I recently took my car to Santa Clara Auto Care for a repair. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the customer service, and the knowledge of the staff. John and his team took the time to understand the problem and explain the repairs in detail. They also kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the repair process. I would definitely recommend Santa Clara Auto Care to anyone who needs car repairs.

If you are looking for a professional, trustworthy and high quality auto body repair shop, Santa Clara Autocare is the place to go.My Tesla Model 3 was hit (while parked) and incurred damage to the passenger side rear wheel panel and this was the first time I dealt with having to get vehicle repairs done. John walked me through the process, my vehicle was examined and he worked directly with my insurance company on additional supplements. He kept me updated during every step of the process, explained the details of what was being done, the progress and made me feel confident in the repairs. His team even uncovered damage to my bumper from just a visual inspection would not have found.The "blending" (yes a new term explained to me) of the repaired areas to the rest of the vehicle was seamless. Truly an amazing job.It's difficult (as a woman) to obtain services (in certain industries) where you feel like you are not being taken advantage of. Go to a place you can trust. Incredible people. Best of the best. If you had car body issues, they will take care of it. Very friendly and gets you the best outcome. They really care of you, I will recommend them to all my friends.

John took the best care of my car when I got rear ended on the highway he was thorough and talked me through every step of the process. This place truly cares about you and your car, very fair pricing!! I cannot recommend Santa Clara Auto Care enough!!!

I have been going to Santa Clara Auto Care for over 30 years now and a loyal customer and became a family friend. Never disappointed with there work. Dennis Soller knows how to treat his customer's. I have referred him all my family, friends and co-workers and all of them are very happy with the job. Keep up the good work . He does all of the car accidents that I got involved and did my upgrades on my other cars . He knows his stuff and never doubt his judgment.

Went to the Santa Clara Auto Care to install the brake pedal cover, original BMW accessory. The first time, they didn t do it right. The cover was tilted. I went back right away. They adjusted a little bit. The technician said I can come back during the day and they would fix it again if I am not satisfied.I went back several days later. Dennis said he would fix it. The result was perfect. They even used the lever to make sure it s straight. It s what I called an above and beyond customer service and I would recommend anyone this shop.

Santa Clara Auto Care works fast, explains the insurance process for you, and works to get you the best coverage and parts in their repairs. When I dropped by the first time, Dennis was genuinely interested in identifying the extent of damage to my vehicle, showing it to me, and making sure that I understood the insurance process.

Best of the best, forget the rest. Fair, Honest and timely service for all your auto body needs. Prices are great and much better than the bigger businesses out there, quality and price wise. He knows what he s doing with his 30 plus years in the business. Great warranty!

After reading reviews on yelp and google, I was very impressed by Dennis's expertise. He educated me how insurance works after the collision and the process of it. I trusted Dennis and got my car fixed. The work done on my car is very fine and I very happy with it. Thank you Dennis!

I can t ask for more how friendly and helpful all the staff here. I ve been going to this shop for inquiries, suggestions and advices about cars but never had actual car repair. The owner/manager Dennis is very approachable, helpful and friendly not only that he will treat you like a family.First week of this month, I called my insurance about my hit and run of my 2012 FJ Cruiser. They set up an appointment for the adjuster and they asked me if I want to have my own body repair shop for my car. I said yes , and I told them I will bring my car at the Santa Clara Auto Care, as soon as they will give me all the paper works. After that, I went straight to Santa Clara Auto Care to give all the details to Dennis about what the adjuster told me about my car. Since this is my first time to get involved into insurance-body repair shop. Dennis help me a lot, because they are some damages on my car that the adjuster didn t add on the list. I was very thankful that I choose this shop not only because they are very helpful and friendly but I trust them that they will take care of my car.August 19, 2019 when I dropped off my car. I was very confident that my car is in good hands. A week after, I got a call from Dennis that they approved some of the parts that the adjuster didn t add in. Dennis did all the works thru my insurance about the supplements of my car.Today (August 31, 2019) my car is all done. Looking like a brand new FJ Cruiser again. I couldn t thank enough Dennis and the crew for a job well done for my car. I highly recommend Santa Clara Auto Care for your car.

They handled my car very well. Lightning fast follow ups from Dennis. Works well with insurance companies and the craftsmanship is excellent. The car came back as good as new.

Went on a Saturday. Incredibly quick responses. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed, and it was done in a couple of hours. Incredibly polite and fair prices. Strongly recommend to anyone
