Lee at CA SMOG is one of the Best Mechanics I've been to in a long time! He's Honest, Hard Working with an Excellent Work Ethic, Very Knowledgeable and Conscientious. He goes above and beyond to make sure his work is completed properly.My Avalon needed extensive repairs to pass Smog and my check Engine light was on. I had the codes read by a retired mechanic friend who couldn't do the repairs. He referred me to Lee and told me Lee was a 'Good Guy' and very Honest. He was 100% Right and I'm so thankful for his referral!I applied and was approved by the "CAP" CA Assistance Program thru the "BAR" Bureau of Automotive Repairs. CA SMOG is one of the Approved Shops listed. It's very evident why he is. He called me and went over the repairs and costs which lined up with the info my Mechanic friend had given me. I approved the work and Trusted him to do it properly.Happily, Lee completed the work on my car a day early and at Less Cost than his original estimate bc he was able to clean up a part instead of having to Replace it! He saved me over $200! My car runs Better, has quicker pick-up, gets better mileage and no more emission fumes! I'm Very, Very Pleased with Lee at CA SMOG!5 Stars for sure!

Great service, highly recommend. Quick smog test performed by a friendly, kind technician. First time here, I came because of the good reviews and price over the phone. Clean waiting area!Smog test fee was very reasonable... didn't need to drive down to the valley as this place was perfect. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he was helpful.

Been coming to this Smog shop since 2017. The owner ,Lee,has been the best when it comes to customer service. he does an amazing job when checking my smog and finishes on time. He's also very reasonable price-wise ! I recommend this shop if you're local in SCV!

I have been taking all of my cars here for about 10 years now. They have always been honest, fast and a pleasure to do business with. Lee even fixed my a/c in my old Gimmy. It would be very easy for a smog shop to take advantage of customers, but not here. Key word, HONEST.

Thank you Lee for being you! Today I came into your shop to get a Smog Check and was fully satisfied. I was in and out in about 15min. The shop itself, including the bathroom, was clean. This is very rare in the industry of mechanics. I will be recommending you and your shop to anyone who asks me for your kind of services.I also appreciate you taking your time to check my power steering fluid, helping me learn and determine if I needed to add some. Took my RV in for a smog check. Tight parking lot conditions however, probably one of the best smog checks I ever had to deal with. Owner and single technician shop with a very pleasant deminor that I would even send my wife to deal with. Will be returning with my other vehicles as they become due for testing. Highly recommend

I called ahead and was told the best time for my service. I showed up at the scheduled time and was immediatly set up for my smog check. Great friendly service. I will use for my next smog check.

Owner treated me right.He explained the new rules after getting a check engine light fixed on the vehicle.I was there three times with the car and he was patient.He only charged me for one smog check and at the end when the car finally passed he just charged me the $8,25 fir the certificate
