I came in for the free diagnostic and was quoted over $800 to have my alternator replaced. The price was outrageous, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Was shown by the proprietor of the other place that my alternator was actually in great condition, and even if it had needed replacement, it would cost less than half of what was quoted to me. I do not appreciate dishonesty or having my time wasted. 1/10.Service: Electrical

Pat is just awesome. Personable, HONEST, takes time to explain, transparent with fees and economical. As a single female I never feel taken for granted and I know Pat will tell the truth. Been going to him for years, with multiple vehicles and family members. Truly apart of the SCV community.

Worst auto repair shop ever!! The owners are just rude and disrespectful people!! They have a lot of problems with people parking in public places.

I have taken my car to Platinum Auto many times over the years and they ALWAYS take great care of my car!!!!!
