My recent service visit at BMW Stevens Creek Service center was a breeze. From the moment I pulled in, everything went smoothly. The service agent immediately recognized my appointment and had me checked in within 5 minutes. They even helped me snag an Uber ride quickly. The staff was incredibly courteous and explained the next steps clearly, all through convenient text messages. Plus, the waiting area was a major perk it was clean, comfortable, and even had some fancy coffee machines to keep me caffeinated while I waited (which, thankfully, wasn't long!). Overall, a fantastic experience they definitely know how to take care of their customers!

My service advisor was highly professional, consulted with the service department to see if my service could be expedited beyond the original plan, and not only delivered on the promise of Expediting the service but beat his own schedule by significant amount. The car was in excellent condition when I received it following the service.

Very efficient service. Polite staff no waiting when I arrived, my needs such as ride to the place and back to the dealer while waiting was provided, place is very clean. There are various variety of specialty coffees to choose from and spacious and comfortable waiting room. Frank who did the service was courteous and efficient as well as the staff who drove me and pick me up (can't remember his name he's from Guatemala). I'm very happy and satisfied with Stevens Creek BMW and will definitely recommend it.

Took my friend s car in for a repair. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. Huge thank you to Matt who oversaw the repair process. Every step was clearly communicated and the entire process went smoothly. Matt offered good advice to help us make decisions of the repair plan and was extremely understanding and supportive. I strongly recommend this team!

Gordon my service advisor is excellent . He communicates clearly and in a timely manner. He is always polite and helpful.I have been his customer for more years than I can remember and I always insist on scheduling my appointment with him as I am guaranteed good service .

On the whole, I was treated quite well. Natalie was very good follow up and was very responsive. My insurance company which was the sticking point that was the reason why I get my car back for a week. my biggest complaint was the extreme cost of the repairs. Also, I still find it.unbelievable Tires and struts could go out at 29k miles.

I had excellent service from Kamran Haroon. I was looking for a convertible 430 BMW, Arctic Race Blue Ext, Canberra Beige Int. Kamran kept me informed on all of Stevens Creeks new inventory. Not sure if we got lucky, but the convertible I ve been wanting came in last week. Kamran called me and I bought it the next day. Thank you for the excellent service.

I had unauthorized work done on my car. I never received a phone call or text update stating some further diagnostics that are outsourced were needed at a cost. I didn t fully understand when asked about the charge after the fact. The diagnostic did not fix the problem with my car. When I arrived home and spoke to my husband he called and spoke to the advisor and she couldn t answer the questions he had. He asked to speak to the service manager who was not available at the time. My husband would get a call from the manager. The manager NEVER called back. We still are needing to speak to the service manager. We normally take our car to be serviced at Fremont BMW. We always received excellent service there but thought we d give stevens creek a try since it s closer to home. Nope. We will take the further drive to Fremont when service is needed.

A good visit to Stevens Creek BMW. Easy to schedule and efficiently facilitated and handled by Tyler Lem who is the very best!! Tyler is experienced, listens to any customer concerns and formulates the most efficient and cost effective approach to taking care of them. I ve always been comfortable taking my car back to this dealership for servicing.

Did routine oil change. Multipoint check was done for free and health report sent to me for viewings. Waiting room is spacious. Nice experience. Highly recommended

Hieu is an amazing advisor, I just recently started taking my suv to Stevens Creek BMW and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth experience from receiving a loaner, and addressing all my concerns with the vehicleOn top of that, my car was serviced quickly and was able to pick up the same day!

Honestly, really killer service experience. Simon was my advisor, but all of em have been great. Here s what I like:- scheduling is super easy, changing appt times is easy, showing up early / late has never been a problem.- if you tell em not to wash your car, they won t, but will still vacuum / light detail the interior. This honestly is way above and beyond most service experiences.- they ll tell you about the amenities I mentioned I was going to lyft back instead of waiting there, they offered to give credits for it. Awesome.- and most importantly, the quality of the work is good, and prices are inline for qualified dealer techs.I could go on I really like using this service center.

The service advisor is very and knowledgeable about my car's problem. While I am waiting for booked loaner car, I found the lounge is both comfortable and clean. Especially, it was a cold day; the gourmet coffee helped my morning. Overall experience is excellent!

Every step in this process was a complete failure.1. I explicitly requested a valet service to fix my car and emphasized the need for an electronic jumper due to a drained battery. They ignored my request, arrived unprepared, and had to make a needless second trip.2. The service advisor promised to notify me whether I could get my car back on the same day or the next. He completely failed to communicate, didn't respond to my repeated messages, and consequently sabotaged my plans with a friend.3. When I called the next day, an agent said she'd connect me to the advisor, but I was consistently diverted to a recording. This happened multiple times.4. After numerous calls, I was casually informed that the advisor was absent and was finally connected to a backup advisor.5. The backup advisor was clueless about my case and had to check the status. Later, he claimed that only the payment was pending and said he'd send a message.6. That message never came. I waited for an hour, repeatedly being promised it would arrive soon, but it was all empty assurances.7. By 3 pm, with no communication from their end, I had to take matters into my own hands and go to the service center to retrieve my car.8. To add insult to injury, they didn't provide me with any documentation until I was literally walking out of the service center.This entire ordeal was a parade of incompetence and neglect. The lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. I insist that such gross mismanagement must never occur again.

I had a terrible experience with this center recently. Water was leaking in my car when it rained. They mis-diagnosed the problem twice and charged me for it both times. First time they said it was the back door, and next time it was the front door. Because of their incompetency, I have wet carpet. The service agent does not care and lied. He said the carpet was dried with fans and they took care of it. No they did not.I was a loyal customer for many years but never going there again. Hugely disappointed.

I like BMW, but the customer service at Stevens Creek is top notch and makes me LOVE BMW and not want to buy any other brand in the future. Matt St John has been our guy and he is knowledgeable, professional and makes us feel like VIP every time!

I forgot the name of the guy that helped me but he was great! One thing that worried me when I ve taken my car into previous shops is not hearing back for hours, but, this man Called me to give me updates which is awesome and even let me know around what time it would be ready so I could find a ride in advanced!
