Amazing customer service and workmanship. Precise Collision was able to take my car in quickly. Justin was friendly, helpful and communicative. The paint job and repair look flawless. It was done in a very timely manner despite dealing with my difficult adverse carrier. They also cleaned my car!! Definitely 110% recommend.

The nicest guys! We parked in front of their shop and then found out we had a flat and we were so lucky that they saw us and helped us change the tire and gave advice on where to go to get the tire replaced. Thank you so much!!!

This body shop does amazing job. I have took my cars to the other shops but no one matched color but this shop is different. I was really satisfied with their work and highly recommend this guys. Definitely come back for the future jobs

Precise Collision and Justin deserve more than a 5-star review! Their craftsmanship and service in fixing my front bumper were absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Precise collision made my car repair experience such a smooth one! Justin was east to reach and communicated with me regularly over chat. Drop and pick up were extremely smooth. They even cleaned the car! So glad i decided to work with them and not the other big companies who had made this whole process such a painful one. Thank you Precise collision!

The best customer service ever! I went there to fix my gas cap that was bent. Cody was extremely helpful and friendly! We found out that it only can be fixed at the dealership. He said that he will try his best if could fix and he did! He fixed it right away and didn t even charge anything as it took him only few minutes. I recommend this place to everyone.

It doesn't surprise me that this place has 5 star reviews. I was referred to this shop by a good friend of mine. I was working with Justin directly and he was very helpful and informative about the insurance claim process. Once it was time to take my truck in (I got side swiped on the rear driver side door) Justin gave me updates on the truck every step of the way without me asking for them. The insurance company ordered a replacement door for my truck but once received, the shop realized the door was in worse condition than mine so they went ahead and did the body work on my door. They ended up finishing sooner than expected. When I picked up my truck you couldn't even tell I was hit at all. I've had experience with other body shops in the bay area where they leave an orange peel like texture on the paint. That was not the case here. Justin's shop made my paint match EXACTLY like the rest of the truck. It had a nice smooth gloss finish. I couldn't believe how good it came out. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their paint work or body work done here. They have gained a customer for life with me!

Was browsing on google to find a body shop to replace my front bumper, I came across Precise Collision which had great reviews. I decided to give them a call for an estimate and was greeted by Cody. Cody gave me a really good price compared to other quotes I d received from other shops. I couldn t pass up the deal, so I scheduled for repairs right away. I couldn t be any happier with my choice. Not only did they replace my bumper, they went out of their way to vacuum, wash and detail the inside of my car. A+++ repairs and services Precise Collision!

I wanted to get an estimate for my damaged Tesla lift gate. Talked to Justin over the phone and he was helpful and suggesting an in-person visit. But the staff onsite was very unprofessional and arrogant that he didn t even open the lift gate to take a look. He gave out the rough number I told him without any details or itemised quote.Guess nowadays the auto repairing business is too easy to get so they don t care about customer service at all.

The person in the office was not available give me a quote because VIN number does not recognized by their system. BUT when he gets competitive quote quickly give me quote slightly less.I feel i was tied to be fooled

I went here to repaint over a big scratch on my car. I am extremely impressed by their service. The expected price and time was all communicated in advance and they were able to get it done before the expected date and even delivered it to my home. 10/10 would recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

UPDATE:My car has been virtually in and out of Precise Collision since last August (August 2019) for a steering wheel problem. The vehicle was returned around November and kindly test driven by Cody. The car was beautiful and brand new when it arrived. When driving the vehicle myself, the steering wheel was stiff and didn t feel like it was turning my wheels properly, something I thought was normal after just replacing the steering column. After driving the car for a few weeks, this issue became more apparent. Cody scheduled an appointment with Hancook Tires, who informed us something was still wrong and out of place with the steering column. Precise Collision is now in the process of fixing the vehicle again, which has been at the shop since December, a total 6 MONTHS. Cody tried very hard to get this vehicle serviced, I feel it is taking a while, but also understanding the repair aspect, do not get a Mini Cooper as a car.-I was in my first car accident a few weeks ago, and my neighbor recommended I send my Mini Cooper S to Precise Collision. Though my car is still in the shop, I had to write a review, because customer service provided by Cody has been so outstanding thus far!! (Will definitely update with more details after service.) Right now, he is going above and beyond in not only repairing my car, but also helping me understand the process of a car accident. Once the ball started rolling with the insurance and repairs were ready to begin, Cody has been doing an exceptional job in communicating what needs to be done by sending photos of parts and promptly answering any questions! Thank you, Cody and Precise Collision! I am so happy they are the ones working with me!

My lease is up and I had to return my BMW. Little did I know BMW wanted their car back exactly the way it was two years ago. My god they wanted everything perfect or else I would have to pay a big penalty. Luckily I came across this shop ! Justin listened to my situation and was willing to help me out. I had 4 wheels refurbished, 4 used tires, and repainted two bumpers. All for half of what BMW was going to charge me. I highly recommend this shop for your auto needs

I got rear ended 3 times this year. Justin, the owner, helped out to return my car to original condition. No hassle. Tow truck came within an hour. Thanks to to the excellent customer service and high quality work.

My mechanic referred me here after my neighbor tried to destroy my car. Precise collision had to replace 2 doors and painted half of my car over. Color matched perfectly and everything was done in about 10 days. I Highly recommend this shop

I come here way to often . Don't know why I keep on getting hit by other drivers. I fixed my Mercedes E class and Lexus RX here a few times and every time they have done an excellent job. Always on time and car is delivered fresh and new. They even dropped it off at my work place and took the rental back after. I highly recommend this shop.

I haven t decided on which shop I will give my business to yet due to the location of my work and home . I must say I am very impress with Justin s customer service and knowledge on collision repairs . He really took his time to give me a proper estimate, and explained the repair process throughly .
