A+++++ service, done in a timely manner, and definitely did an excellent job. Needed my oem Lexus rims to be reconditioned because of a bad car wash that deteriorated my finish on them. It was done within 24 hours and couldn t be happier with the end result. Would definitely recommend and come back if needed.

I would not trust these guys with your wheels.After seeing good reviews I took some steel chevy C1500 wheels here to be media blasted and powder coated. Talked to the owner, he seemed like a great guy.I came to pick them up and found that in every crevice of the wheel the paint was balled up like the wheel hadn t had the previous material full removed. Only one area on 1 of 4 wheels was coated correctly. The powder coat was also too thick around the hubcentric ring and lug seats, causing the finish the flake off when installed. They specifically told me they would have a light application to avoid this.When I went to pick up the wheels, the employees at the shop told me it was not possible to get a finish better than that, which is obviously not true. Then, They said they could not fix it for me because they didn t have a way to strip the paint off the wheel. I told them I would happily wait for the chemicals to arrive. To get me out of the door they said they would discount the service.I wish they would have just redone the wheel correctly , and despite asking several times they said they could not do it.I am sure their curb repairs work just fine, but I cannot recommend their full wheel refinishing. Had they tried to make it right be repainting the wheel I would be a happy customer, everyone makes mistakes and I would expect a shop to take pride in their work. 2 stars because they worked with me on the discount.

Had an rim damage by a large pothole on the 101 that required emergency repair. The staff at Wheel Techniques was friendly, helpful and provided a reasonable estimate to fix compared to buying a new rim. They turned around the repair in 24 hours! Highly recommend for rim damage repairs.

My wheels got a crack and I went here without an appointment. Walked in and out in less than an hour. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much Maria for the best customer service and of course to Oscar for accommodating me even though it s such a busy day and for the job well done. You guys are awesome!

Efren, said he would make them look like new, he undersold it. They look better than new. Worth every penny. Rock star customer service and quality work!!! Can t recommend enough!!

Came in for a bend on my HREs, they fixed it up in less than an hour during a busy morning when other shops wouldn't pick up the phone. Wasn't cheap, but was worth it for what I needed at the time. Will come again for rim touchups. If they didn't price so much for mount/dismount and took credit card, I think they could have more business, but pros and cons.

They did a good job (see pics). If you could drop off the wheels and wait for a couple days it works better for the cosmetics of the wheel since it takes time to polish, repaint and drying. Check pics for prices. Oscar took care of me.

On a recommendation from my friend i happened to take my car for getting the rims (that had curb marks , scratches) fixed and get them back in shape. Drove my car to their shop and handed over the keys (taking care of the paperwork) and was told that i would get it back in a couple of days. I got timely updates on my vehicle from Oscar (who happened to work on my car, do ask for him when you get there) and they definitely delivered on their promise. The final result was amazing and was kind of a complete flip as i couldn't recognize that these rims were the same one's (obviously fixed now) that i had left at the shop a couple of days ago.They dropped the car at my home and all in a it was an absolute 5* job. There were bend in the wheels on the passenger side which they took care of as well.Definite recommendation if you are out in the market looking for something similar. Do give them a call!!!

I have done business with John the owner of Wheel Techniques since they started over 35 years ago. Just bought a new RSQ8 and within a couple weeks had a small incident that caused some wheel rash. The wheels are 23 and beautiful so I decided to take it to Wheel Techniques to see if they could fix it. Dropped it off and got it back the next day looking amazing! Absolutely no way to even tell where the damage was done. I was told the wheel was so big it had to be done by hand. I highly recommend this place for wheel repairs. They are the nicest guys there and really are the best in what they do. Reasonable price to fix too.

I ve been driving on a bent wheel for over 7 months which caused differential issues in my car. My wheel was bent from the hub the inside , NO ONE was able to fix it. Jon built a special machine for it from the 80 s, and the wheel is back to life. Expert, professional, efficient, and one of a kind.

