I recently had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Steven s Greeks Hyundai, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise.The communication was excellent, with Dana Caldwell as my service advisor keeping me informed about the progress of my vehicle's maintenance. Randy and Rick helped me with getting my crack windshield covered by the insurance company, which rejected my claim on the ground that I didn't reach out to them the moment it cracked. Randy pushed through the process and Rick made the replacement hassle-free and super smoothly. I appreciate the support and efficiency they provided.

They may not be the largest dealership, but they exceed expectation by far. I returned my Accent for a recall (corporate was concerned about theft, so seeks to strengthen the ignition on the steering column), and was treated like I owned a Genesis. My service advisor, Nick Collins, gave me a warm welcome, walked me through what their tech will do to my car, and promised my car would be done asap. Even before I left, I had his text should I have any questions, and he'll text me once they are done. My vehicle was ready in less than a couple of hours, and at pick up, Nick also recommended a few service items for my car (oil change is close along with some new rubber soon). I love the five star treatment. Nick also followed up with email a day later to make sure I'm completely satisfied. I definitely recommend Hyundai as a great reliable brand, and Steven Creek's Hyundai for your next scheduled service. Ask for Nick and put your mind at ease.

Setting up an appointment has been difficult because the service centers are closed on Saturdays, but SCH helped me get me one early enough so that I would not have to miss work. Upon entering I was greeted by Nick who became my Service Advisor and assured me I would be well taken care of. The waiting area was comfortable and before I knew it, it was time to go. This is what true Customer Service should be about always. Thank you Nick and Stevens Creek Hyundai for making my day start off well.

This specific dealership is the best one I have experienced for Hyundai.I was recently in there for a pre-paid service and mentioned the wireless charging was not working. They were able to diagnose the problem and complete the regularly scheduled service in an hour and a half. The people there are very kind, accommodating, and efficient. Thank you all at Steven s Creek! Especially Service Advisor Alma!I had been to a different Hyundai dealership for a previous service and I asked them about the wireless charging issue and they told me they would have to keep the vehicle for three (3) days for a diagnostic.

I ve had the best experience with Hyundai Stevens Creek for the past 3 years, from leasing to buying, to servicing my Hyundai Kona their service has been above and beyond. Special shout out to Nick Collins for topping the charts with my latest service experience. I got a little scare error message regarding the transmission control system check - not only he accommodated my last minute drop-in, he also ensured I am fixed with a loaner vehicle and has been in touch throughout the service. Their 2024 Hyundai Kona in bright sprout green stole my heart! Such a smooth ride, more inner space, beautiful design. Highly recommend!

Telephone to make an appointment was answered promptly and I was able to make an appointment for routine service for my electric vehicle the same week. Nick, the service advisor was helpful - this was my first appointment after buying the car and I had a few questions about the operation of the EV which he quickly answered. I also had a concern about a back door molding seal which he examined and then ordered a new part. When the car was finished, I received a call and pick-up was straight forward. All good! I'll have to take it back when the part comes in, but Nick said I can just drop by and they'll install it while I wait.

I always have a good experience getting my car serviced at Stevens Creek Hyundai. The advisors are always friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is getting an appointment - they usually are scheduled out a couple of months. But if you have an urgent issue, they can probably fit you in.

I have given my car for a general service on Monday and taken my car return back and the next day some ignition showing on my display about some engine problem so I contacted the service center again they told me to give the car again to diagnose it . So I have taken my car again on Wednesday morning and given for the diagnose. Today is Friday still now they not fix the issue and call me simply saying we can t have time this week you can fix an appointment and come again they said ..the customer service is not at all good if they can t do then y told to give the car .. because of this my entire week is fully destroyed.. not even they give the spare car totally unlike and this won t happen to anyone

As many reviewers here have noted, there is a service agent in the group named Lynn who is not just competent but personable, helpful and knowledgable. I was shopping for SUV's and wanted to ask about the service capabilities here. Lynn took the time to show me how she schedules appointments, answered questions I had about the space under the cargo floor of a specific model (which she knew about to my amazement!) and gave me her card if I had further questions. And folks, I don't even own a Hyundai yet. I am very impressed! I also reviewed the sales department, specifically Amrit who was great--also knowledgeable, kind and ethical. It was a refreshing experience having had shopped at other dealerships on that same street--though I won't name names.

Had my 2018 Hyundai Elantra serviced at Steven s Creek Hyundai yesterday. I have been going there for years and they do my regularly scheduled maintenance while I am waiting in the customer waiting room. My coordinator, Cathal Ennius was terrific as he always is. Quickly did paperwork and he went over any issues that I had quickly and made sure that they would be reviewed. Total service was done in 1 1/2 hours which was terrific. Cathal went over results - all good - and no extra charges. Even though I live in San Francisco and there is now a Hyundai dealership closer to me I will continue to go to Stevens Creek Hyundai!! Thank you service folks and especially Cathal.

