If I could give 10 stars I would give these team. Vy Li, he s very professional. Listened to my needs and I came out of there happy with a car that fits all my needs. Kaya gave me a good deal on my old BMW. She s very kind, patient and professional. If your car has issues or needs service Tyler at the service center is the guy to see. Such a great guy followed up with me and gave me updates about my car. He s professional and knows his stuff. Thank you all for being such a great team!

It was a 5-star experience for me. Bought a used non-BMW car, even got some discount (not from the first salesman we met though, so feel free to work with different people out there). Then during the checkout my discount disappeared (and I didn t check it, was excited). But the dealership honored their promise and refunded the discount! I d come to them again when we need another car.

Amazing deals and treatment. Staff is very well trained.I went in for a used model 3 and Fadi the sales manager helped out with cross checking all the features of the car and condition of the car.Hazein is an amazing salesman and explained everything well during the test drive.Ben the finance manager gave me a great deal on the financing the car too. Highly suggest checking out the place for buying a car

BMW Stevens creek is an excellent place to shop around for your next dream car. Sales person Von patiently took us around the lot and answered all our questions clearly. He was very professional during the price negotiations and gave us a good deal.

Just had the WORST experience ever at Stevens Creek BMW. This finance guy, Eric, convinced me to drop an extra 10k on extended warranties. Worst part is that he was lying about the amount I was paying for the warranties. (He took advantage of I was in a hurry) Most of these warranties overlapped, and he wasn't exactly upfront about what I was really paying. Even got charged tax on one of them. Right when I realized after couple of days of purchasing, I tried to cancel these unnecessary warranties within a month, knowing it was my right, but it's been over two months of shying away from their end. I've called, emailed, showed up in person I got nothing, they would not tell me the progress. I emailed their finance manager, who apparently doesn't believe in responding to customers. Honestly, this is my 3rd BMW, and I've never been this disappointed. What happened to customer service? What a shame! Anyone thinking about buying from here, be extra careful.

The salesman, Ali, did a good job by showing us around. We ended up buying a X3 about 2 weeks ago. He also followed up with me proactively about the missing key fob and other stuff.I will definitely go back to him if I wanna buy another BMW.

Had a great experience at Stevens Creek BMW. Von was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had during my visit. Really stood out in a positive way amongst all the sales associates I came across at various dealerships while looking for a car in the area. The rest of the staff was also great. Didn't catch all their names, but the ones at the front desk got me checked in and helped very quickly, despite being a walk-in.This dealership has a pretty large selections of cars on the lot. And even though I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for at the time, it'll definitely be my first stop once I ramp up my car search again.

I recently purchased a BMW in Steven creek dealer. I highly recommended JORAINNA Yao. She is so nice. She answered all my questions about the car. Most importantly, she never let me feel any pressure to purchase a car. She know what customers wants and plan for the best of customer s interest. After I purchased car, she also tried her best to help whenever I needed, such as patiently explaining the functions, scheduled a training session even two months after I purchased it. I knew I have been taken care of and will trust her. She provided excellent services.

Pre-purchase:- Pricing was communicated incorrectly. I was quoted an out-of-the-door price, and as soon as I came to the dealership to complete the purchase, the price increased by $1500.During Purchase:- Bought the car before closing. I was promised to take care of all the touchups and exterior detailing the next day. But it didn't happen. Now your sales manager has declined to honor your promise.First Drive:- Absolutely zero quality control for a CPO. The charging feature didn't work. I had to make 3 trips to get it fixed.Final thoughts:- Most deceitful BMW dealership. My experience has been horrible. Would never recommend this dealership to a friend.- You will get a better service from an independently owned user car service than this particular BMW dealership. They don't respect the customer. Except for the salesperson who helped me, everyone in the sales came across as very arrogant.

