The service professional (Angel) was very helpful. She offered me an excellent loaner while my car was in service, kept me up to date about the status of the service and also gave us new leather covers for our keys. Unfortunately the car wash was down, but the service center have offered us a coupon for a later date, hopefully I can go. Overall, good service.

Great service. Felipe went out of his way to expedite the needed fixes in the car. He was attentive and incredibly responsive. These guys really pay attention to detail and make you feel you are in good hands. I needed to get my car back fast due to a trip I needed to make and they came through.

David Perez on Martin Ave is great. He s very professional, very efficient, thorough and friendly. And I don t say it lightly I mean he just move things along and explain things to me very thoroughly. I did have a little weight period because I came in a busy time and I had to get a loaner, but it wasn t bad.Also, communicate with me during the day to let me know where my service was at at the time, and the approximate time that my car would be available to pick up

I'm posting because I'm feeling incredibly frustrated and unsupported by Lexus regarding a recent maintenance issue with my car.A few months ago, during a service at Lexus, I was advised to get a wheel alignment, for which I paid extra. However, during my most recent visit on 4/5/2024, it was discovered that my front tire, particularly under the driver's seat, had worn out unusually, apparently due to the previous alignment.The staff suggested another alignment, seemingly unaware that it had been done recently. I'm deeply concerned because driving with a worn-out tire is unsafe, and I haven't received any acknowledgment or apology from Lexus for the safety risk I've been exposed to over the past few months.My asks are:1. Ensuring the safety of my vehicle by addressing the worn-out tire.2. Rectifying the alignment issue, although I'm hesitant to trust the center's recommendations.3. Clarification on what steps will be taken if the tire continues to wear out after tire replacement and realignment.Despite my efforts to find a fair solution, Lexus is insisting on replacing all four tires as a set, for which I'm expected to pay. I find this request unreasonable. Besides, It's difficult for me to continue doing business with Lexus until this trouble is resolved satisfactorily.I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter fairly and promptly. Your support would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Took my car in for its 5k servicing recently. Alfonso Lopez was an excellent service advisor. He was friendly, helpful, and was able to give me a very accurate estimate of how long the service would take. There was communication throughout the whole process and everything was very efficient.

Felipe was very helpful in working to resolve my problems. Need a new windshield which is backordered, but feel comfortable that he will stay on top of this and let me know when it is available.Did a great job handling the regular servicing of my car

I m customer of Lexus in the last 4 1/2 years.I m very very happy in general with them, Last Friday I take my car and I had small crack in the windshield I put my car to replace the tire, maintenance and alignments when I get the car back the crack was three times bigger than what it was before. I understand that they need to do maintenance on the car but they don t taking any responsibility on that. I asked him to give me a good price that I can Replace the windshield that they damage and unfortunately I didn t get any good Communication and offer about the damage that they did Now I need to go to replace my Windshield aftermarket

Service advisor was excellent. The customer wait facility was comfortable, well stocked, and gave us a ring-side view of our cars being serviced. The only issue was that the online ordering did not transfer my appointment request to Lexus customer service so the Service dept couldn t find my appointment.

Everyone in the service department is excellent. Very helpful and friendly, and the work on my car is always done professionally and correctly. Michael Nagy who is my service advisor is top-notch and a pleasure to work with. Can t say enough about the service, and it s a big reason I stay with owning a Lexus.

Angel and the Lexus service team were great! I pulled up for my appointment and they acknowledged that I had arrived and someone would be right with me.I then met Angel. Angel educated me about the whole process, made the effort to check on the spare key that I and everyone have been waiting on without me asking, and gave me a loaner car of my choosing.Everything was smooth and quick. They even finished my car earlier than anticipated, washed! I only get one day off so this level of service is appreciated. Glad I bought a Lexus and that we have Lexus Service!

The Lexus services were great except it took too long, my car was kept overnight just for a routine maintenance. Advisor Michael Nagy was very experienced and professional services advisor. He was also great in communication. I would definitely go with Michael again.

