I have unfortunately gotten my car hit twice and this last time was the worst. I was stressed and again Scott and his team at Premier have helped! I cannot recommend them enough. They use factory original parts which means sometimes a longer wait but wow the results are so worth it!! My car looks brand new!! He worked with my insurance and even with the tow truck driver so it was best for me. He s very communicative and realistic about results but always over delivers. I don t know anything about cars and going into car shops sometimes feels daunting. But they are so welcoming and explain everything with patience. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do I will always come back!! Thank you Scott and your team at Premier

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services provided by Premier Body Shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My car had fallen victim to an unfortunate incident where it was keyed and egged, leaving me in a state of distress. Thankfully, Premier Body Shop came to the rescue, and I must say they exceeded all my expectations.First and foremost, their paint matching skills are nothing short of remarkable. I was worried that the repairs would leave my car with a noticeable blemish, but their attention to detail and precision in matching the paint color made the damage virtually disappear. It's nearly impossible to tell that my car was ever vandalized in the first place.What truly stood out, though, was the speed and efficiency with which they handled the repairs. They took my car in promptly and had it back to me in no time, considering the extent of the damage. This quick turnaround was incredibly convenient and minimally disruptive to my daily routine.But what truly sets Premier Body Shop apart is the owner, Scott. I reached out to premier body shop to see if they could install a front splitter on my Corolla. The owner Scott told me to drop by for an in person quote. I received my quote and was on the books for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I drop my car off along with the part and the team arranges a car free of charge to drop me off at my work place while it s being worked on. The job was quoted to take 2 hours but it ended up taking 6! This was due to the lack of instructions that came with the part and the complexity of the kit. When the vehicle was finished they sent a vehicle back to get me. Although the job took 4 hours longer than originally quoted, Scott honored our original 2 hour quote and only charged me for two hours! I ve never been to a shop with such a selfless owner. On top of that their installer, I think his name is Juan, did an amazing job given the lack of instructions. The whole team left me with such a positive experience I am making them my default go to body shop and telling whoever I can about them. Scott always picked up the phone and I was never put to vm. Their prices are very fair and the team seems up for any challenge. Don t expect a same day appointment as they re pretty booked but there s a clear reason why. Their quality, prices, and commitment to their customers speak for themselves. Very grateful for Scott s and his team!

If you are looking for an amazing body shop with great customer service & who does a phenomenal job, look no further and choose Premier Body Shop! I am so lucky I stumbled upon such a professional and caring shop while searching for a shop that would do body repair after a hit and run. Since the first day I called Premier Body Shop, I was greeted by the owner Scott who is super friendly and explained all the damage he saw on my vehicle once I brought it in. He made the process (working with insurance, paperwork, etc) go smoothly and did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. He was very communicative and listened to all my concerns. He is very passionate about his work and takes pride in ensuring your vehicle is back in great shape.I wouldn t trust anyone else with my vehicle and Premier Body Shop has earned a lifetime customer!

Getting into an accident through no fault of my own was scary, but Scott made the entire repair process a breeze. From the super detailed estimate to the regular updates, it was great dealing with Scott and his technicians. The final repair brought the car back to its factory condition. I would highly recommend choosing Premier Body Shop for all repair work.

Wow, I m so impressed with the service I received from Scott @ Premier Body Shop!My car had been spray painted, and I brought it in for a quote. Scott took one look at it and said We can replace the part, but I bet I can wipe it right off with lacquer thinner. No harm in trying. Two minutes later the paint was gone, and I canceled my insurance claim. When I offered to pay for the service, he wished me a very merry Christmas and sent me on my way. Needless to say, if/when I need a body shop in the future, I ll be bringing my vehicle here!

The best auto body shop experience I ve had in the bay. Scott and his workers are extremely friendly and professional. I had them installing the front lip for me, not only the price is reasonable and they done it super efficiently. Highly recommended!

This is one of the rarest body shops that truly provide highest quality of service!I brought my BMW in to repair in 2015, they fixed it like brand new, and now, in 2019, I found the light on my dashboard started flashing, so I brought my car in again, they did a complete scan of my vehicle, adjusted my tire pressure, also they ordered one left wing part for my missing part for free!When they say, Lifetime warranty, they really mean it!Plus their polite, nice, proficient and professional staff, I highly recommend this place to fix your car!

