I had bad flat tire on Friday later afternoon. AA Auto Collision Center helped me finding towing Company and tire shop that they have stock of my tire within the business hours so I can drive home. it was close to 5:00 pm on Friday, Their decision and help were great. Highly recommend.

Our Mercedes bumper was punctured by another car, and we weren t able to track down their insurance to help cover the cost of repair. It needed to be fully replaced.I took our car to Christian at AA Auto Collision Center, and he quoted me the repair both new and refurbished.The quote was much cheaper than another I had sourced in the area, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.I dropped the car off on Wednesday afternoon, and had it back and fully repaired by Friday. Very quick, very helpful, and very honest. I d highly recommend them to a friend.Thanks again for your time and assistance, and have a great holiday!Service: Painting

I was referred by another happy customer and my already high expectations have been exceeded. I ve had two cars worked on in the past month and not only did everything go smoothly with repairs but Brian and Carlos went above and beyond in working with us. They made the insurance process easier, gave us reasonable quotes and the work was perfect. Locally owned, honest and highly reputable is the least one could ask for, but Brian and Carlos take extra care of their customers!

The first guy I dealt with Joe was a joke. Sleepy used car salesman type. Should never had been allowed to work at a place as prestigious as a BMW recommended or certified repair center. The rest of the staff are friendly but the work has been Mickey Mouse on my i8 BMW. They returned the car to me unfinished several times and the new repairs are already falling apart. I have to go back again to redo the same work. Getting tired of this.

My fiance was in a car accident on the fish hook and it messed up her hood and bumper. We took her car to aa auto and Juan Carlos and Brian took care of her ( mainly Juan Carlos) Juan was overwhelmingly great at his job as the customer service rep for this company, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is the kind of guy you want as the face of your office dealing with customers. The job is not done yet so I will update the review later but so far we are very pleased with our experience with this bhsiness, it has made the accident much more bearable.Update:The fixing of the car took a bit longer than expected due to further damage that we did not know about, but the shop was very nice and they informed us every step of the way, which is a big deal when it comes to auto shops. I hate not being informed.The shop gave us a great price it was lower than they quoted us. Heavily recommended

Extremely pleased with the magic they worked making my fiasco with front bumper of new honda disappear. Looks like nothing ever happened. Brian and Juan Carlos are great to work with - reasonable, honest, efficient, just the best!

Beyond amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, communicative, and so crazy helpful! Excellent work too - got in a fender bender and they made truck look like new. :) I would recommend these folks to literally anyone.

Don t go if you re a woman. I went to this shop to get my car repaired after a friend broke off my side mirror of my GMC, it cost me $780. I took it there on a Monday to get it looked at, they got the replacement part on Thursday, didn t end up dropping it off until Friday, and got half of the repair done and then had to drive back on Tuesday to get the final piece that finally painted, it seemed like quite a long time for a side mirror, and they charged me for 3hrs of paint labor, and I know my little side mirror didn t take that long, but that s not the reason for the two stars. Everything that was repaired is great, and the employees were professional, it s the only reason they get two stars. My issue? The owner needs to learn boundaries with his female customers. He went from asking me to join his soccer team, to which I told him no, and I don t run, to giving me some really strange hand rub I surely didn t ask for. On top of that he hugged me and kissed me on my check when I left, I highly doubt this has ever happened to a man here. The following day when I got my completed stuff and stood as far away him as possible he asked me what was wrong . Is this what you do with your male customers? because I DOUBT IT. Just because I came in as a single mom in need of repairs did not mean I wanted some gross 40 something year old touching me. If you re a young woman I would most definitely not come here.

It's a real body shop . There they love your car as much or more than your self very good down to the smallest details. Dog friendly its like having your own personal body shop.

I got my car repaired and painted. They missed couple spots on my door and mirror. My rear bumper does not fit like from the factory. If I can give them a 0 I would.

Did a phenomenal job applying a Rhino spray bed lining on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. Will definitely keep going back to have any body work done.
