Our estimator was very knowledgeable and he updated us everyday for the progress of the repair of our car. We were really happy with the outcome of the repair. Looks brand new again.

I just have to give a HUGE shout-out to Anna, Ricardo & Janessa! What an outstanding Team!!! FROM START TO FINISH I RECEIVED STELLAR SERVICE!!!The undercover Heroes, who are the mechanics, fixed my 2019 wrecked SS1LE Camaro back to looking and sounding its Best!!! If you have a wrecked car? Look no further!!! You just found a Diamond in the rough!!! I recommend this place Hands down. You will be EXTREMELY happy and glad you took your vehicle to this repair shop!! I met the owner as well! Cool Guy!!! I have to let you know. Amazing experience! Very simple and transparent process. I was well informed the entire process. Staff was readily available, courteous and accommodating! The place of business was very clean and the drive through check-in / check-out was ideal to protect against the heavy rain.Service King went above and beyond, even vacuuming the vehicle prior to release.

Recently my car got vandalized with a broken window and I ve been to service king for many years with previous cars that had body or AutoGlass repairs needed. Unfortunately this visit was met with unwelcoming customer service, immediately when walking through the door one of the agents said I should just go to safelite instead. Had some issues getting the claim emailed/faxed over and took no initiative to assist me or calling the insurance themselves. Had to call my insurance 5x and they mentioned how it should ve been sent over. Towards the end just leaving annoyed.Fast forward 72 hours I get a text from crash champions/service king about scheduling an appointment for my claim. No thanks.Clearly new management, new staff who clearly don t care. I don t recommend for any glass or body collision moving forward from this business

This place was recommended through my car insurance, but even if I didn't go through my insurance, I would come here. Shoutout to Chanel and Janet for fixing my car up and Brandon from Enterprise for the rental.Everything was so quick and easy.I got a hit and run on the highway yet my car didn't get a car cam. I got my car right rear end fixed as well as the left rear end fixed in an earlier incident. They changed my bumper as well and gave a car a good wash. My car looks as brand new from the rear. The team was good at sending me a repair estimate at the way that I felt comfortable and listed all the breakdowns clearly. I was later updated frequently via text messages about the progress of the repair in a very personal tone, which assured me that my car was in good hands. They exceeded my expectation by delivering the repair one day earlier than promised and gave me a call to pick it up. Hands down best experience I've had, very grateful and appreciative to the service king staff. Everything from drop off to pick up went so smooth, the paint and body work look amazing. Great place, would nightly recommend to anyone!

SK didn't just drop the ball but actively tried to deny and do a poor job.I took my car here since they had a great reviews and were partnered with Geico. SK repaired my front bumper and upon pick up I noticed that the "new bumper" they installed had 3 scratches/dings (whatever you call it). In addition I noticed the one of my fender had a chipped paint and scratches. At the moment my representative wasn't present and I took it up with the front desk associate. We both inspected the car and completed it to the photos they have taken on day of drop off on their computer. We both agreed that the gender damage did not exist prior to my drop off. To my surprise, the next day my SK rep emailed me stating she saw no damages to the new bumper and that the fender damage pre-exsited. I also provided them images of the day of the accident where it clearly showed no damages with time stamps. I asked SK to do the same but they refused to provide any time stamp photos.This then escalated quickly to SK manamgent and low and behold, as I expected, the manager kept denying damages and asked me to come in to show him. It wasn't until Geico contacted them and provided the same photo I provided to Geico and SK, that the manager apologized for the bumper and agreed to fix it while continuing to deny the fender damage.I knew the fender damage wasn't going to get easily resolved so after the bumper was reworked, I went to pick up my car and filed a complaint with BAR.

Looking for a legit body shop go to Service King. Chanel was so kind and understanding it put all my worries at ease. She helped me with the paperwork and the rental, the process was so fast and she was very professional. Salute to the body shop guys who did excellent work on my bumper. I want to also thank Anna for her excellent customer she processed me out and gave me a feeling of satisfaction and comfort with the service done. It felt like I was in a brand new car. Haven't had service here, but the previous owner of my vehicle did, and apparently they did a horrendous paint job. Records show that the job was done in 2012, and now just 7 years later, the paint is peeling off, exposing the bare metal to rust. I've taken it to 10+ different shops, and every single one says it's a botched paint job. Took the car in to see if they could fix their mistake, but said their warranty only covers the original owner; which I get. But would've been great if they did a not-terrible job the first time ...

