Replaced a front windshield and rear window in an older VW. Very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and also very friendly / courteous. Was very careful with the replacements, and did a phenomenal job. Good communication about timing of when he d arrive, as with mobile jobs the appointment windows can be highly impacted by traffic and previous jobs taking longer than expected. Would highly recommend Acumen!

Seth was truly amazing! He was able to fit me in same day and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while he fixed my car. Seth and Acumen Auto Glass were recommended to me by a body shop when I was trying to fix a leak at the top corner of my rear windshield. Seth got me in the next day, and ultimately charged me less than the minimum he had quoted for the work (which was competitively priced to begin with!). Trim for windshield not installed properly, trim for ac inlet vent not centered and rubbing on windshield wiper arm and making noise when in use, screws for trim driven home with impact and stripped out and not straight. Scratches ALL OVER hood and front fenders and A pillars. Not happy with results or customer service.
