Best service for my vehicle and myself! I brought my car in, described what was going on in two sentences and the mechanic knew exactly what the issue was. Took a look under the hood to confirm and parts were ordered and arrived the next day. My car was serviced under 6 hours. Eddie kept in touch every step of the way and let me know of any other repairs that needed immediate attention and left it up to me decide. I ve already recommended them to neighbors and friends! Thank you JR Alignment!!

What a great experience working with Jimmy. We have a 2017 F150 that we could NOT get aligned! Ford tried multiple attempts. Jimmie took one look at our tires and said the tires were the issue! Got great looking tires and it s finally aligned! Drives beautifully! Go see Jimmy!

2015 Infiniti QX80: JR Alignment is my preferred choice for tire services and alignments. When I visited just before closing time, I expected to receive a quote and schedule an appointment for the next day to have an alignment done on my QX80. However, Jimmy exceeded my expectations by taking me in immediately and providing exceptional service. His patience and meticulous attention to detail ensured that my truck was perfectly aligned and met all specifications. Had a very good experience here! Did an all wheel alignment in fifteen minutes (never had all four wheels done before) didn t even have to make an appointment. On separate occasion came to get a quote about body work needed. Fixed the door on the spot so that it opens easily now and did not charge for this service. They were honest in what work could be done for aesthetics and was honest to the fact that it was not a necessity due to the car s age.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

JR Alignment fixed my car up after I was t-boned in a car accident! It looks as if it never happened. I'm so happy I had my car towed here and fixed. They did a great job, and with great time! Eddie was really friendly, got all the parts I needed for my car to get fixed, and his crew fixed it good as new, nearly. I'm very happy with the results.

Just went into JR Alignment to get my tires realigned and my tire pressure sensor replaced. The people were super nice and the turnaround was insanely quick. I called them at 4 to ask if they could service me the same day. I got there at 4:15 and they finished by 5:10! Prices are very reasonable especially given the amount of time they saved me. $90 for realignment and $120 for sensor replacement and installation. I had called another place prior and they told me it would take at least 2-3 hours to get my tires realigned but I m so thrilled that I found JR Alignment on google instead.

I got an excellent service in lowest price with best quality. I have got my Mazda car bumper for replacement, painting and side panel dent work. I love my car now and it looks like a brand new body. Extremely nice people.I replaced my front suspension on my old Fiero and needed an alignment.Took me as a walk in, moved a car out and did mine as I waited.25 minutes later, I was out the door - perfect center steering wheel.Definitely coming back, and you should too!Nice people, no fuss, low-key good work done quick.

TLDR:- My car was badly damaged from vandalism and I needed to get it fixed- Jimmy and his team are straightforward, honest, fair, extremely reasonable in terms of pricing and are crazy perfectionists!- Car came out looking fresh and brand new - even better than when I first bought it at the dealership!I found Jimmy and asked him to assess the damages and was amazed at how thorough he was when explaining. He gave me a complete run down of what they were going to do to my vehicle and I just knew my car was going to be treated very carefully. I also met his staff (superrr friendly!) and browsed around at the work they were doing and omg, they don't mess around. You can just tell these guys are pros! I also had insurance to help cover the costs and Jimmy handled all of my insurance claims. Such a great plus! All I had to do was drop off the vehicle and wait.I'm so happy with the results and highly recommend anyone to trust Jimmy and his team with their vehicle. I drove my car onto the curbside last week. Since then my car was unsafe to drive. I brought my car to JR Alignment for alignment. After 45 minutes working on my car during Jimmy busy shop, Jimmy told me he did adjust the alignment but not 100%. I can drive my car, but to completely avoid alignment problem in the near future, I need to do frame alignment because it is damaged so much. He gave me the referral to the right shop for the issue. When I am ready to pay, Jimmy told me No and god bless me. I was shocked and could not believe my ears. What a wonderful person he is!!! His kindness and honesty are beyond my imagination!!! Jimmy, God bless you and your business. Again, I really appreciate your kindness and your help!

I got referred to this place by a friend so I decided to stop by. Rigo help me out and he was very professional and courteous. I was quoted for tires and alignment and the price was too good to pass up on. I asked if they did or oil changes which they did so they also change the oil on my vehicle while it was in the shop. It seems these guys do it all and their service speaks for itself. Stop wasting your time looking around for tires and alignment I did the research already and nobody in San Jose or Santa Clara beats this price

Came right after getting tires installed at Costco. No waiting & everything was aligned to spec. Also pointed out other recommended work, but no pressure to get it done before leaving the shop. That s an honest mechanic for you

I just got my 4 tires here, at a really good price. You buy 4 tires and get the alignment free. Customer service is great, I will definitely keep coming here in the future. Thank you AAA Alignment.

Purchased new tires in Tracy Costco last weekend, tires.looks.good but when drove the car to work Monday oh boy bad vibration. Got my alignment at JR to make sure it's not it and alignment is done in no time but the vibration is still there, went back to Costco Tracy 2 days for the fix and I waited for 2 hrs only for that but the bad thing is it's I still can feel the vibration so I'm back here again today at JR for the fix. GOOD JOB! JR's and thank you, good job!

I don't like this place they make you wait hours and then they charge you $79 for alignment and your car will still pull to the right. Then the owner young immature Mexican guy very unprofessional all he does is talk to the girl that works there and she things shes pretty but she is not and very rude and her English is not great. Avoid this place at all cost please.

Very expensive for their services.Not transparent at the beginning with the mandatory alignment when changing tires. Wow.They are creative to rip off people.
