Jeff is a cheap guy I have known him for 10 + years , cuts corners every chance he can and installs parts wrong. He did an oil change on my mom s car once and it caught fire, did not try to make it right until legal action was threatened. I also referred a friend to Jeff s to get their AC fixed, Jeff made it worse and caused an oil leak leaving that vehicle smoking and in disrepair. Jeff does not do thorough pre purchase inspections of vehicles that are brought to him. Jeff also does not honor warranty that he provides. Avoid this man, his staff is okay, but not Jeff, Jeff is the embodiment of shady car salesman, not a single honest bone in his body.

I am a customer of Jeff's garage for almost 7 years. Jeff is very helpful and explains the issue in detail. He pays attention to details. I found Jeff's garage little expensive than other local garage but the quality of service is far better.By mistake we had pumped diesel in my car instead of a petrol. He helped fixed it and no issues afterwards.He has options with and without insurance.

Very unorganized in timeAlso i needed to check some bolts under my car, i asked him can i go under the lifter, he said ok! I was checking and asked him please tight some nut here that are loosen, he said , ok ok ok!!... finally they didn t! So i have to take the car again to another shop and time loosingAlso they made my carpet dirty!

Pity I cannot give them more stars. Technician Larry and the owner Mr.Jeff did awesome work! Quick, efficient, and friendly. Larry thought something was wrong, and discovered a missing bolt, which could have been resulted in a severe mishap! Shout out to Jeff and his team! My car needed to be checked out and serviced before driving to Louisiana. Jeff had me come back a few days before I departed to give my car a quick relook over. I made it here safe and sound, in a Jeff's checked it first, honestly serviced car. My car was broken into and the key ignition was destroyed. The mechanic helped me look for the available parts in the area and even got some shipped from overseas to get the job done. I e been going to this shop for months and in the beginning I thought they were punctual and service as great but as the months went by the service and the work they ve done on my vehicles started getting really bad. I have a bmw 330 ci that they ve been working on for months now and every time I had a problem I would bring it here and each time I brought it back Jeff and his workers would tell me that my car would be done in a day or two anyhow I come back and still not done. So Jeff would tell me that they are to busy that I would have to bring it back another day. When you get here, he'll tell you to change parts for the car ASAP, exaggerating the possibility of all accidents happening. You don't accept this and go to the dealer to make sure it's necessary or notDon't get ripped off by this shamless lier like I did! Don't make the mistake of trusting him with your vehicle. He changed parts of my car and charged $3400 in the next day.

I would give zero stars but I can't I took my car there cause the check engine light was on and he right away said it was the transmission and it would cost 2000 dollars and then another 1000 for another part. I left in tears cause I couldn't afford that and I just bought the car with all my savings. So I got a referral to another mechanic and he said it wasn't the transmission and only charged me 600 dollarsI had been going to Jeff for years and never in a million years would have expected him to rip me off . But he almost did, I just didn't have that kind of money at that time .I felt very betrayed DONT GO HERE HE IS A THIEF AND A LIER . Thank God for my new mechanic He never tries to rip me off. Jeff you suck.

ZERO STARS! This guys is a lying thief!! Don't make the mistake of trusting him with your vehicle. I came here to get my AC fixed and not only does he not manage to NOT fix It after I wasted three separate days leaving it with him but the guy charged me for work that he didn't even do and parts he never installed. He even tried to lie and tell me that his workers just didn't wipe the fluid off of the leaking hose he was supposed to have replaced. Don't get ripped off by this shady lier like I did!

I regularly take my car here because they're very respectful of people's time and never push for any unnecessary repairs. Plus if you come during an off hour, they'll get your oil changed in like twenty minutes!

It is the best auto repair shop. I have used this shop over 10 years. Price is also low or very reasonable. Mr. Ko is very knowledgeable for fixing car.

Can't fix my window to roll up right. Truck still smells like gas even after 3 weeks, and engine light started flashing again right after I picked up.

This place is not responsible what they said they going to do what a ripoff they are it took 3months and put broken pieces and patched with each work on hood hahaha
