I bought a car recently (and remotely) from Aloha Motors and it was a great experience. I was nervous about buying a car I hadn t seen in person couldn t test drive, but I was looking for a very particular car that was hard to find and they had it. They did a video call with me and showed me the car, inside and out. They let me listen to the engine and the stereo and answered any questions I had. Then they delivered it right my door in Santa Rosa! They ve been very helpful before and after the sale. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a VW eGolf here after looking at the other local independent lots around town, and I had such a wonderful experience. Gabe made it so easy and quick, too! I love my new used car and am really happy that I went to Aloha Motors.

I purchased a used Chevy Bolt from Gabriel at Aloha Motors in Santa Cruz. It was actually very pleasant and easy to do business with them. I had been talking to 3 or 4 other dealerships and it was your stereotypical used car dealer vibe - very pushy, calling and texting everyday, sometimes downright disrespectful - but with Gabriel at Aloha I did not feel any of that aggressive sales predation. He was very helpful, kind, and mellow. We were able to strike a deal within 15 minutes. Very thankful to Gabriel and Aloha Motors for a stress-free purchase. Highly recommended.

Gabriel and Joshua were both great assisting me in not only financing my Toyota Prius, but in solving any problems that I had, including making sure I knew how driving a Prius could be different than the manual engine cars I had previously. I got very nervous when the equivalent of a check engine light came on a few days after purchase, as the Toyota dealer I took it to said the part alone would cost over $2K and that it wasn t covered under the warranty plan I was given. But Joshua said he would call the Toyota dealer directly and he got everything worked out as the problem, a bad catalytic converter, was still under the manufacturer warranty! Why the Toyota dealer didn t tell me this is beyond me! But thanks to the wonderful helpfulness of Gabe and Josh, I was able to get the new cat installed free of charge plus was able to get back the diagnostic fee of $165 from Victory Toyota dealer that I had already paid. I can t give enough praise to Gabe and Josh of Aloha Motors!!!!

The BEST dealership in Santa Cruz! Thank you so much sir Josh! the nicest and funniest car dealer ever. I was able to buy my car the day I got my driver's license and its all thanks to him for being so understanding and helpful. Wish ya'll the best! come check this place out, guys!

As a college student as well as a first time buyer, I wasn't really sure of what I was going to buy or how to buy a car for the first time. Gabriel was there to explain every step of the way as well as explaining all the paperwork to me before I signed them. He was very patient and I drove off the dealership in less than 3 hours. Aloha Motors and the people who run it are the real deal. By far the best car buying experience, ever. After looking at several other lots in town, and speaking with both Josh and Gabe a few times on the phone, I decided to apply online with Aloha. Gabriel made the entire process expedient and seamless. He had me processed and approved for one of my most favorite cars I've ever owned, in less than 24 hours. I was blown away. The car was in excellent condition, and was sold to me for a great deal. It was the smoothest, most earnest transaction I could have ever wished for. ...But that's not all. A few weeks after I bought the car, I could not muscle open the oil cap. So I stopped by Aloha's office to see if they could help. Josh and Gabe personally checked and filled my oil(!!!). It was beyond! They are the dream team. Buying my new baby from them was one of the best highlights of this year. Aloha Motors is WOLRD CLASS.

I walked into this dealership looking for a quality used vehicle. Being a woman I don t know much about vehicle maintenance or history. The salesman Josh helped me through the process of buying a vehicle from start to finish. He was fast on getting me approved for an auto loan and explaining what I needed to do to drive away that day. I appreciated his transparency when asking about financing and the existing warranty on the car. I would go back for another vehicle in the future. Thanks Aloha

Let me start off by saying this place was so amazing I drove four hours just to finance a car from them! Gabe & Joshua went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and guided me through every step of the way. This was my first time trading in a vehicle and financing a newer one, so I was very confused and wanted to make sure I was making the smartest and most reliable choice. They saved me so much money and time I could not thank these two gentlemen enough!There was a little trouble getting my loan at first but Gabriel made sure he found a bank that would approve me, all while thoroughly explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Joshua gave me an amazing deal for the car I traded in and offered to help me out anyway possible with the financing process. Needless to say I got my dream car, 2015 Jeep Renegade. Runs great & is super cute. If you are looking to finance a car or trade-in definitely go to a Aloha Motors and talk to Joshua and Gabe they will give you an amazing deal and treat you like their own family :)

I bought my car from these guys a few years ago, It has been an excellent car for me with no problems whatsoever. At the time I bought it we had arranged to have an extra key made, but I never followed through, then recently the key I had started breaking (the plastic part separating from the metal) so I called them up, not only did they remember me and the car, but they also honored the arrangement we had originally made some 3 or 4 years earlier and replaced my key!! I frankly don't expect to need to soon, but when I need a new car I plan on going back to them!

As a woman, walking into a car dealership was something I used to avoid at all costs, until I visited Josh and his team at Aloha Motors. The team at Aloha Motors is not only professional but also knowledgeable and transparent.Josh was very patient with me and assisted me in finding the right car for me. He went above and beyond to show me the in-depth mechanics of the car, which no other dealership had done.Aloha Motors also has wide selection of quality cars. I was very impressed with there selection of luxury and sport vehicles. I found the perfect super clean BMW. I would refer anyone looking for great customer service and a nice selection of cars to visit Aloha Motors today!

After looking at their inventory online, I called and scheduled to come in and test drive the car of my choice. Josh made the process quick and easy, securing my loan qualification before I even came in. I left with my new car, very happy with the friendly and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend Aloha Motors to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good quality used car.

