This family owned business is absolutely amazing. They put the customer first. David not only did a brilliant job with the installation of my transmission. He even went the extra mile of refusing to put the first one I bought in, as it wasn't good enough. Helping me get my money back and calling the place I bought the second one and getting them to pay me back a considerable amount of money after finding a flaw in that one. A flaw which he was able to repair and get me back on the road. Talk about integrity and pride of craftsmanship. H-P Transmission Center is #1 in my book.

The transmission in my wife s car went out I took it to three different places the first place did a transmission service and charge me $400 that did absolutely nothing. The second place told me that I needed my transmission rebuilt and they said $4500 and maybe more if there was more wrong with the transmission then just the soft parts. I took it to HP transmission spoke with Robert and Frank who are both very polite and knowledgeable. They are both very helpful and they were both so responsive I don t even know who the boss is they took very very good care of me and my transmission works like brand new. The car hasn t ran this good the entire time we ve owned it. On top of everything else it took a little long to get a part due to supply chains shortages and they did extra for me. Offered to get me a rental car and did the transmission on my 19 tundra. I honestly couldn t speak more highly about HP transmission and their employees I would recommend it to anybody I know!

Seriously the best mechanic shop experience i've ever had. These people are not only knowledgeable and fast, but, they also don't abuse their pricing for their service. Great price and great quality equal to great reviews, and i've been referring them to my family and friends for years. Frank and David have been in the area for some time now and have built a great reputation for their business in Santa Clarita. Keep up the work guys and thank you again for the excellent service!

I gave a positive review for this shop 2 years ago because I thought they honestly fixed the issues I was having with my car. They got it to pass the smog test 2 years ago and all seemed well. Took my car to get smogged again and found out that the instrument that turns on the check engine light have been purposely broken. Since it's not a simple bulb, I am going to have to pay a new shop to repair the instrument as CA will never allow a car to pass a smog test with a broken light. Really disappointed in this shop. I been driving around this whole time thinking they fixed the issues. If you had work done here my suggestion is to check your code with a code reader to make sure that this doesn't happen to you.

Very professional. I don't know much about cars. But David went out of his way to explained what was done and addressed other things that I needed to know. I would recommend this place to anyone that's why I'm giving it a five stars .Now a days other places just want to get $$$$$ from you.

We travel around the Country in our RV. One thing you give up on the road is a repair shop you know and trust.They squeezed us into their day just to diagnose it. Turns out it was too dangerous to drive. They fixed it right away and charged a fair priceI recommend them wholeheartedly!
