I had a great experience at Wade's family-owned business. I recently bought a used 2011 Porsche Panamera with 100,000 miles and needed some maintenance done. Wade worked with me to prioritize the major things that needed to be fixed, and his prices were very reasonable. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Even after I noticed a small leak, Wade fixed it for me immediately and at no extra cost. I had a check engine light appear and the owner was kind enough to do a quick scan of my car's computer to see the problem. Luckily it was just a broken MAF sensor and by replacing it I was able to get my car back to A1 condition. Nonetheless, a very freindly and welcoming staff!!!

As someone who's pretty ignorant when it comes to cars, I often feel very anxious getting work done on my car. That being said, my experience with Wade was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Wade is an expert in German cars and he provides amazing service. He really cares for his customers and takes care of your car like it s his own. His wife is also so helpful, kind and always ready to help and accommodate the customer needs. They ll greet you with a smile and take care of you until the very end. They are constantly communicating with you about the latest updates on the car repair. They also take care of talking to insurance company and figuring out logistics with them on your behalf. When I read the reviews, I thought it was too good to be true but it really is that good! Outstanding Service and Exceptional Customer Care at Master Automotive!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Master Automotive to replace my rear tires, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding service I received. First and foremost, I must mention the incredible assistance/service provided by Wade, the owner of the store. Wade is a true gem in the automotive industry, embodying the qualities of a great and kind person. He went above and beyond to ensure that my tire replacement experience was nothing short of exceptional.Not only did Wade efficiently install two new rear tires on my vehicle, but he also went the extra mile by voluntarily balancing the front tires and performing a rotation, all at no additional charge. I was very nervous about getting my Porsche worked on- I ve only ever taken it to the dealership but it needed some body work so I was looking for the best of the best! From the moment Wade answered the phone I knew his shop was perfect. He was polite, thorough and highly accommodating- answering all my questions, taking time to explain the repair process and putting my mind at ease. I had him do the body work and some maintenance (oil change and brakes) the car needed and I am incredibly impressed! You would never know the car had been scratched- it s as good as new (or better)! Additionally, during my last brake servicing at the dealership I was told the squeaking sound in brakes is normal on Porsches as they were not able to resolve it. Wade has completely fixed the brakes - they are silent as they should be! My family and I were on a road trip headed to LA when my moms 2005 Honda Pilot started showing that tire pressure was low. We ended up filling up the tires with air at a gas station and literally minutes later when we were back on the road the low tire pressure lights turned back on. It was just a few minutes before 7 PM and most auto service shops were closing so we desperately started searching online and stumbled across this shop. We were blessed to find that they closed at 8 PM so we decided to come to the shop. When we arrived, a very kind lady had assisted us and inspected our tires. She came to the conclusion that our tire pressure was actually too high, fixed the tire pressures for all four tires, and explained to us that the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was most likely just not working as its supposed to. After she helped us, we tried to pay her but she kindly refused. Definitely one of the best experiences I have personally had at an auto-repair shop.Service: Tires

Originally I scheduled to have my 2015 328i bmw have tuneup in which they offered an honest price including a hefty discount to that price. Wade was very informative on the process and took the time to teach me about common issue s with my model of car and what to do is certain issue s arise. He prides himself in giving people quality work and uses original parts for your vehicle. He explained his past experiences using supposedly improved aftermarket parts and how they would either not fit or would not tighten. Wade completed the tuneup by the following day when I arrived to pick up car he talked to me about a broken direct ignition coil he found when changing the spark plugs. Wade took it upon himself to purchase a new coil and replacing free of charge. My experience with Master Mechanics has not only been great but was informative on the process of work that was done. This shop has a new lifelong customer and a new friend.

This is the best place I have found to get my Audi serviced in the Bay Area. I have now been taking my car there twice with relatively extensive jobs and both times they were doing great job getting it fixed. Wade was keeping me updated on the progress as it took a few days to get all the parts to fix coolant and oil leaks.Customer service starting from the check-in has been friendly and welcoming every time. When I went to pick my car Wade showed me all the broken parts that had been replaced and explained once more what had been done to fix issues. A bit about what happened to me, before I review this company. Another mechanic had completely ruined my BMW, which was working perfectly normally prior to me bringing it in, it had a small noise coming from it and 2 months later, I received the vehicle in a non-functioning state. I towed the BMW to Waid and Esma and they had it working again and in perfect condition for me with updates on what was going on, the price of the repairs, and more! They saved me over $10,000 repairing my BMW's engine, which was originally diagnosed as non-functional at the other mechanic. Please, patronize this business, as they are honest, loving, caring, and the most hardworking people that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Took my car over for a coolant topup and Wade quickly helped me with that. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommendUpdate: Master Automotive has been my go to place after my first visit for my Porsche Cayenne. I do all my services, including oil change, spark plug, ignition , gasket replacement, fuel pump etc through Waid. I feel the interaction with Master Automotive is genuine, and so trustworthy. More than anything, the car speaks for itself after the services. It feels like you have a friend in the service / repair.

