LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THIS STORE IS ONE OF THE MOST CLEANEST AND PROFESIONAL STORES IVE BEEN TO. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND IS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THINGS, THEY WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED. HAD A CHANCE TO MEET THE OWNERS AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE ( HARD TO FIND FAMILY OWNED PLACES NOWADAYS) 5/5 REVIEW WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!

Came in yesterday looking for a drivers side mirror for a specific old truck. I was told by the lovely lady in charge that it would be here today, and it was! Excellent service and extremely fast. Thanks.

Wonderful employees, but Dan the manager is a snake in the grass. A reputable shop would tell you if something could be repaired before laying a finger on it. You use a ruler and measuring tool, that takes 20 seconds to tell. Dan cleaned the Cylinder Head, charged us $50 and told us, he couldn't repair it. Took it to NAPA, they repaired it and car has been running great ever since. We own a shop in Santa Cruz and would no longer trust this business.

Amazing staff. Very pleased. Never disappointed. They installed my windshield wipers in their parking lot. Thanks Santa Cruz Auto Parts!! Also bought a hoodie and aTshirt ($10 btw!) with their logo/design.

Still the goto place for professional automotive painting products including custom color matching and helpful knowledgeable staff. They sell many other automotive products as well. Shop Local!

If you were in Santa Cruz and there's something you may need car-freshner transmission fluid wiper blades this is the place to be I know because fact I work for IMC when fees all the stores in the Santa Cruz area with all the parts they may need that's because we have a giant giant Warehouse that IMC/Parts priority Daniel James outside artist by the way the employees there are sweet and kind and be there to help you get me in and out for the quickness, Daniel James abstract artist I wish I was there getting something extra for my car but people that are fun and loving so I can old mom and pops out of store you love it and again does the car wash just around the corner so you can get the parts you need driving around the corner get your car washed you'll be cruising and ready to give a Bruisin. Daniel James abstract artist look for my work have you found it yet?

Santa Cruz auto parts has very knowledgeable employees, good service, and if they don't have the part you are looking for they will find it for you. Their prices are reasonable and it is locally owned.