I had a fantastic experience taking my car to Premier Body Shop. I took my car in to have it repaired for light damage to the rear bumper from a small fender bender. I arrived at this business during the middle of the day and was immediately greeted and given excellent service by the shop's owner Scott Evans. Scott was extremely friendly and got straight to business by taking a look at my car and providing me with an estimate in no time. I left my car and it was ready in 2 days just as was promised. When I saw the work that Premier had performed on my car I was left nothing but purely satisfied with the results. The bumper came out like brand new, as if nothing had happened in the first place. And as a bonus, Premier even took care of some scratches that weren't part of the accident. Needless to say, I will be coming back to Premier Body Shop if I were ever in need of repairs again in the future. In summary, I experienced friendliness, attentiveness, professionalism, and quality coming to Premier Body Shop. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is the best body shop, hands down. The service is like having your personal concierge. Scott is very knowledgable about cars and the insurance coverage. He got me the maximum benefit from the accident causing party's provider. He is very patient and listens to his customers. His warranty of work is 100% backed. Scott is the best. Very polite, patient and professional. Explains the damage and cause and everything clearly.Even helped fix one detached fender flare clip when I mentioned it, which is not part of the damaged part caused by the accident .Will definitely come back in the future for any repair.

Scott is amazing to work with, and very prompt. I went to Premier Body Shop for getting my left side mirror fixed, after it was shattered because of a truck. As the original factory parts were taking almost a month to arrive, and I couldn't drive my car, Scott checked for any second hand parts available. When we actually went to get the mirror fixed, Scott guided us on existing dent/scratches on the car, and how to fix them as well. Would refer the place to my friends as well.Service: Body & Trim

Scott is incredible to work with. I had some self Inflicted front end damage on my blue Tesla and felt horrible about the damage. Scott gave me a fair estimate and his team took care of the work. Scott was so friendly and so detailed and thorough with his estimate and explaining why and what needed to be done. It was all a very hassle free and quick transaction. Scott the owner is one of the most pleasant and customer friendly owner who makes every customer feel comfortable and relaxed. He told me that he feels customer is already stressed after the accident and may be visiting a body shop for the first time and unfamiliar with the insurance company policy regarding the repair and customer right to get the best repair. Scott first makes the customer relax and take care of the vehicle repair in a timely manner and restores the vehicle to pre accident condition and also helps to arrange the rental vehicle all with big smile and professional and friendly conversation.

I highly recommend premier body shop. Scott is incredibly professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. He helped make the entire process of replacing my windshield and dealing with insurance so smooth, easy, and stress-free. He even noticed that my turn signal was out and got it fixed up for me for much lower than what the dealership quoted for it. I couldn't have made a better choice for a body shop.

I stopped by Premier body shop for getting a high estimate in order to claim it on my insurance. I had heard they have unreasonable high prices and only good enough for insurance claims. But I was wrong. The estimate was very reasonable and I found Scott, the owner, very supportive, reachable and friendly. I ended up not only painting my bmw X6 s two door panels there, but also Scott fixed my headlight and tailgate problem for free. The dealership was charging $200 for each estimate along with $500 for the repair and Scott did it all for free. His crew are genius and pay attention to every and each detail. Scott is so honest and communicates with customer very well. I m sure I won t go anywhere else from now on. The way they treated me, I felt like a valuable member of their family. Premier Body Shop did an amazing job repairing my Lexus after an accident."There aren't enough stars to rate my satisfaction Not only repaired the damage, they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out. If I could give Premier Body Shop 10 Stars I would!! I cannot say enough good things about Premier Body Shop and Scott. From my first conversation with Scott he was nothing but professional and going above and beyond the call of duty. He offered to stay late on a Friday after they closed to wait for me to come from Peninsula for an estimate. He worked with me on my deductible and car rental and he even did work on areas of my car that had some previous damage. He was patience to work with my insurance company and even made many calls himself to get everything settled. However, the best thing I like about Premier Body Shop and Scott aside from their honesty and integrity (which is very hard to find in this business) is that he used all factory parts on my car. He even showed me the receipts and the parts he took off my car. If I ever have another accident, I will definitely come to Premier Body Shop and will tell all my friends about Premier too!

Our car was rear-ended and we used Premier Body Shop for the repair. Not only were they were nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful; but they had true empathy for the situation we were in and wanted to make sure everyone was ok after the accident. They communicated excellently during the entire process and made sure my wife and I felt comfortable. I wish every body shop and mechanic was like this! Thanks Scott!!!

BMW Stevens Creek and their referred body shop (AW Collision) failed to bring my X5 back to its condition before a rear-ended accident. Scott and his crew provided their second opinion for free.