I was recommended to visit this shop after I cracked my front-right rim on my MB C43 AMG. I came in early and the owner promised me an appointment when his welders come in to work. I came an hour and a half later and he honored his promise.The price he gave me was very reasonable and the welding job was completed in less than an hour. It's been a few months since the cracked rim was repaired and I haven't run into any issues since.I'm extremely satisfied with the service and had a great experience dealing with the friendly owner and technicians at the shop. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Took my bent rim to see if they could fix it (damn potholes)! The tech that helped me out asked if I needed it back right away, or if he could have some extra time to make sure it's a good fix. I took it in on a Tuesday and told him Friday's good for me! So, first thing Friday morning, I'm getting a msg saying to go get my rim! Well worth the wait and the $! Zero issues at all!

Great service! Ran over a chunk of wood, put a huge dent on the rim. They were able to fix it for 1/3 of the cost of a new rim. Would definitely recommend

No other shop would fix my bent rim which I d had fixed the same way before with no Ill effects. Their work was efficient and impressive as they even repaired the curbing damage I d done. They also fixed the rust on my axels, all for a good price, and while being very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Brought in a wheel to be straightened in September 2021. Seemed a bit strange that I didn't receive any calls from them for months after, but figured with the pandemic slowing everything down they had orders backed up.Now March 2022 I go over there, was not in a rush to pick up the wheels, but without any calls I dropped by. I tell them the wheel and what I dropped it off for and they had no idea, checked for my invoice and found it.They let me know that they didn't have the wheel anymore because they "throw out customer wheels after 30 days."I asked them where they have a notice about throwing out wheels after contacting customers and was met with a blank stare. The employee printed out my invoice to show me it was from September 2021 and that "it's been like over a year."On the invoice it says that a 10% service fee will be added to the invoice, not we throw away your wheels after 30 days.0/10 service, 0/10 practiceWhen I asked how should we handle replacing the wheel and TPMS sensor, the employee said "we don't buy wheels, but I can give you a site where you can get new ones."If I wanted to buy them new I wouldn't have come here in the first place.Be warned because you either have to call everyday and baby sit your wheels, or they get tossed.

This place is great, and John is awesome.I drove over from Santa Cruz on a Saturday morning with tires that needed to be mounted, and the rims they were to go on. One of the rims was damaged, and needed to be balanced.I'd received a price quote over the phone a few days before, and was warned there was a standard 24 hour turnaround period. Since I live over the hill, and again, it was a Saturday, I'd planned on coming back Monday on my way home from SF.Long story short: I actually had TWO bent rims(Facebook Marketplace is fun,) but John had me out of there with four perfectly balanced wheels and mounted tires in under two hours.I don't know if he took pity on my ratty 4Runner(the wheels are for my E30,) knew I 'd only come in prepared to pay for one wheel fix, or just didn't want to see my mug in his shop again, but he got me sorted and sent home stoked... Not to mention he cut me an AWESOME deal.I'll definitely be recommending Wheel Techniques to anyone who needs wheel work.Thanks John!

These guys are the NICEST. I happened to come on a day when they were short staffed and under pressure to get a lot of jobs done before the holiday. Even so, they agreed to fix my two bent and cracked rims for the next day so that I could take my kids to school the next week. The wheels look GREAT. Can't tell where the damage was at all, and now they actually look better than the other two with the curb rash.

I had them repair a classic BMW rim(rashed with dents from pot holes).They made it look brand new for a fraction of replacement price.Professional Pothole repair masters.

Last month, I had my motorcycle wheel painted, specifically asked them before spraying "please check to see if anything is damage or out of place, if there is DONT spray it but let me know so I fix it first" , and what do you know?? It came back next day looking real good but, there was a bent spot, OMFG !!!! it's like the workers don't talk to each other or like no one wrote down customer request or they just really don't care and just need to get that sale in screw everything else. So now I have a painted wheel that's bent !! And now if I were to fix it, the paint will be ruin and I will have to do everything over again. Whoever that manages customer via telephone should really focus on customer need rather then talking to us as if we were at a drive thru..terrible customer relations but good quality paint work though. Thumbs up to the technician but boo the customer rep dude, from other review it sound like the same guy

Very professional service. I had slightly bent front rims, they fixed it in no time. It's pricey but worth it as it prevents further rim damages.

Good service and good experience. Rim and tire were both damaged as I ran over some unusually large bike lane separators. Went here with a damaged rim and a deflated tire. They gave it back to me as good as new in two days. This could have been an expensive affair if I had gone to any chain tire stores as they would have had me replace rim and tire both.
