Look no further. This is the best place. I ve gone 3 times within 1 1/2 years from other people hitting my car. They always make my car look brand new. The guys do such a good job. Mary is amazing, I ve always worked with her although I m sure the others are great also. So happy with them!

I had minor damage to my truck that needed repair. After hearing several positive referrals I selected Caliber Santa Cruz. From start to finish the staff was highly professional, competent with great people skills. The repair was high quality and done when promised. The interface with my insurance and the rental car company was flawless. I noted other customers who were as happy and satisfied as I was. I have already recommended Caliber to the other party involved in my collision. Highly recommend.

I didn't get the chance to use their services as they only do collision work, but they were super helpful when we had a severe brake problem and they had one of their mechanics come out and take our wheel off and let us know what the problem was at no charge. Super, helpful, knowledgeable, nice people.

Santa Cruz Caliber Collision just finished my car earlier this week, and the car looks just as good as the day I got it off the lot. The communication of Mary and the Team was awesome! I never had to worry about what was going on with my car. They have an online portal, great online communication, and a seriously talented repair team. If you need repairs done, please go here, you won't regret it. They worked directly with insurance and made the nightmare process of getting your car repaired into a dream. 10/10 recommend. We had the best experience possible with Caliber Collision. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, organized, and timely. The work was done exactly as quoted and finished early. Horrible. Brought my car in for an estimate through insurance. Sean took pictures and took down info and I was told I would receive a call in a couple days for a drop off date. A couple days went by so I called the shop. It took me 4 phone calls to get a hold of someone who could actually help me, only to tell me they had no record that my car was brought in and no record of my windshield being ordered. I get places get busy but cmon! Just horrible.-Clinton

Most professional service and possitive attitudes . All the staff was super friendly and helpful . Mary and nico helped get me an estimate and a plan for my vehicle repairs in a timley fasion . So happy to have them on my team

These guys are a great, honest, hard working shop! Locally franchised and personable. Their turnaround time is reasonable for being so busy. Did not mention they were taking my truck to a different location until day of drop off. Many delays. Final day of pickup very inconvenient with my schedule. Excellent craftsmanship and quality work.

A no, do not to bring your car to Caliber, the first time I was tricked making me believe they were AAA direct agents an appraisal was done in my classic mercedes stating to not be able to fix it since was hitted by a deer so they took it having AAA paying it's value. The second time my hybrid was painted with the wrong texture and very poor quality paint which is fading off already after just 4 months, my car was only two weeks old since I purchased it when it got involved in this accident.

I would highly recommend Caliber. My car was in a collision, and the entire front of the car needed repair. They worked with the insurance, and my manager Mary Davis was outstanding. Delivered to my door, and on time. You'd never know it had been in an accident. Professional and caring staff; they made a bad experience easier.

When I first went into their shop I was a wreck suffering from PTSD do to my car accident. They took care of me like family.I love the fact that they update me everyday. My car isn't done yet and they gave me a ready date they still text every day to let me know we are on track. I think they are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off on Monday, got text updates every day on status of the job, and had it back on Friday morning good as new. Very efficient and friendly. Recommend them highly.

I previously wrote a glowing review of Caliber from an experience I had several years ago with Fernando - who is apparently no longer there. Because of that great experience, I took my car back for an estimate on a recent issue and I can't say I feel the same at all. First off, I felt extremely uncomfortable after my first visit to get the issue looked at. I flat out felt like the service advisor did not believe what I was telling her, which felt totally yuck. I should have switched shops after that, but I had already taken the time to go there (which also required me to leave, pay for a car wash, and then return because even though I was assured on the phone they could rinse off my car to see the damage better, they then told me I'd have to wait 1-2 hours for that to happen when I arrived). After that, I've received almost no contact from them. I sent an email to follow up, which went unanswered. I have had to initiate almost all communication, and now, 4 weeks later from my first visit, and several phone calls later, I still have not heard from them to schedule anything, I last spoke to the service advisor on January 18 (today is Feb 6) and she was supposed to call to confirm some date options. I've never felt like a company wanted my business less. Even if they are totally buried, I'd at the very least expect them to reach out and let me know they are sorry for the delay, they are still working on it, thanks for the patience, yadda yadda. I've reached out to my insurance company to seek an alternate body shop to use. There was nothing about my experience this time around that I could recommend, from a customer service perspective.I'll add, I would suspect the body work they do is still great quality. This review is for my customer service experience.

