I recently had my Mini Cooper serviced at Stevens Creek, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The service department was professional, efficient, and transparent throughout the entire process. The whole staff was very supportive and they worked collaboratively together to get my car fixed and well maintained. Every time I go, not only they offered car service, but also a free car wash! While I was waiting in the lounge area, one of the staff person kindly went around offering snacks.

I went there for a 60,000 service on March 1. I purchased the car used at this dealership. Since the purchase, I ve only put 6,000 miles on the car. I don t drive much.I have a few free oil changes and vehicle inspections from when I purchased the car.I know I paid for them somehow. In any event.A very reputable independent shop had quoted me a price of $460-no more than $500 for the service. I told them I have nearly 2k until the service. So I went to Stevens Creek Mini for the oil change. Adrian the service advisor didn t seem happy about my free oil changes. We were having a difference of opinion about him adding numerous things that he claimed needed to be done. That was before the car was inspected. He came back with a bill totaling over $10,000 dollars for a long list of unnecessary and untrue things wrong with the car. Needless to say, that s not happening. The car is a 2011, it isn t even worth nearly that much. I will still get my other four or so oil changes. Then I will never go there again. I would park the car and use it as yard art or a planter box before I would pay over 10k for a made up laundry list of unnecessary service items. It was as if it was a retalitory inspection. I would advise anyone who doesn t need to go to Stevens Creek Mini for factory warranty issues, to stay clear of that place. Thinking about it, I d better not bother with the oil changes there.

Absolutely amazing service from Johny and MINI of Stevens Creek!While taking my daughter to school, my car warned me of an issue with my drivetrain. Called up MINI, set up an appointment with no hassle, and took my car in. Found out there was an issue with a broken valve.Johny kept me in the loop with the issue and repairs, provided me with a loaner (which was awesome and allowed me to work and take care of family matters without any worries), and ended up finding me a way to save money as well!Can't thank you enough for all of your help!

I scheduled the Mini for service which was super easy. When I arrived I was met by my service advisor Blake. He checked the car in and gave me the estimated time of completion. Along the way Blake updated me via text message as to the progress. Once completed Blake notified me and when I arrived to pick up the car it was clean as a whistle. Thanks for the professional service and the bonus car wash Blake! Highly recommend Mini of Stevens Creek. Be sure to ask for Blake if you visit the service center.

Good service that takes an excruciatingly long time. Went to get my water pump done, it s a big job ~7hrs. They said they d probably have the car back in 2 days, and gave me a loaner at my request. Actually it took them 2 weeks. They didn t even start on the car until a week after I dropped it off, and when they did they didn t order all of the parts needed to complete it. So they spent 2 additional days just waiting for parts to arrive from their warehouse.Independent shops around the area quoted me 48hrs, for ~10% less than my total including the 15% promotion Mini provided. With such a big job though and not *that* much more I d rather have the dealer do it. But the service is really really really slow. Warranty is good on their service, 2yrs unlimited miles. We ll see if I need to use it.Also expect to get bombarded by people claiming the Mini USED inventory is low and they want to give some lowball offer to buy your car. Miss me with that noise.

I have been very happy with the service for Mini at Mini of Stevens Creek. Blake is an excellent communicator and I have been grateful for his explanation of more confusing details. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions both during my routine service appointments and the rare issues that have come up with my Mini.

I recently had my mini in the shop at mini Stevens creek and I cannot put in to words how relieved I felt through out the time my car was there. From the moment I dropped off my car, my service advisor Blake was so reassuring explaining each step of the way via text, that I never needed to worry about what's going on or having to call to find out or chase down him. He continuously went the extra mile for me even going back and forth with my warranty people that weren't so easy to work with. So I thank Blake for everything and I couldn't have had a better experience with mini. Thank you mini

This is my second purchase at this dealership. Everyone who work at the dealership are super friendly and do their best to satisfy the clients. I initially picked out a different car, which they cleaned, prepped, ready to go. But then when I got there, I saw one that I like better. They did not flinch or said anything. The salesperson Min was knowledgeable and responsive. Frank the finance guy was efficient. The manager Mo was supper friendly and kind. All in all I had a good experience.

