My experience with M&S collision (Santa Clara location) was fantastic: they are professional, affordable, and quick. My car (2011 Toyota Corolla) needed both bumpers to be replaced. When I took my car in, and they gave me a very reasonable quote and an appointment within 48 hours. During the work, they called me to update me on status. They finished the work two days ahead of schedule, and stayed exactly in line with their quoted price. My car looks almost brand new.Service: Body & Trim

Truly great service from Todd and his folks! They had to accommodate my relatively specialized needs. I needed them to collect, paint, and assemble the tail gate to my Tacoma and give me a speedy install so as not to keep me away from my rig for too long :). Todd easily obliged. They matched the paint pretty perfectly. Since my appointment itself was flexible but my installation duration was not, Todd helped me schedule an appointment that was convenient for me given my work schedule. Another very important detail is that a supposedly equivalent quote of service from a place a block or two away (and less professional in appearance) was approximately 25% higher. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

5/5 in Communication- Chuck provided an honest and thorough estimate in Cupertino.- Chuck walked us through the process and offered to taxi our car over to their shop in Santa Clara.- Went above and beyond by asking if we needed a rental.- Notified us immediately when the car was ready.5/5 in Honesty- They listened to us patiently and worked with us. Really treated us like people rather than a pay-day.- We're not much of car people. They answered all of our car questions, and walked us through the work being done.5/5 in Work- New parts where needed, and fixed original parts where they could.- Turnaround time was within a week for our case (accident)!- Car looks better than newThese guys are the REAL DEAL!

I took my bmw m3 here to get some dents and large nicks repaired. They ended up rebuilding the bumper, and fixing everything pretty well. They did it on time, and at the agreed upon price. Would recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

M &S collision is the best at what they do. They serve 3 locations Milpitas, Santa Clara and Cupertino for all your automotive needs. They even shuttle you from and to work. They will even pick your car up with a tow truck if needed. The staff and the Siripoke family go above and beyond for their clients needs. They have been a family business for over 40 years. MONGKOL & Sons are the Best! Thank you for taking care of all my cars since 2000!You will not be disappointed.

The whole process was so easy, quick plus enterprise nearby also picks and drop you at this place! Todd and John both are nice and helpful guys.Update : 2/20/2018I swear by this place! This is my second time visiting here and the guys are so friendly, prompt, and quick!

That guys are really meticulous and accurate. They requested a dealer to send a bumper 4 times since the previous 3 had defects.As a result my car looks like a new =)