I got in a crash with damage to the front left of my car. I took it to service king and my experience was awesome they really went above and beyond. Odishu was the one who took care of my car and he did a great job. They got it done in 5 days which I think is quick for a body shop. The area that was damaged looks brand new and was painted very well. I think they had to replace the entire front bumper and because of that they also replaced my front right fog light which had been damaged in an earlier incident. They probably could have just replaced the bumper without the fog light but I really appreciate that they also replaced the fog light so the whole thing looked new. It also seems like they cleaned the entire interior of my car which I was not expecting. All the trash I had in the door pocket they threw out and they cleaned the inside of my windshield which I had been procrastinating on for a while. They also were very good about communicating with enterprise so that picking up my rental car and returning it were perfectly aligned with changes in repair estimates. They were also quick with getting me rides to and from enterprise and service king. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend taking your car here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So upset with the service provided!! They lied about what all came with the service, lied about the time, kept my car over 24hrs for a less then then two hour job. I called to speak with management to Try to correct the problem but management didn t care to speak with me. They kept my car trying to be money hungry and lost out on $4000 because im taking my business somewhere else. Retrain your reception on customer service when answering phones. Also don t tell customers you are going to detail a car then send it back dirtier then you receive it!!!! The only good thing I can say is they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off

I want to give a huge shot out to the Service King team for fixing my Mazda. My car was fixed in less than a week, the service was amazing, all the Service King representative on the phone and in the office were very polite, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Service King at Martin Ave, Santa Clara, if you need to fix your car! Also, huge thank you to Enterprise Representative Eddie Howard for his service and professionalism!

Service King does excellent work. The staff is very helpful and fast. Chanel did a fantastic job organizing appt, estimate and worked with my AAA insurance company to expedite the claim process. Chanel is also very good at communicating the status as they work on the car

I had a great experience using Service King. I was kept informed every step of the way. No one likes to have a damaged vehicle but I seriously couldn t have had a better experience overall. Great service and speedy repair. One small complaint is that it seems they have missed some small spot unfixed on my car, maybe it was leftout because of it s part of the front drive assist camera and expensive to repair. However it should have been communicated.

They answered right away! They scheduled me right away and my car was ready within a week. I was expecting like 2 weeks or more. But they were fast. They informed me about everything. And right away they told me when my car would be ready and what they were going to fix on the car. Sonny was very nice and friendly. Great person to talk about. And he also complimented my car, so that s really appreciated. He also knew my husband, which to me is like wow. But this shop was great for my first experience. 100% would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Amazing experience at Service King. I got rear ended on the freeway and State Farm directed me here. Sonny was the one who helped me out. He is super nice and friendly, and provided me great customer service. The best part is, the repairs were completely finished in 2 days! I dropped it off on Wednesday at 1:30 and it was ready for pickup by 4:00 on Friday. It didn't cost me a single dime, never even had to pull out my credit card, State Farm covered it all. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on all the repairs to my bumper. Highly recommend, I will absolutely bring them my business in the future.

I took my 2014 Honda civic to get the front end worked on and painted . Dropped it off with a ruff estamate, the person who wrote us up was very polite and professional. Over the days As we waited for our vehicle to be done. We were well informed about everything that was going on. on our pick up day, there was a little miss communication about getting our car buffed out that was not done, but i spoke with sonny about it, he was very professional about it and spoke with some of his staff members. I received a phone call next day to bring car back and they took care of it and even paid for my rental car . I am very happy with the quality of all the work that was done and the way everybody treated me. Good job well done ! Thanks Sonny, and Romero, Service King Team!

The Service King staff was professional and friendly. They provided great customer service. They explained the process clearly and accurately. They were in communication with my insurance company. They gave me an estimate and were in constant communication with me along the process. I was happy to get my vehicle looking brand new again. I recently passed this place while running errands. Their flag was abysmally faded and tattered. I stopped in (wearing my Marine Corps veteran clothing as I often do) and asked that they please replace or remove it.The gentleman there made a big show of saying to the receptionist how he'd just commented about needing a new flag. I thanked him and walked out. However, I have damage to my car and had been collecting estimates so I walked back in to let them submit a bid.The same man took pictures of my car and said I'd get the estimate the next day. Not only did they not replace the flag, but they also didn't send me the estimate. I know they handled the flag because the first day it was nearly detached from the pole. The work on my car has been estimated around $4k. I guess this business is just too busy for such minor money.I can't speak to their skill with cars, but their customer service/patriotism stinks.

From the time I arrived until I picked up my car (which was the next day!!) I was given 5 star treatment . They were busy when I arrived, but was Immediately acknowledged by the service representative, Sonny.To let me know that it would be a few minutes and was back in less than 5. He listened as I carefully explained how the damage occurred And carefully examined the car.Communication with the shop was spot on and the even helped me with my rental. Which made things very easy even on the return.Their Body Shop professionals PR and Joseph made my car look better than the day I bought it! The ladies the office were courteous and Quick!I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for good ol customer service.I left smiling and happy. Thank you Service King Collision!
