Amazing transmission shop! We have brought three of our vehicles here for transmission repairs for several years now. We have left satisfied every single time. They truly treat you like a human here and are very sympathetic and understanding. We live two hours away now and still continue to bring our vehicles here, as well as refer our entire family here when it comes to transmissions. Very grateful to have a shop like this that we can count on, we will not go anywhere else.

I can t say enough about Anthony and his team over at competition transmission. Their custom service is by far , the best in town . I recently had my 2018 Nissan Versas transmission rebuilt from them ,and they did an outstanding job making sure the car was repaired quickly and within a reasonable price . I felt like family when I walked through the door and met them for the first time . I would ve gave them 10 stars if I could . My experience with them was pleasant and they always kept my mind at ease during the repair process. Also you can t beat that 2 year 24000 mile warranty they offer on their rebuilds . Which means I have peace of mind knowing if anything goes wrong , or any check engine light comes on relating to the transmission, they will take care of it . I would highly recommend this place if your in need of a transmission repair .

10/10 experience! I spoke to Anthony on the phone and then took my car in for a diagnostic. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful through the whole process!! Super connectable and heart of gold. Will definitely be returning here for any transmission problems in the future!!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Honest, genuine, and best price with best service. I just have them fix my transmission on my Lexus IS 250, after looking into several other one they gave me the best price. Anthony and Carlos provided TOP notch service. Thank you. 2nd time using this shop. If you want your trans rebuilt correctly, you definitely want to come here. Carlos & Anthony are really straight shooters and very nice guys as well. The work they do is top notch and their prices beat most competition. It's feels good to know that the job your paying for is gonna be done right the first time and you can jump in your vehicle and drive anywhere with confidence. If your looking for an honest trans shop with good prices, then COMPETITION TRANS is the shop for you.

These guys are awesome!My transmission went out and these guys came over picked my car up and took it to their shop at no cost.They got the work done is a timely fashion.Anthony did his very best to keep out cost down and give us great service.Great customer service. Great sense of humor. All around really good people. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

No one wants to hear that there is something wrong with their transmission, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was referred to this shop and they didn t price gouge or suggest unnecessary repairs! Anthony is a friendly, experienced car person who explained everything in detail regarding my particular issue and went out of his way to accommodate me and complete the job in a timely manner. I can t say enough about Anthony a competition Transmissions. I was on my way to Lake Havasu in a 2007 Ford E350 van that had 279,000 miles on it. The transmission started to shutter halfway to Lake Havasu. I knew that Anthony was the best local transmission shop however he wasn t close to me. I called him and told him about the problem and he recommended a $12 fix that I could get at a auto parts store. I stopped at the auto parts store and it s fixed the problem. He could ve sold me on a whole new transmission instead he help me fix the problem. Not too many people would do this. Thank you competition transmission. Thank you Anthony! That s customer service.

Great work and very professional! Happy to have a working truck again.I needed transmission rebuild for an F-150. I felt good about leaving my truck with Anthony and his crew after chatting on the phone with him. They did wonderful job! Called and asked about making my transmission stronger (upgrade/beefing it up) and although the guy I spoke to was very nice, the shops name "competition transmission" doesn't quite match the work they do because I was told that they only work on stock transmissions. I would give 1 star because it lacks everything names stands for but I'm here to provide information and not giving bad reviews. I was told to go to a off-road shop to get that done so if you have any custom work you need done or upgrading don't bother calling.

Anthony from Competition Transmission/ Performance Transmission is the best. I felt very comfortable talking with him, they don't do things you don't need and are fair in their pricing. I felt they were very honest with us during the whole process. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing transmission work.

My cooler lines broke on my transmission while i was passing threw this town i own a nissan armada, the tow truck guy that picked me up siad he new a good shop that we can take it to. they where trying to charge me $2,980 for a complete reman transmission luckily i spoke to my budy steve who recommended me this shop, he told me he had a problem with them but they made it right so i called and im glad i did. what was a broken transmission turned out to be just a broken cooler line yes i piad for an extra tow from shop to shop but i saved over $2,500 thanks to mike and carlos i can say theres still good people out there.

Carlos and his team stayed open on a Saturday to help me out. I was visiting from out of town when my transmission in my Yukon XL went out on the Grapevine. Not only did they have the transmission in Stock, but they stayed late and changed it out and even met me Sunday so I could pick it up and travel home. They did not have to do any of these things, but they did and my family and I are extremely grateful. And with all that, it was probably half the price of what I would have paid at the dealership! This place is really great. They did excellent work on my truck and even worked with me on the fees due to the hard times I'm experiencing during the covid epidemic. I highly recommend them.

My transmission was shifting rough and my regular mechanic was on vacation, so I found Competition Transmission and am sorry I did. I paid over $2200 for a used transmission and after ONE MONTH it started hanging up going into 3rd again. I brought it back and after a test drive they said there was nothing wrong with it. Two months later it was hanging in 3rd and 1st and when I brought it back they said it shifted fine and maybe I was shifting too fast. My regular mechanic said there was a problem with the detents, synchro rings, and occasionally the throwout bearing made noise when idling on the clutch they did. Their 12 month 1200 mile warranty is a joke! They put you off denying there's a problem until it expires. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a ZERO.

Price was fair and was sent to them by a mechanic friend who said they don t cut corners and use top of the line fluids. My transmission now shifts better than when I bought the vehicleService: TransmissionService: Transmission

I left my car to get worked on, while in their care it was vandalize !! antenna stolen and windshield broken the hood was open slightly and no one noticed. Called the business to tell them of my disappointment and was just told of more vandalizing to other customers sad. No offer of compensation for damage . Beware!!!!!!!
