I called them at 8 am in the morning they quoted me a reasonable price and asked us to wait for an hour so we decided to wait. After an hour I called them and they asked us to wait for another hour because their driver got held up somewhere. They also didn t give us another eta. After waiting for 2 hours we were forced to call another tow truck. It s been 5 hours and they haven t called us back. I wish there was an option to leave negative star reviews.

It was an impossible job, a crazy idea most would say. Towing a 40 foot, 12,000 lb 5th wheel down a 150 foot drop with insanely tight corners? In less capable hands it would not have happened. Without the unwavering positive attitude of Ross, Jackson, and Matt it would've been far more stressful. With anything less than the triumphs of modern machinery in Auto Care s fleet I am 100% certain it would have been a disaster. But it wasn't. It was, in fact, the opposite.The guys were confident, patient, calm, and I cannot stress this enough: exceptionally professional. They were kind, incredibly friendly and did not let the (extreme!) difficulty of the job get to them, not even once. It honestly felt like I had my brothers helping me move.They took impeccable care with each and every maneuver, around every branch, rock, and obstacle in the way, and got my behemoth of an RV down an absurdly steep slope with ridiculous turns. On top of that, it was the end of a very long day for them, it was dark by the time we finished, and yet they kept their cool through the end and made completely certain we were happy with the job.I don't know how I got so lucky finding Auto Care. But man, I am so, SO grateful I did.

I actually ended up canceling the tow appointment last minute, but I have to write and say I absolutely would use this company in the future! They were very kind and understanding to a unique situation we had with an RV. They came to the hard to get to location to scout the project and worked diligently to find a solution. The guys that came, as well as the people I spoke to on the phone several times, were all extremely nice and patient.My favorite thing I heard from one of the guys was "I accept the challenge". Considering the circumstances...that was a huge peace of mind knowing someone would help us figure it out and get it done.Much appreciated!!

Thank you Auto Care for sending me two of the greatest guys to rescue us from a freight delivery company using inadequate equipment to deliver my barn to our home off of Graham Hill Road. Auto Care sent Gus and Ross with a big tow truck and forklift and finished up the delivery in short order. I felt like my prayers were answered when those two men arrived. They even put down mats on the asphalt road so the forklift wouldn't damage the surface. I can't thank you enough for such great service. I ve never been quite so disgusted with a business. Charges an outrageous fee to get my car back, and had to wait over an hour and a half for them to bring it to location that was not my place of residence. To do that they wanted much more money. Employees do not work with you and consider any factors relating to the matter. It s strictly money and business that is not done correctly. Took my time and money, and left me to deal with the car because they could not take it where I needed without charging more. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

We were evacuated from our RV Park due to the recent wildfires. Coincidently we were out of the state when this happened. Our rig was parked between 2 stationary mobile homes & situated behind a redwood tree. Auto Care Towing took on the job & was quick to respond to our crisis. They not only towed our rig to safety but managed to still handle it with care. Nothing inside was broken! I can t thank Carmen & the folks at Auto Care Towing enough for rescuing our home away from home. You guys rock!Service: Special vehicle towing

We had an impossible task and they approached it with smiles and enjoyment. Turned what was anticipated very stressful job into an enjoyable day. If you have something big to move down a challenging road don't hesitate to call these guys.

Straight up crooks. The man at the felton yard made an agreement with me that I could come get my things out of the my ban they towed. When I went to go get my things...they said they sold everything to jp wreckers. Liars and theives... and i plan on taking them to court for over 20,000 in tools and items they stole from me. Not even a phone call to me. Typical tow company.

When an accident happened, they came somehow. Charged me 250/hr, (although it was just a distance of 50 meters, 10 minutes work) which is interestingly high.
