NO STARS. Horrible experience! Horrible tow truck driver! Ordered by Hertz to tow a Tesla M3 with two rear flat tires. Tow Truck Driver Refused to put Tesla on rack. Argued in my face aggressively until Hertz Auto told him he couldn t drive it. Tow truck driver Purposefully Left Tesla special key FOB, Ignoring me while I was yelling for him to take the key with him. Very aggressive! Very patriarchal & disrespectful to women!

I took my truck in to fix overheating problem and air conditioner. I feel good about this place! The owner, Joe, is very personable and explains the mechanical problems to me in simple terms. They got right on it and fixed the problems with my truck. They ve got my recommendation.Thanks

I had an oil change completed a while back. The service was quick and affordable. They even sent an automatic text reminder when I was due for my next oil change. Definitely recommend for a reasonably priced oil change. Also they were helpful enough to spot that i was low on other fluids. Dont know much about care maintenance and was happy someone gave me the heads up in time.

They installed a new engine I would say but right away noticed it leaking water, not coolant, poor tightening of a hose to then notice they didn t put coolant and also charged me for it. Drove the car home and overheated of course.did an oil change and it was bad oil. Really not satisfied with the turnout of the engine replacement since it should be running better with a new engine not giving me problems right away. Honestly can t tell if they did replace it or not.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Great service and quick responses over text! They helped me fix my flat tire and sent over the serviceman within minutes. Prices are reasonable as they take credit cards and send the receipt over text message. A 5 star service!

They were late with giving my daughter's car back..it was there for 9 days. W when my daughter called on the weekend to see if her car was ready a person answered the phone and said it should be ready by tomorrow. When we got there on Monday we were told that the person who answered the phone was a tow truck driver and didn't know anything about what was going on with the car. You just say we had to make three separate trips down there and it was really frustrating. Then when we went to pick the car up the car wasn't there because they said they were taking it to be detailed but it wasn't being detailed it was simply being just rinsed off and they took it to my daughter's job all the way in mountain View after going there to pick it up for the second time.

Owners gave me an estimated time of arrival and proceed to show up hours later. I called them twice asking about time of arrival and the second time they ignored me because I called from a different phone number and they answered very fast. The owner was avoiding my calls and is very unprofessional. That s not a way to treat a customer.

Salazar automotive did a transmission rebuild for me in April that cost almost $4,000, and took over a month to complete, not to mention that the car magically gained another 1000 miles.Now, 8 months and only 6000 miles later, the transmission is failing again and it is going to cost me another $3,300 to have it fixed again. It's awfully convenient for Salazar that the warranty they gave me was only six months long.The place I'm going to now, AAMCO, is going to charge less money to do another rebuild and give me a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. The guys at AAMCO are unsure whether or not it was just shoddy work or the rebuild was never actually done.Save yourself a ton of money and stress, don't go to Salazar automotive for anything.

Over charged me for the tyre sensor I had 2 bad sensors he charged 150 for 1 and the 2 nd one got done at Costco for 60

They get my issue fixed but they don't like to be honest -- selling a $140 replacement battery with about doubled price. Just watch out.
