I've been a customer for the last 6 years. This my favorite local shop. Kasmin runs a well organized, efficient auto repair shop. Potential service options were presented and I asked for his recommendation. The options were well explained. The car was serviced and ready faster than I expected. A+P.S. The shop is also open till about 7 most days, so if you need to call after work to setup an appointment you can.

I recently visited K & S Complete Auto Repair after discovering a nail in my tire, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I recently brought my cars to K&S to fix the brakes on my BMW, and water pump and timing belt on my Honda. I am very satisified with the service I received. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the mechanics were very professional. They were able to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I was very impressed, and will be coming back here for any future repairs. I would highly recommend K&S.

They quoted me an out-of-pocket cost to do some body repair and I decided to go for it. I was assured it'll be done well and will look as good as new. But this was not the case, it didn't look as I had expected it to and once it got done they refused to re-do it. When I said I'll leave my car for longer (maybe an extra night), the owner said I'll be charged an overnight fee of $250 to keep the car since they have done their job (this was outrageous the way the owner spoke to us and dealt with the situation). I was very taken aback about how things changed once they felt their job was done. They asked me to come back after 2-3 weeks for some buffing work and so I did that. They took 2 nights and when I went to pick up my car, it didn't look like they had even touched it, it looked the same as it did 2 days ago. I had no strength left in me to leave my car there any longer and completely regretted my choice of getting this job done from them.TL;DR - don't go to them. They will ignore any feedback you give and will not care about rectifying it.

This car body shop is a mess. The owner and staff don't listen to what you want and can't seem to work together. They give you one price but end up charging way more for no good reason. And the quality of their work? It's terrible. When you ask them to fix something, they just ignore you or make excuses. Stay away from this place it's nothing but trouble.

Amazing service by K&S my car was fixed fast everything was cool the prices are nominal and reasonable for me being a student and I would recommend anyone to go to this honest repair shop. My car runs smooth and well.

We had a last minute requirement of some body work to be performed on our vehicle. Kasim was generous to agree to a walk-in and take care of the problem without asking us to come back after the holidays. He was very professional and quoted us a fair rate. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

Rare is the service experience after which you are not only satisfied with the outcome but actually find the experience to be pleasant, even enjoyable. This is thanks to Kasim's and David's patience, professionalism and kindness in the process of replacing my blown head gastket for my mini cooper. to my suprise they were able to do the job at a cost that was lower than what other repair shops quoted. Kasim truly went "the extra mile" to anwer all questions , even about something that was beyond the scope of repair!

It was definitely a fuel distribution issue, I was betting on lines or pump. K&S has a policy as of 10/2023 of 120 to diagnose a no-start problem. Fuel line issues are particularly problematic and take a long time to verify, but they honored their policy and did a great job replacing the fuel pump. Will be back for PM soon.

I came here to repair my tire. One of my tire has the slow leak issue but I am not sure which one. The staff is willing to help me identify the tire and repair it within 10 mins. Very happy about their service!

K&S is a great place to take your vehicle. The owner is always accommodating and kind when I pull up with a problem or a nail in my tire. He always stops everything he is doing and takes care of it quickly. I have gotten a couple of nails in my tire and he's always quick to fix it. Definitely give this place a try for general maintenance on your vehicle.

I have been to this auto-repair center couple of times for certain car repair work. Every time, I have received quite a warm and friendly welcome from the owner and few of his other employees. They have done great repair work until now at quite generous prices and, i have no complaints regarding their repair skills till date.I have also referred few of my friends to the same repair station and i must say, that it is a one stop shop for any car related problems if you wish to get satisfactory results in great prices.

They broke my car frame when doing rear brake work - I found out only days later! Their brake pad has a squeaky noise when braking. They charged a high labor fee and refused to explain about basics like pad thickness. Don't go there for brakes.

They always solve my problems quickly. The owners are friendly. I needed an extra part and the owner personally went to a nearby auto parts store to pick it up. I would not be able to drive my car without them.