I waited a month and a half for a Monday appointment to have my car repaired. Insurance sent over all of the info, I waited so long because they said it would take a while to get the parts, and the repair would take four days. My insurance does not pay for car rental, so it was imperative the repair was completed quickly, which is why I waited until all the parts to be on hand.I dropped my car off on Monday and picked up my rental car. On Thursday I called to see what time my car would be ready. I was told they hadn't even started on it and it would probably be ready at the end of the month. Three weeks later.I spent over $200 for the cheapest rental car, after being assured my car would be ready by Friday at the latest. They hadn't done anything to it. They said they'd talk to their manager about reimbursement for the rental but of course I have heard nothing.I wasted another lunch break picking my untouched car on Friday (when it was promised to be done) and paying over $200 for a rental car.I will never, ever take my car here and will tell as many people as possible. When I lamented about the situation at work several other coworkers said how bad the place was and told me similar stories.What a complete waste of time.

After a fallen tree damaged a side window on my car I took it to Caliber since they work with State Farm. At the appointment we told them we wanted a quote for the replacement of the window and a separate quote possibly for fixing the dents on the roof - but we figured it would be too much and State Farm would total the car, so likely we would only submit for the side window. My car is a 20 year vehicle and thus has limited value although it is in perfect working order and my daily driver. Caliber never contacted us and instead sent an estimate to State Farm for over $7200. The quote was to nearly rebuild the whole vehicle - replace the windshield, roof, doors, lift gate, floor, rear bumper, rear lights. None of these things were damaged in this event, or damaged at all. The car is simply old and so yes, it has bumps and scratches but that had nothing to do with this claim. As a result, State Farm totaled the car, and won't cover anything unless I give them the title and lose the car, or take a salvage title. Caliber truly messed me up. Now I have to go to another body shop and pay myself to have the window replaced. Caliber failed in every aspect: listen to what we wanted done, contacting our insurance without our permission, and failing to inform us about the estimate. It also took nearly a month to get the estimate. Unbelievable.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. I was in an accident and had substantial damage to my car. I was given a repair estimate appointment for the next day, and everyone there was so friendly and supportive. Mary walked me through the whole process, and they communicated with the rental car company and my insurance company to make everything happen. Mary kept me updated on the estimate and the ETA for repair completion. They completed the repairs quicker than the original estimate. And my car looks brand-new! Can t say enough positive things about Mary and the staff at Caliber Collision. 10/10 - Definitely recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I wanted to pay this establishment a great thank you right now. I popped in spontaneously with an issue I thought would take an appointment and several hundred dollars possibly to fix. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, seen within 10 minutes and also had my issue fixed 10 minutes after that. These folks were extremely generous and my problem was resolved. I wish I had taken the names of who I interacted with but I was in and out so quickly, I didn't have the chance. Thanks so much for fixing my door!!Service: Body & Trim

Total time wasters. Waited two weeks for an estimate appointment, went in, was told they d get back to me in a week. I followed up three times over the next three weeks and they still never gave me my estimate. Last message for a manager went unanswered- very poor experience, would not recommend.

Just had to give a quick shout out to them. My car got rear ended and Caliber was associated with my insurance so I took my car there. They were awesome. They coordinated my rental car for me and worked with my insurance directly and they quickly got to getting my car fixed. They definitely made an inconvenient situation much more tolerable.There ended up being some parts that were back ordered so it took longer than originally anticipated but they made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I have my car back now and it looks and functions amazingly! Special shout out to Nico who was my contact throughout! Definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They are the worst, always busy and not knowing what they are doing. They forgot about ordering my part via email, and then called to see if I wanted my part ordered??? They were to replace my window frame, it s been 3 months and still not completed. They tried to replace my window with a damaged non-matching window with marks and cuts on it!!! You will thank me later, never go to caliber in Santa CruzService: Body & Trim

I was thoroughly impressed with this repair shop. The front office personnel is extremely professional, personable and proactive. They went out of their way to accommodate me in terms of rides, rentals and communications with the insurance company.