I had my first maintenance check up at Mini of Stevens Creek and the experience was top notch. The wait time was short and pretty accurate, so I was able to go to work on time. My adviser was Adrian and he was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Keep up the good work Mini

Extremely helpful and friendly service. Just needed a tire replacement due to a pothole encounter and they quickly took care of it in just over an hour! Highly recommended for any of your MINI needs!

Went in because I was told the car was serviced before buying it. Then my alerts were telling me the car needed service after driving it for only 2,000 miles. I brought it in to have the alerts cleared but they said it need an oil service.. after waiting 5 hours in the shop I was told that I needed new breaks as well.. and it would be $600 how could 2,000 miles use up 3/4 of the break pads.

5 stars are not enough-let's go 10 and beyond! My 2014 Clubman is running like brand new 9 years later & I have the expert techs at MINI of Stevens Creek to thank. Right from intake, the level of service is par none. DEVIN MILLER is my go-to guy because, not only am I never treated like a number but he cares about my car and stands behind the excellence of the MINI brand. My car is an older model but I continuously count on Devin for a proactive plan of action to keep my car running in top form. These folks really care about your car and it shows! In the past I tried to take my car to other dealerships for service but learned my lesson. But, my 2-timing days were soon over. For a while now, I've been happily 100% for MINI of Stevens Creek because their dedication has stood the test of time. @Devin Miller and service department Manager @Mark Sleiman: Gents, I cannot thank you enough!

I suspect that MINI of Stevens Creek punctured my tire maliciously!!!I bought a new car a month ago, the tire was flat last week, and neither the tire repairman nor we could find the puncture or damage, so I sent the car here for inspection!I sent it to them on Thursday but no one answered me until I called them on Saturday, they said there was no problem in the inspection, and asked me to buy a new tire to replace,why should I buy a tire if they didn t know what happened to the tire? So I refuse that.I went in on Monday and they told me there was a hole on the outside of my tire that I suspected they had punctured it because neither we nor the tire repairman had found the hole before I sent my car to this store and it was so obvious to the bare eyes!This store is horrible, I found them have a lot of bad reviews, cheating consumers! I will never go again

My daughter is probably still a month or two away from doing her first purchase of a car for herself. We met with Amanda and sales manager Joe this evening to look at Certified Pre Owned options. They could not have been more helpful or applied less pressure. The car she drove tonight may not be there when she is ready, but we probably found the sales person and dealership she will be getting it from.

I brought my car in for an oil change then got some additional work done. While I was there I got texts for 3k worth of repairs that did not make sense. Played the video of the leaks and there were no leaks in the videos. I brought it to Bavarium and they found 0 things wrong with it and lifted the car and showed me there's been absolutely nothing leaking around the two parts Steven Creek said were 3k worth of repairs. This place is wild, the last time I was there no mechanic was in and they just topped my oil off. This time everything was broken and leaking with a video that just panned and showed nothing. Needs new management. I also don't like that they don't cover uber like the Hollywood Mini does.

Excellent experience at the service center. Robert and his team did a wonderful job. They were ready to help me when I arrived for my appointment, no waiting. Unlimited coffee at the lobby is always a +, so thank you for that! And most of all, my car was in great condition when I got it back.(they gave me a free donut too, you guys deserve 10 stars!!!)

I have a 2015 countryman s, it had a oil leak, the leak was coming from the passenger side of the engine. It took them 4 tries to finally stop the oil leak. The leak was caused by the pvc valve getting clogged, After they fixed it we were driving home from the dealer and engine light came on, come to find out the valve seals were leaking and it kept fouling the spark plugs, I brought the Mini back to the dealer and they told me the engine head needs to be replaced at $11,000, I said just change the valve seals they wouldn t, they insisted in order to fix the car correctly they would replace the head. I was upset and took my car to Nelco German Auto Repair and they fixed my car in 3 days for $1800Service: Auto engine diagnostic