What an easy first time appointment for the 5,000 mile service! Our Service Advisor, David Perez, was patient, very clear in his explanations for the process and helpful. He even remembered my name when he saw me standing in line to return the loaner vehicle. We made a very good choice by picking Stevens Creek Service Center for our new Lexus! My last car was a Mercedes and I have to say my experience here topped service visits with my last car, hands down!!

I am so impressed with the entire service process, from start to finish.My service representative was Gerardo he was above and above amazing and very knowledgeable about every inch of my SUV.Communication was 5 star plus.The icing on the cake was the fact they give you a loaner, not just any loaner it was gorgeous and had all the new technology.I purchased my car from Stevens Creek Lexus and have been well taken care of.They have spoiled me.

Lexus dealership was great! Very fast, responsive and efficient. They gave me a loaner car which was almost the same model that i drive. They kept me posted about the maintenance process. Two things to improve though: - it is difficult to pick up the car on time when you work and the service closes at 6pm; - the car should be returned in original settings (not sure why but all heaters were blowing wildly, as well as wheel and seat heating was on). Thank you guys! So far my best experience in Bay area.

My second time with Steven, and the experiences have been great so far. All of my issues have been resolved with the team s superb expertise. I originally planned to wait until my service has been completed, but instead, I left with a complimentary loaner vehicle. Really happy with my services!

Came in to have my partner s car for service due to a seized oil filter needing to be removed.Had an appointment at 7:40am and took quite a while to get our car taken in. Given it was a Friday and also very busy with many other people coming in, there is a very comfortable Guest area with a complimentary Cafe and snacks and Business area for those who need to do work.I was helped by Jamie, who informed me of other needs for our car, as well as updates on getting the oil filter removed. Definitely will come back if needed

Samson is very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment online about a month ago for the service and it didn t ask me if I needed a loaner car. Samson listened to my concerns and secured a loaner car for me even though unknowingly it was not reserved-extremely grateful for that as I had plans.Samson also sent very detailed report of the inspection and what s done for the service. Overall very satisfied experience!

Another a great experience at Stevens Creek Lexus for my routine service. I requested David again as my service advisor and he took great care of me as always.David contacted me to let me know two of my tires needed to be replaced. I usually get my tires from Costco or America s tire but lately Costco is so slow and America s tire doesn t have free warranty , I would have to buy the certificates. David recommended me to take advantage of the promotion they were having on tires and alignment. After comparing the prices, lexus was the cheapest and it came with included with tire hazard warranty.After my car was completed, I was contacted by Cheryl to schedule the pickup so they could wash my car accordingly to avoid the rain. I highly appreciated that extra effort and consideration! I couldn t be happier with the service that was provided. Looking forward to the next service!

I had an appointment and didn t get the service I scheduled for. It was a great waste of my time and energy. Also, I was expecting a follow up call which wasn t made in time. I felt my time was not respected. I m not sure I ll schedule anything with this service again. If any customer schedule anything, please double check if they can provide the service on time or at least the same day, otherwise please go somewhere else with more predictable service commitment.

From the moment I pulled in to the Lexus parking lot, to the moment I left the parking lot, I had nothing but the BEST customer service! Felipe, my service rep, was friendly and warm, clear and concise and provided me the exact diagnostic info I needed for my car. Service rep was great. Not as happy with test driver and car wash. My car came back with the radio tuned to another station and the volume turned way up. Service car wash left bird droppings on hood and spider web on side mirror. The actual building needs some attention too: no soap in women s bathroom room and one sink was out of order, also entire guest waiting are was a little grubby and tables needed wiping down. I was in at 8:30 am, so seemed left from previous day.

I just got the Lexus in July 2023. They could only give me one fob at the time due to shortages. I made an appointment at Lexus Santa Clara to get the second key made.It was a pleasurable experience. Everyone was professional and thorough. Though I came for a key they washed and cleaned the interior of my car as well. Though I had a loaner booked, I opted to stay to work on my computer. They had a several great sections for different needs a lounge, tall bar with stools, tables, a classroom and a business center with 8 private cubicles. The snack car tea coffee etc was excellent. And bathrooms very clean.I will return again and update review as needed
