Kind, professional, great customer service I highly recommend this location! My husband went in this morning to fix an issue with our battery and they offered a free option instead of a potentially expensive one. They have us committed as customers for all our multiple vehicles for our life time. Thank you O'Reilly!

I want to say thanks to Andrew! I had a dead battery today. Andrew was very friendly and patient and passionate about his job even he just worked only for a few months there. He helped to install the new battery and doubchecked after I started the engine. It was a busy Friday evening but he still reached extra mile to help customers!

My daughter s friend s car had a dead battery and Mauro went out and tested it and the starter and installed a new battery. Everything worked perfectly. Best experience ever with an auto parts store.

I just got a new battery cause the old one completely broke out of nowhere. My check-engine light was on and there was a burning smell when I turned on the ac. I was panicking and this store was the only one open. Thank you so much to Lance and John for helping me even though it was late!! Big shout out to them both!

Medium lines for checkout staff in my opinion could of been more attentive the day of my purchase, Long phone wait but they were polite I gotta say ... my visit was average..I will come again...

I bought a pair of snow chain before my trip to Tahoe but they didn t have them in store so they told me they will ship them to the store and call me when it s ready. Never called me. I went there a week later asking for the chain it s no longer there and the employee there said they can t refund me because they don t know if I ve picked them up already. Not having the snow chain I ordered is already causing huge inconvenience for me, they won t even refund me!!! What kind of robbery is this?

They are way overpriced! Bought 2 H11 HEADLIGHT BULBS and because I was in a hurry and had to get the job done, I said whatever! But $40.00 for 2 BASIC BULBS!?!?!AND AUTOZONE HAD THEM FOR $15.00 FOR BOTH!$25.00 CHEAPER!OREILLYS HAS ALWAYS OVERCHARGED!AND I AM A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT!

This location like too many others have most of what I need. But it seems that nobody seems to understand that when you have a customer in the store that customer didn't come there to see if their car could make it. The employees are too busy walking around the stock room or answering phones to help the customer there waiting to spend their money.

The cashier was willing to actually check inventory for a part that I needed for an emergency repair 10/10 way better than the autozome down the street

O Rilley has disappointed me for a second time. Today was a pretty simple error but their employees and store policies do not add up and so I was snubbed $10 on an A/C refill deposit. When I informed them of the mistake they were very unhelpful, not understanding, and not willing to help at all. This store has provided terrible customer service many times.

Came here on Sunday 01/22 at 9:40am and apparently they can open and close the store whenever.. when I arrived it was locked and the open sign was off (pic attached) called the store and they let it ring for close to 3 mins a women answered told me they should be open at 8am that's what is says on Google and she told me well "Im not sure" well then I guess I'll be going to another store. This was wild and super unprofessional.. I will not becoming back here and if anyone sees this please just go to autozone...

Bought rear brake light bulb from this location and asked the associate to help me put it in my van but they refused saying thaf they are short staffed and the guy who knows how to install bulbs is not here today & i have to come back tomorrow. While i was about to leave in my car i saw one of there associate coming and helping out a lady in her BMW installing bulbs in her headlight. I confornted him and asked him to call your manager but he shut his door on me saying we don't have managet available.Stay away from this store.... RUDE staff

Hey, O'Reilly Auto parts is a pretty cool store. And they have a staff that pretty much knows a lot about cars so they're reasonably helpful which is great. Yeah I think the prices are pretty good too so you should totally come over to the store and check it out Yes okay. That's all for this review I hope it was useful have a nice day. Okay bye

The place had less inventory the day I went. The person at the counter was not too enthusiastic about helping a customer. I purchased a socket based on what fit my car on the oriely website, turned out to be too big as nd wouldn't fit. I went back to return the item only to be met with rude employees who said returns weren't allowed. I showed them the conversation I had with the customer support agent from oriely website, only after that they allowed to return the item (after giving me a warning ) . The store needs to have decency to fix their website if a part doesn't fit a vehicle and accept responsibility rather than telling me it's my fault. The only reason this review has 3 * is because only they were open late.

I went here to get my car s code checked since the engine light turned on and I was helped Krystyna (which I hope is her since that was the name of the cashier on the receipt). She was very friendly and super helpful. She checked my code and even helped me look up what the code could mean.I bought some other things and the store is really well kept. Thank you so much!

I needed a replacement pedal cover for my clutch. One guy who works there help me find the right pedal cover and he was a really nice guy. I didn't get his name but he had a leg brace.

Not crowded. Nice ppl at the register. Might look intimidating at 1st. But all really cool. Love this one over "the plant" curtner one. Would definitely come back for parts. Etc. Bought these for my Honda 2010 civic, easy to install as long as you know what your doing or ask the employees, very knowledgeable.

Helpful staff that always greet you when you walk on. They have a large selection of parts in the back and are always able to source parts they don't have in stock with, usually, just a day or two lead time. I come here for all of my auto parts needs. Their tools are a little pricey so I stay away from that aisle but their parts, fluids, batteries, and misc are always competitively priced.

The staff was very rude, aside from an older lady that was working there. I spoke to one of the guys working there first asked him if he could show me or help me with refilling my ac. I had never done it before and wanted to make sure I didn t mess anything up. He was very rude and said, they don t do that sort of thing. Confused I walked away, grabbed the product I was looking for and spoke to another worker which was an older lady. She was very polite and when I asked if they could have someone help me she said of course just ask one of the gentlemen at the front. Again I went to the front and asked a different guy working there and he gave the same rude remarks and gave me dirty looks like I was doing something wrong. He was also very jittery and seemed to be nervous, he tried turning the situation around by making small talk about the product and hesitantly said he d supervised someone apply the product to their vehicle, only confirming that they were being rude and lazy. Ended up doing it myself anyways with no problems but I know for a fact I would have gotten a different response and customer service anywhere else, I will never return to this location. Mind you it wasn t busy at all in the store, if it was and they would have voiced they didn t have the time or staff to spare I would ve understood completely.

Good store for car parts. Guys are very helpful. I have picked some parts for one of my car projects and they were very patient to explain how to setup and use them.We were preparing few gadget for out theater play that involved pyro techniques but we did not want to use anything with fire. They helped with some air pump and simple setup. Unfortunately we were wrong with our design and had to go an alternate route :D

We are seniors that needed a new car battery , we live behind the Santa Clara store. Francisco the manager put it on a cart and wheeled to my home and installed it. I tried to tip him but he just would not accept anything. O Reilly s is lucky to have such a nice guy to run their store. Salute Francisco. 5 stars

I usually come here for oil changing supplies and wipers. They carry Mobil 1 brand oil filters which I like to use. I also get car wash supplies here as well. Convenient and customer service is decent.

Been to a lot of O'Reilly auto parts stores. Autozone n the rest, too. This store always has the best employees and service. Been coming here since Kragen's, so like 20 years ago. I still drive out of my way to come here.

Javier and team were great. I bought some Marine deep cycle batteries in November in another state last year and they stopped holding a charge a few weeks ago. After a quick deep dive Javier pulled them up and offered an upgrade if I wanted to pay the difference to AGM type Platinum Deep Cycles so I pulled the trigger. I wish I had come in a month ago before battery prices skyrocketed but now Im sitting pretty in my lowrider class A RV. Good times at Ocean Oreilleys! The parking lot needs asphalt badly though. Also lock everything around here this block is saturated with junkies.
