fork - a 2020 RockShox Lyrik. You must have heard that usual adage of 'better than new" and it certainly applies here. Price is reasonable considering you are getting his unique special sauce seals /suspension fluid etc and it really does make a difference. The fork used to ping off of Rock gardens - now it tracks!Service: Shock service

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with having my bike serviced Mike knowledge and passion really shows and the revalue on the forks and shock was spot on will definitely be back next time I need any suspension work done also the turn around time was awesome and very fair pricing. 1/27/219 update , after really putting my suspension through its paces today on everything from tight single track, fast trails and even a MX track I am completely blown away by how the bike handled everything so well, leaps and bounds better then it did before

I was referred to Click Suspension from a mechanic friend while trying to get a rear shock repair for a mountain bike. A bike shop was unable to do the repair and the turnaround for a factory repair was long and expensive. Mike offered to look at the shock. I went by his shop and he was able to do a temporary fix while I waited, for a very reasonable cost, while I wait for a new shock. Thank you Mike!Service: Shock service

Just had my Fox DPX2 mountain bike suspension serviced and tuned by Mike. Extended my Fox 36 fork to 170mm and put in a new damper. Amazing work, competitively priced, and very fast turnaround. He s a suspension wizard and local Santa Cruz legend, but even better is he s a really nice, humble guy. Highly recommended!