Wade is a magician! My car has never felt so good. I drive a 2008 Audi TT which had all sorts of problems, engine shaking, noisy breaks and beyond. Wade was able to diagnose it and left it brand new. I have owned this car for 5 years and it never felt so good driving it. This is the best experience I ve had when dealing with my car ever! Nick is extremely friendly and answers all your questions. The best of all is how they are very honest with you and treat you like a family. Whatever you need they have your back! They are also extremely nice to talk to and interacting with them feels like talking to family you grew up with. We absolutely love this place. Thank you for all your wisdom and the care you showed!

Wade and his team of employees run the best shop around! My family and I have trusted Master Automotive with every aspect of our cars. My dad still drives his 30 years old Mercedes which Wade still do not mind servicing. Wade is informative, honest, and friendly and I have never seen anyone so supportive when things were awkward. When I brought in my car in with problems requiring careful diagnosis, I was very impressed with the level of expertise and the neatness of the process. Clearly Wade has a great passion for his customers and the cars they bring in.

I had a great experience with Wade and Esma! I contacted Master Automotive when I was having some issues with my car after it was shipped to California. Wade told me to come right over and he was able to fix my car within a few hours. Wade went out of his way to text me updates about the car. I will definitely be going back to Master Automative for repairs in Santa Clara.

I feel so blessed to have found Wade and his wonderful wife. I ran over debris on the freeway which ripped off my wheel cover under the car. I was given a great price to replace the cover. Made an apt brought car in service done. Especially like the fact Wade was thorough in his explanation of part costs. I'm so glad I found this place. Wade himself, as well as the gentleman he employees whom I've interacted with are just generally intelligent, knowledgable, informative, and good hearted human beings I trust. I don't take my Mini anywhere else, and have referred all my German car owning friends in the Bay Area here. Honestly, no reason to go anywhere else. Highly recommend them, trust me. I don't do reviews but they deserve one and I hope my review helps other people because finding a wonderful shop is no easy task.I'm moving to Hawaii from Santa Cruz, and I'm going to miss them dearly. Wade and team are excellent! Very customer service oriented. I've been a customer for some time and found them to always be fast, honest, reliable with pride of workmanship. The one time when my Mercedes had a brake issue under warranty Wade did the repair and paid for my rental car. These guys are in business for the long haul and have my highest recommendation.

Master Automotive have been servicing my BMW and Mercedes Benz for about 8 years now. I get quick and friendly service all the time. They are always extremely friendly and welcoming. I work right around the corner, and for the Scheduled Service I drop off my car in the morning and usually have it done before lunch. The quality is top notch, and the price is remarkably reasonable and fair. A colleague of mine took his Porsche in and she was thrilled with their skill and ability. Wade and his staff are some of the finest professionals I met in an auto repair shop.

I have been bringing my cars here for basic service as well as challenging troubleshooting issues. They have been thorough, experienced and reasonably priced. It's easy to have a good experience when everything goes smoothly but many places fall short when the unexpected happens. This shop continues with excellent service in these situations..

Waid, the owner, is the dedicated and passionate owner of Master Automotive. He sincerely cares about customers, his employees, and the quality of the work. He hires quality employees and to do the best job possible. Wally A. worked on my BMW 335, and he did a very meticulous and thorough job. He pointed out some other diagnostic problems with my car, which I plan to get fix soon. I got the sense that Wally took care of my car as his own.I highly recommend going to Master Automotive because I trust them (I live 1 hr away too). In this industry that is very hard to come by.

I recently had issues with my car that made it undriveable. I had it towed to my BMW dealership that I purchased it from hoping that the repairs needed would be covered under my warranty, but unfortunately they were not. I was worried that the repairs would cost an arm and a leg, and if I went through my dealership it would have. I read reviews of local shops as I wanted to go with someone that specializes in BMWs and German cars, which led me to Master Automotive. I called and asked for a quote and received a call back with the estimate in about 20 minutes, and it was less than half the price the dealership was charging. I said I would like for them to do the repairs, so they held a spot for me to tow my car in the same day to drop it off. Waid and his employees are all extremely friendly and professional, and made me feel like my car was in good hands for the repairs. I got my car back in a couple of days and it sounded and ran great! I'm extremely thankful to Waid and Master Automotive for helping me with my car. If I ever have any other hiccups, I'll definitely be back.