We know Kamran Haroon over past 10 years. We met Kamran first at Nissan Dealership in 2014 when he sold us our Nissan Altima, we still have that car and are very happy with the car and Kamran s honest personality. We met Kamran again at Stevens Creek BMW and right from the start we knew Kamran is the salesperson who would help us in buying our 2022 BMW X2 (just around 16,000 miles on it). Kamran was very prompt in informing us when the car arrived at the dealership, we came for test drive the same evening. The next day we decided to met Kamran at 9:00 AM and asked him to start the paperwork. His attention detail is phenomenal in the car selling process. Kamran updated us with every update right from the car was detailed and the necessary paperwork needed. In fact he and his colleague Henry Ly (BMW Finance) got us a better interest rate VS our preapproval from Local Credit Union. I highly recommend Kamran for buying / leasing your next car at Stevens Creek BMW. Car buying was hassle free and straightforward with Kamran. We will be coming to Kamran again for our next BMW in couple / few years. I highly appreciate Kamran s salesmanship, honest personality and he being a sharp listener. Mike and the sales manager were extremely helpful. I walked in after test driving a new Tesla Model 3 before coming over (not impressed), wasn t sure I d be able to move forward on a BMW due to price but right away Mike got to know me, made sure I was aware of the options, took me for an extended test drive, introduced me to the sales manager they made me feel as comfortable as possible to really embrace the ultimate driving machine experience. Ended up getting a reasonable trade-in value, and a great monthly payment. Purchased the exact i4 I was looking for, couldn t have asked for a better experience.

We had a surprisingly good experience leasing a new BMW from Stevens Creek BMW, thanks to TJ who helped us from our initial online contact through us driving of the lot in the new car.There was minimal haggling involved. I felt good about the price and the vehicle. TJ and the rest of the staff were very courteous and patient, especially for being past end of the day.We had just gone to another BMW dealer a couple days prior and the overall experience was much better with Stevens Creek.Additionally, they seemed to have a much larger selection of vehicles, including the one we really wanted, which was hard to find within a 100 mile radius of us.

Smooth experience buying the car. Not much haggling with the price. Jossan was the sales person and he was quite a friendly guy. Happy with the interaction at the dealership. Paper work was a breeze as the finance team knew what they were doing. Only thing I didn't like was that they had some additional charges for some paint protection which they finally removed.

Michael Spanton was my sales manager at Stevens Creek BMW and he was amazing. He made sure I was getting the best deal but first of all made sure I was happy and fully satisfied with my decision. Always had a good experience here!-Updates regarding the service department.I recently brought my car to Stevens Creek BMW and had a fantastic experience. The service department truly impressed me it's the best I've encountered at any dealership.Even though I live in a different area, I make the trip to Stevens Creek BMW for all my maintenance and repairs. Their commitment to quality is clear they never cut corners when working on my car.My service advisor, Cesar deserves special recognition. He's consistently professional and provides prompt follow-up, especially helpful when I've had to leave my car for a few days.What truly sets Cesar apart is his dedication to the customer experience. He listens attentively to my concerns, explains what's possible and what's not, and is always willing to help whenever he can. I have been a BMW enthusiast and happy customer of Stevens Creek BMW since 2002. I d thought I d shop around this time to see what the competition is doing as I want to get back to an SUV! As I searched, I found as I tallied up their many desirable features, high reliability cars and sheer Joy of driving their all drive cars, I had to consider the two decades of 1st Class Service experiences all these years- what was I looking around for? I called their Top Sales guy, Ahmed ~ I kept an eye on their Used Car Inventory online for a couple months- I called Ahmed to drive a few- the second visit we found one for me! They took my sports wagon as a trade and I was thrilled to keep to my goal numbers too! I could not be happier!! Ahmed is very knowledgeable and very personable, great communicator,, great listener too! he took good care of me in the process! Thank you, Ahmed and Stevens Creek BMW!

Kamran was excellent! I arrived and told him what I had in mind and he said "hold on I'll be right back." And returned with the perfect car. The process was lengthy but worth the time. The staff showed me all of the features of my new vehicle and provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. Not only do I have the perfect RIDE but I bought it from the perfect DEALERSHIP.