Aloha Motors was a dream to work with. We found the perfect car for our camping adventure. They even added a back up camera for me and hooked me up with a spare key six months later!!! Excellent customer service, great prices and cars!!!! Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. Me and my boyfriend visited both lots and Gabriel and Josh were just great to deal with. I ve only been on larger commercial lots before and I can say I would rather deal with these guys 100% of the time. Josh was particularly genuine and made us feel very confident about purchasing from him. He helped us through a wonderful deal on a great car. We love these guys!

I m so lucky to have found aloha motors! Such a great experience from the very beginning to the end. (Highly recommend!) In my life I have probably bought and sold 20 cars but this was the easiest place to deal with even compared to private parties. The owner Josh made it super easy from the very start there were no hidden fees and provided free Carfax and auto check records. I picked up a Ford F1 50 fully loaded but paid for the standard private party excellent value price! (Thanks josh you rock) The truck made so many compliments within my family that a month later my mother bought a 2010 Lexus IS250 from him! After 30 years Of purchasing used vehicles I have finally found the spot!

Will never buy from here again. They sold me a lemon that cost me over 8k (not including the 16k the car cost) within the first 11 months of ownership. The staff was friendly, however, when I called to talk about the car issues they did nothing to reconcile the problem. I overheard them throwing in a free 3 month power train warranty to another customer when I came to pick up the spare key. I m sorely disappointed that I did not receive the same customer care. I m local to Santa Cruz and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. My saving grace was a tree landing on my car and getting totaled out by insurance. I still took a huge loss. Took my money straight to the Toyota dealership and will never look back.Update: thank you for your response, however when I reached out in regards to the car issues, Gabe told me that there was nothing you could do to help me. In regards to the extended warranty, I was told I would have to put an extra $1000 down even with a substantial down payment which is why I declined.

Early April 2017 I was looking to purchase a truck needed for around the property tasks. I looked at various dealerships and was always lead towards a vehicle beyond my requirements, they wanted me to purchase more truck than I needed or wished to spend. Not so with Aloha Motors. Their small friendly corner operation fit the bill. Both Aloha Motors associates I conversed with were extremely knowledgeable in all phases of what to expect in financing and took the time to explain how secondary market financing and local banking lending practices differ in cost as well as rates. I was impressed. After our discussions they lead me to seek out a local financial institution that might well offer me the best available rates., which saved me a lot in interest rates and cost. From the test drive to finalizing the deal they maintained the highest integrity, explaining all aspects of the car fax and the trucks history. Heck they even told me if I wanted to ever sell the truck I just purchased to consider them when the time came! Needless to say they not only put me into a truck that was very functional for the duties I had in mind for it's use, but also put me into a well preserved 2004 Chevy Silverware in excellent condition and at a very affordable price. All in all they listened, advised and sold me what I was looking for. Not once trying to up sell me like the other dealerships. When or if I ever need or require to purchase another vehicle I'm heading straight for Aloha Motors, and I thoroughly recommend Aloha Motors for anyone who is looking for a great deal, at a fair market price! those folks at Aloha Motors are the best! Go see for your self.

I bought an excellent LEXUS RX300 that needed a couple of items fixed. Josh and his staff ordered the parts and completed the job. vehicle works perfectly. Also no hassle in sale of vehicle .Very friendly and helpful also. The SUV drives excellent now and everything works excellent too.Great Job!!! You guys rock!!!!

I bought my car there. It's a 2014 Jetta with 15k miles. I put $6k down and Gabriel helped me get financing for the rest. I was looking for a car that was a little older that I could just pay cash straight up for, but this was too good to pass up. There are other really good cars on this lot. I normally fear used car lots due to past negative experiences, but I feel like Aloha is a solid, honest operation. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't give 5 star reviews to anyone.

After looking all over the Bay Area, We found Aloha motors. Terry sold us my dream car. He was very knowledgeable on specific details about the vehicle. He was easy to work with very professional and personable. He made all the paperwork A breeze. We were out of there with my new car in less than an hour. The car comes with a 90 day warranty and goes through a complete check up at Wheel Works before it hits the lot. We will be back.

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism at Aloha Motors. They have 2 locations in Santa Cruz and in the past several years we have bought 3 vehicles from Aloha (2 in the past 2 months). We have worked with both Terry and Josh and both of them are great to work with. There is no high-pressure sales and they provide a wealth of information about cars. In addition, they followup with you and help you after the sale. I would not hesitate to go back to Aloha Motors. Each time it has been an enjoyable experience going there, and we have excellent quality vehicles (i.e. Toyotas) also.Thank you,Bob McGrath

This place is the best used car lot I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2004 wrx wagon and it was in excellent condition. You can really tell they take care of the cars they get. Make sure you ask for Josh when you go, he was fantastic to work with. He was not pushing at all and didn't apply any pressure to buy. He was knowledgeable and worked with us on the price to where we both walked away happy. I drove 3 hours to get this car, and he immediately sent me the carfax for the car after I called in a few days before I drove down. I would highly recommend doing business with these guys, I definitely would again.

Thanks Josh and Terry. I bought a Prius from you guys a year ago and because DMV was changing their systems, my registration from the car I traded in got lost in the mix. It was a paperwork nightmare that ended when I asked Josh for help. He handled the whole thing and made a problem I d spent six months trying to straighten out go away in one day.Both Terry and Josh, from the day I bought the car a year ago until today, have offered unbelievable customer service. Terry was fantastically helpful, and took the time to explain my options regarding financing. All three of the folks I met there were very helpful, actually, and there was absolutely zero pressure. I didn't wind up buying there, as they didn't have exactly what I was looking for at the time, but I'm telling my friends that this should be their first stop when looking for a pre-owned car.