I needed help identifying an issue which triggered my check engine light. I drive an older model Cayenne, and happened to be an evacuee from the CZU fires in Santa Cruz County. I didn't need any more stress or headaches.Wade & his team at the shop picked up the phone promptly, had availability same-day, called me when they found the problem and explained the recommended course of action, and provided me a quote over the phone. They were patient with me while I spoke with family about the issue & cost. I decided to go with Wade's recommendation, and the fix was in place before close of business on the same day.I highly recommend his service shop. Thank you for getting my mom-mobile back on the road so quickly!

I have been taking my cars to Master Automotive for 5+ years. I had purchased an used Audi A4 and was advised at multiple places that I needed a new transmission. Waid came highly recommended by my colleagues, so I took my car to him and he figured out that the engine mounts were broken and it wasn't the transmission. He saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs. I have been a loyal customer ever since and I recommend all my friends and coworkers to him. I know from personal experience that Waid is committed to providing high quality and service at reasonable prices.

Had my alternator replaced on my Porsche Carrera recently. Wade and his staff did a marvelous job and they were very thorough and transparent with the quote and the whole repair process. Nick showed me my old alternator and explained to me what caused it to fail prematurely. They are close to San Jose airport where they dropped me off and the owner picked me up himself upon my return. I am very thrilled of the experience. It is definitely one of my best at a maintenance shop. I highly recommend Master Automotive for anyone with a German car in the bay area.

My experience at Master automotive was excellent. Wade was very kind. Though my dealer gave me a long list of items to be replaced for my bmw 328 - Wade's technicians figured out that most of them are not actually needed at this time - this actually gives a good sign of their skill set and that they value customer relationship seriously. The price that he quoted was also very reasonable and definitely one of the best store in the bay area.

My new favorite place to go if I need experienced help with my German cars. Wade and Nick are great and provide best Customerservice!I live in San Diego and we were visiting over Thanksgiving family in San Jose, when the brake and other ESP/ABS lights on the dashboard of the Ml350/2003 came on.Not knowing the area well enough and after talking to two other places, I decided to go and visit Wade at his shop.This was the best thing that could happen to me in this unfortunate situation as Wade and his team is not only very knowledgeable but also very reasonable (other places asked twice for diagnostic)!On top Wade offered me and the other customer a ride home which was very much appreciated and speaks volume of Wade's customer focus and service.Best experience I had in a while and highly recommend this place to anyone in need for German car diagnostic and repair!

The owner of Master Automotive seems to be intensely focused on taking care of his customers in an honest and more than fair way. As a result, I have been a very satisfied Master Automotive customer for years and recently I was reminded why. I had my daughter's Toyota serviced at a large shop much closer to my home and it seemed like a good (convenient) place to also have my BMW 740iL repairs done as well. There was something going on with my brakes (the brake lining and brake fluid level warning codes were showing). The steering had a vibration when braking that I assumed was due to a warped rotor. The front rotors were replaced and the car was returned to me. The warning lights were still on and there was still some vibration. Took the car back and found that the front tie rod assembly was in need of replacement and they still didn't address the warning codes.Then I decided to return to Master Automotive to get the work done by someone I trusted. Well worth it! The mechanic not only installed the new tie-rod, but he found that the other shop had not properly installed the brake sensors and the brake fluid sensor was just stuck. Easy fix to both. He also found other little issues and took care of them.I won't bother with the "big shop" close to home any more. Master Automotive is my shop.

2 years ago I had a traumatic accident when a mechanic forgot to tighten one of my wheels on my Mercedes SLK before driving off, top down and all. (Apparently it happens...) Luckily for me I didn't jump on the freeway...however I did lose the peace of mind and became quite hypersensitive about bringing my car for any service ever since.Last month, I needed a service C (and few other things) and decided to bring my car in to Wade (owner). Not only he felt bad about my experience, but he appreciated me sharing the story and brought in all his staff to hear me out. Wade took care of my car, gave me a great deal, plus loaner cars. He displays passion towards his work and commitment to his customers. The quality of work and staff are excellent and I felt a bit at ease driving off the lot -Thanks Wade!

I feel VERY lucky to have found Master Automotive!! Car: 2009 535i (e60, n54)Waid and Wally are amazing! Hands down, this is the best experience I've had with auto repairs - especially for my BMW. I have owned 3 BMW's in the past and traditionally only have work down at the dealerships. I can confidently say now that Master Automotive is my goto shop.Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. They really took the time to make sure I understood not only the 'what' but also the 'why' about my car and needed repairs. At the end of the day, I felt extremely confident and satisfied with the work they did. I can't stress this enough... I feel like they treated my car as if it were their own. The work was done with extreme care and meticulous detail. I'm lucky to live near this shop, but would honestly travel hours just to bring my car here.Thank you Waid and Wally for reminding me why I bought this car in the first place! You're the best.