It s hard to find an honest mechanic. I ve brought my car in crazy situations (I have 4 cars!) and they have always bent over backwards to make my situation right. I could list the situations, but there would be too many. I ve come to know the owner and I know he goes above and beyond for his customers. Kasim and David are amazing to work with and extremely professional and skilled. My car was idle and disabled for 1 year+, within a couple days these gentlemen had my car fixed and working like new, despite a persistent tire warning issue which was resolved assuredly. My father's old car wouldn't start even with a new battery, and found K&S Shop nearby with good google reviews, so I had the car towed to this shop. The next morning, car was fixed and back on the road. They diagnosed the starter problem, replaced it. Because it was an old car, I was a little hesitant to have an unknown shop look at it becuase I've had shops pushing to replace everything. But the staff at K&S was professional, straightforward, and honest. I was extremely impressed with their service and felt very lucky to find a place like with a simple google map search.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had recently changed a fuel vapor sensor on my car which was responsible for showing the engine light. After changing it, the light turned off for a while but came back after about 2 days. I brought my car in to this place to see if there was anything wrong with the sensor, and as I was leaving my car there the light turned off again. Decided to leave it just to double check. Turns out I had forgot to tighten the vapor line going to the sensor, which might have been bringing back the engine light. But why instead of just tighting the line they took the liberty of forcing the sensor off, claiming there was water in the line, and right off the bat suggesting I get an ODM sensor. Didn t even take the time to show me where the water was when I asked to be shown. Decided to leave and reinstall the sensor they took off myself. Now the same engine code/light immediately appears after clearing the code with obd2 as if it s really broken like it hadn t before.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my car over on my lunch break (oil change), the cost and timeline were clearly communicated. When an additional issue was discovered (brake pads and rotors), they got that fixed before the end of the day at a fair price. I'm definitely going there again when I need maintenance or have a problem.

I needed to fix a couple things in my car . Got a few estimates. K&S estimate was the best between them. When I did go to the shop, greeted by the owner and he explained everything to me . He was professional, honest, flexible and very nice. I am very happy with the work they done to my car and price. I can t not say enough good things about this auto repair! I m not from the area and it s always hard to find a trustworthy honest repair shop while traveling. K&S was very reasonable with the pricing of my radiator and so quick to get my car fixed when I was in a pinch for time! The owner even reached back out to me on my travels to make sure everything was good with the car! This is absolutely exceptional service, I would 100% recommended going here for any of your car needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Taken my BMW in May for AC failure due to coolant. They have added the refrigerant and said there are no obvious leaks and mentioned if there are any minor leaks, the AC will stop functioning in 2-3 months. Like they said it failed in 2 months. I called them and they suggested the issue could be bigger and might need to replace some parts after taking a look.I went to BMW service center this time and after their analysis, they mentioned "the third party shop which fixed the AC didn't use proper tools and added a lot more refrigerant than what is recommended". They removed the refrigerant and added it as per specs and the AC is working fine after that.

I bought a new car yesterday and it had a bad window regulator. I'm moving out of town in a couple weeks and wanted to have it repaired before the trip. I found the parts at a local auto parts store and these guys were able to get me and fix the problem within just a couple hours of calling. Window came out great and I'm ready to drive across the country. I would highly recommend K&S Auto Repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am so impressed with the service I got today ! I called up at around 3:30 and told them I would be there at 4:00 to get a nail puncture in my tire fixed. When I showed up, they were ready to look at the car and they had the tire fixed in 15 minutes ! All of this service for a really good price as well. When I got back to work, everyone was amazed that I got the tire fixed so quickly. I highly recommend K & S Auto Repair and will be back for future repairs.

Kasim is one of the most honest and ethical mechanics you'd be lucky to find. He understands the importance of establishing trust for long-term relationships. So many things I could write about as examples of what he's done for me as a courtesy to demonstrate this point. My SUV needed some TLC as we moved from Chicago to Santa Clara. After doing some research and reviews, I called K & S and explained my issue. I took my car in for inspection and diagnosis. Kasim and his staff were great, honest, and have a great sense of humor. They showed me the issues and provided highly reasonable prices. My car was fixed in a day with no delays. K & S will be my mechanic for as long as I live in the bay area. Great MAJSTOR, great SHOP, and great PEOPLE.

It s hard to find an auto shop with honest service, but I m happy to say that I found it here. They didn t try to sell me or push anything that my car didn t need. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did it well! I ve been to other auto shops where they will also try to hide fees, but they laid out exactly what they charged for and why.I highly recommend them!