I have been a customer here since 2014. I had an appointment at 10:30am to have my car serviced. It was really busy; they didn't get to me until close to 11am. This is the first time that happened. (I didn't mind, I had the day off) I love the customer service staff. They are so welcoming and provide good service. Shout out to Cathal!!! My only gripe is that I was quoted one price when I left the car, and the price was doubled when I went to pick it up. In the past, I would receive a call when the price was different. What changed? I bring it up is because, what if I didn't bring extra money and only brought what was quoted. That would have been embarrassing. Maybe improve in that area and the waiting time when one has an appointment. Other than that, great job.

UPDATE:Management from DGDG as well as the location reached out and helped set us up for an appointment to drop off our car and provided us with a loaner. The vehicle was fixed within 3 calendar days, putting an end to this ordeal. The attitude noticeably improved, communication was timely and detailed, and we're actually very pleased with the experience. Had they offered this kind of service from the get-go, this would have been a FIVE STAR, but I'm happy to boost the rating based on the remediation.ORIGINAL: 1 STARCame in for a steering related problem for my Hyundai sonata hybrid and it's a known service bulletin too. I made an appointment online at Stevens Creek well in advance, too, with my VIN number, so they know that I have a hybrid coming in. But when the car arrived at Stevens Creek Hyundai, the staff told us that the car could not be looked at because the hybrid technician was not in, and the nearest appointment is something like 3 months away. There wasn't a loaner vehicle available either. We were extremely frustrated because the car's steering would go dead randomly which could have killed us when driving in Palo Alto, and this is how we were treated at the dealership. Just ridiculous.

I had a pleasure taking my vehicle to Steven Creek Hyundai Service Department. Cathal and all the other staff were amazing. I just think that it would be great if you offered Lyft services for customers. Despite that, I had an excellent experience getting my vehicle serviced here and will be making this my regular spot to take my car to.

Alma was the one who helped me out getting my car s battery management system repair scheduled and fixed in a very reasonable timeframe. Most dealerships were 1+ months out for service, but I was able to get in within two weeks. Once I found out my car needed warranty work they set me up with a loaner until my car was finished which was about another 2 weeks. I wasn t out of a vehicle the whole time and they took great care of my car. Thank you Alma and everyone else at Steven s Creek Hyundai!

Things are not done properly at first visit. It was rather simple job, oil change and recall service suggested and secure under cover panel that came lose. I ended up coming back 3 times to get recall part cause engine check light came on and the under panel cover was not fixed to take care of. I guess I will look my luck somewhere else.

My car was vandalized when someone broke the ignition in an unsuccessful attempt to steal it. No local shop wanted to fix it and all said take it to the dealer. Things stalled when my insurance wouldn't approve their high estimate but after 4 weeks of sitting on their lot with no ignition my battery died. It's not in their protocol to take care of your car when it's on their lot. Then after the battery and ignition was replaced they couldn't start it and ran a random test that said there was no pressure in the engine so I'd need a new engine. They tried to total my perfectly fine car! I had it towed to another mechanic who charged the new battery and got it started no problem. I have zero faith in Stevens Creek Hyundai and will never take my car back there.

Recently, I encountered an issue with my Ioniq HPEV, and I promptly took it to Stevens Creek Hyundai Service Center. Lynn, my frequent advisor, provided professional assistance by explaining the problem and the necessary remedy. Thanks to her prompt service, my car was swiftly fixed under warranty, and I received it back within a week.Interestingly, this wasn t the first time I faced this issue. About four months ago, due to time constraints, I took my car to a nearby Hyundai Service Center. Unfortunately, their customer service was subpar. They kept my car for nearly a month, and I had to repeatedly inquire about its status via text and phone calls. To make matters worse, the same problem resurfaced.Having experienced both ends of the spectrum, I appreciate the efficient service provided by Lynn and SC Service Center. Consistent and reliable assistance is crucial for a positive ownership experience.

While the staff is friendly enough, when I went for Hyundai service, though I had arrived first, the genesis car was helped first. Then after they ran the diagnostic of my car, they claim the speed sensor is damaged, harness is bent etc when I had my usual shop take a look beforehand last week and nothing was bent or damaged or anything. I take very good care of my car. Hyundai couldn t and wouldn t provide me any picture proof of damage. By claiming damage the speed sensor replacement doesn t fall under Hyundai s best warranty in America and costs a whopping $700 to fix. Safe to say I ll be taking my business elsewhere and reconsidering Hyundai in the future.

I took my car to the dealership to have Hyundai trained mechanics document all non-body work damage and to provide me with an estimate to repair such damage so that my car would be returned to its pre accident condition after my 2023 Elantra after another car hit my car.To me they did a thorough inspection and gave me the written repair estimate.
