Better than evolution motorcycles. Rick actually calls you back on updates, everything is done faster, and I feel like I can actually have a meaningful conversation with him.For a while the prices were cheaper (tire changes) but that seems to have changed back to market rates.

Rick and his shop are phenomenal, they're affordable, quick and very detailed. I'm happy to support an ex-racer and an all around good dude.He was able to schedule me a day before for a fork installation on my MV Agusta, he was super detailed as to ensure the fender was aligned correctly, I picked up the bike that same day and surprise surprise the the new parts where super shiny and clean! This is what makes a shop stand out over others that are more expensive and schedule you a week to two weeks out.

Moved across country and needed a new bike shop and was not disappointed. Rick was pleasant to work with, found all the parts and got mike bike right... I've found my new bike shop... you'll be happy with their work!

I went to this shop to get my yamaha bolt serviced and new tire installation. I was very happy with the service provided and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be going back for my other motorcycles too

Rick is an outstanding mechanic. Very patient with customers and takes the time to explain the work done and gives a lot of tips to new riders like me. I've been going there for oil change, clutch cable change, changing levers, and the service is excellent with a reasonable price. Will be going back for any bike related services for sure!!Service: Oil change

Thank you to Mr. Rick @RMC Moto services & repair for getting my new shoes to hit the THill track in a week. They did initial safety inspection- fluids, brake pads, etc. I will be coming back for more service. Time to get the chicken strips off......

RMC is the best in the business. I stopped by to get an old worn tire replaced. Rick ordered the tire beforehand so the whole process was quick. He is meticulous with his work. Inspected the wheel to make sure that it s in perfect working order. Took a wire brush to clean some crude off the lip of the rim. New valve and tire were installed in under 10 minutes.Rick keeps his shop clean. There s a place for everything and everything is in its place. Super nice guy with a passion for all motorcycles. Yes, even for Harley Davidsons!

I normally do all my work but some things i cant do. Ive been to Rick a few times and he does excellent work with close attention to details.Update, Rick installed tires on my new BST carbon fiber wheels... hes the only one I trust installing them!

Rick is an awesome dude. I took my Z750s in because it was leaking oil from the water pump due to overfilling oil during oil change. RMC rebuilt my water pump and now my bike is running great with no leaks. They did a few extra things like tightening loose hardware and serviced the chain for me which is huge for a busy guy like me. The cost of the service was reasonable and the work is good. I will bring my bike to this shop for any work needed.

Rick and Mike are the best!They offer you accurate estimates within minutes, give you different options and their professional suggestions, and stick to the quote without asking any change.They treat your motorcycle as if it s theirs, and try their best to fix not only the mechanical issues but also the cosmetic details without asking more.It s my go to motorcycle shop now!

Got an oil change done here- oil was still black and he forgot to put in the oil filter how is it I'm the only unlucky reviewer here?--Also thank you for your reply RMC I should say you ALMOST forgot the oil filter -- I'm glad I reminded y'all with my questions. I'm sure the shop gets busy and crazy sometimes with all of the bikes in the lot. I know the oil change isnt worth all this back-and-forth conversations, but I want to thank you for replying here anyway.

Friendly and professional. I've known Rick since he first opened shop. His shop is bigger now, but he is still the same trustworthy guy that I had known. If you bring your motorcycle here, you can rest assured it is in good hands!

This shop was the first place I went to for motorcycle repairs. At first it was great. Rick is an outgoing technician, and his work was done well and quick. However, the end of 2018 I took my brand new tire in to get mounted and balanced. After a day of riding the next day the tire was flat. I called 3 different times in the afternoon and the calls were all hung up. I was confused because he was always willing to talk before. I could not find the problem and had to leave the bike sitting because of some personal issues. When it came time to repair my tire I brought it to my nearest shop and they found the tire damaged on the sidewall. From my knowledge it was upon installation. I was at the shop and they let me tag along to teach me how to look for leaks. Before it was removed we found the leak with soapy water on video. So after getting a new tire I reached out to Rick to ask what he thought on the situation and he gave his opinion saying it was upon removal. With what I saw it was damaged exactly where we found the leak. He then gave me a slightly arrogant remark saying "you're welcome to come in so I can show you how we remove tires properly." Also the tire could have been damaged before installation and missed while it was being installed. I look at tires before I go get them mounted. That damage was not there before. My main problem is that it was mounted and he let me ride on it when it could have gotten worse while riding. If he did know about it, he just needed to be honest with me. He does good work majority of the time, but if there was a mistake during installation I would have hoped him to be honest with me about it. In my opinion after all was said and done, it makes more sense of why my calls were declined after he installed my tire. Sorry to say, but I won't be back.

Was calling around trying to find a place that could swap out my brake pads while on a motorcycle trip. RMC was able to help me out last minute! Super nice owner, did a great job, highly recommend! Will definitely be saving here as a go-to shop on future trips for any planned mid-trip work (will schedule ahead of time then ).

this is an awesome shop. underpromise and overdeliver. awesome work, for all brands. if you own something a bit exotic - check this place out.and if you are a Piaggio MP3 owner struggling to deal with their ever decreasing service footprint - this shop is your friend. But I would trust the shop with any bike.Rick rocks.

This place was recommended by my friend. I used to own a Royal enfield and had to go to triumph showroom from north San Jose to south san jose for any services. Later I bought a Kawasaki Ninja and when I was searching for a nearby motorbike service places my friend referred and strongly recommend this place as he is a regular customer.As soon as I saw the listing I was really impressed with the reviews on the listing as it's not really easy for any buisness to maintain such a high standards with a different range of customers.This place is a located in junction with short commute from santaclara, San Jose and Milpitas area. It's easy for me to go to this place with 5 min ride.I have to talk about Mr.Rick he is the buisness owner and the executive engineer/solution consultant at this place. He is warm welcoming , kind and greets all his customers with a big smile. I took an appointment 10 mins before my visit, he gave me an appointment with short notice he took just 10 mins for initial diagnosis and gave me multiple solutions with a next appointment. He delivered all the repairs as scheduled as per his action list in no time. I was really impressed with his quick and professional services.I will highly recommend this place for all my friends around this area and also anywhere in bay area.Simply to describe in a sentence: Highly professional quality service centre with fastest service at right cost!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the place to take your bike. Rick walked with me around my bike as I pointed out my concerns, and made sure to set me up with the best service option to address them. He finished faster than expected and when I picked the bike up, he made sure to point out the specific reasons for the issues I was seeing. My bike has 99,000 miles and it runs like a champ thanks to Rick.

Dropped my bike off for a new chain, rear tire, and sprockets to be installed on a Saturday. Work was completed by Monday and my bike was ready to ride with no issues. My buddy and I been taking our bikes here for a few years now. Rich got my ktm450 running right and is working on my zx10r right now. Always good friendly straight foward service at fair prices. Highly recommend

Came in on a Saturday morning to get a leaking tire valve stem replaced. To my surprise, I was in and out in 15 minutes! The team does an AMAZING job at prioritizing customer service and has a fantastic family feel to the shop. They also helped with a few other little issues, and even offered a donut while I waited! They prioritize quick jobs on the weekends and try to hold off on bigger projects during the week. I think this is my new shop!!

Rick and co. are the folks I've trusted with 3 of my bikes. Started with a drz400sm, onto an fz07, and now carb work on a dr650, they are the only folks I go to for motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and installation.The pricing is great, the service is amazing, and the stories and insight these guys give you can't be priced. I will continue to support RMC moto as long as they'll have me.
