Super friendly and professional service.- update5/22/2023They discovered issues that other tire shops couldn't find, and thanks to their quick detection, I was able to save over $400. Not only the owner but all the staff members are friendly and professional. I highly, highly recommend this tire shop.

SCAM watchout! I went in for low tire pressure and oddly they "found" nails in my tires in specific places that cannot be repaired AND they had the exact diagram to explain it. Smells like a scam desperate for business and now I had perfectly good tires that are punctured!!! People are incredible!

For the past decade, I have been a loyal customer of this tire shop. Without fail, they have consistently offered us the most competitive prices when it comes to tire replacements. The convenience of scheduling appointments combined with their swift service has made our visits incredibly efficient. Such is my confidence in their integrity that I no longer feel the need to request a quote before heading to their establishment. With utmost enthusiasm, I wholeheartedly endorse this tire shop to anyone in search of exceptional service.

This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits.I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires.Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today. I'm not sure if you are the owner of this tire shop but if you are, your excellent service makes you stand out from the crowd. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!!!! !

I showed up once they were closing (5:02pm) and they were so helpful. My tire went flat on San Tomas expressway and they instantly helped me without question with changing my flat for my spare. They are amazing people and the staff are some of the best to can find. I would recommend anyone I know to them. I am going to bring all my business here and everyone should.

Able to do custom alignment and camber settings that you want. A couple of young guys are pretty chill and take care of your needs. I recommend this place as I was able to tell them the how I want my suspension set up for track use.

Took in a Honda Civic for set of new tires. The staff were friendly and helped me promptly. They mounted the tires in about 40 minutes. The place seems organized and the restroom was clean.

I have a 2020 Toyota Camry and it was making a weird noise every time I was coming to a stop, I brought it in to get it checked out and Jin helped me out. He had an idea what the problem might be and it turned out to be my wheel barring he was so much help and fixed it. Also he is a very honest and nice guy he was very busy but was able to fit me in the schedule and fix it within a couple days. I Will definitely be coming back if I have any other car problems in the future, this shop is honest reliable and does quality work.

Noticed a screw in my tire pulled into Han Kook tires, they had me patched up ready to go in maybe 10 minutes! Seemed like a good group of guys I d go for other services if I need them.

Came in for a tire repair, and was done within 5 minutes! Super friendly, courteous, and professional. They even found and removed nails and staples in my other tires for no extra charge.

Fast & courteous service, called at 11am, tires were installed, did alignment and out in 1.5 hours. Great job! Great prices too. I saved $100 buying tires from here. I always brings my car, my family, and friends' cars here for service, get new tires, and alignments. James and his teamwork are outstanding!!

Extremely reasonably price, great service and technicians. They fixed mu flat tire in 10mins with $20 while other shops recommended replacing tires for $1200. The dealership even quoted $1700! Amazing service!

I came in with a punctured tire and they got to work on it within minutes of arriving. They fixed it and I was back on the road very quickly, the whole visit took no more than 15min. The staff is very polite and professional. Highly recommend Han Kook!

I had a flat tire and went in for a repair yesterday. Jin is very experienced and friendly. He took a look at my tire and was able to patch it swiftly. Having zero experience and knowledge about flat tires, I was afraid of being pushed into buying a new tire (as you may know, some shops do so to make money off you). Not here! Jin told me right away that my tire was fine. He also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire and put it back in the truck for me.When I tried to pay, Jin told me this time was on him. He saw my car was new and felt bad that this had happened to me.Thank you so much again for your service, Jin!

Jin was super friendly and kind helping me get brand new tires for my Mazda 3. The price is less than Costco and the team knows exactly what they are doing. Great shop! Can't recommend it enough.

I changed all four tires for my mini in June 2017. It was done fast and the customer service was great! Not to mention how much I saved here, compared to the dealership! It's been five months, and they still promptly respond to all my questions and requests related to tires. I recommend.

I m impressed. Despite I arrived before their closing, guys agreed to take my car, fixed my flat tire, checked other tires. Without any extra questions. It took less than 10 minutes and the price was almost nothing. Super.

James is the BEST! He always provides me with excellent pricing on tires, rims and fuel additives. I have been coming this particular Han Kook Tires in Santa Clara for more than a decade. I like his staffs as well. Fast workers and do the job right at first time. Highly recommend these guys for any tire needs!!

Fast service, and very courteus employees. I had to install 2 tires that I already had and they were able to do it quickly and efficiently. The shop is very clean and they have all the proper equipment to change tires efficiently! Highly recommend!

They replaced for four new tires, oil change, and performed an alignment.First time I called and got a quote over the phone and the owner saying the price including mounted, balanced, and all fees out the door price. I was like let's do it booked the time. Then I called to confirmed the tire was order and it will be ready and found out they do it all and decided to cancelled other shops I made an appointment with to get it all done in one place.The person I had spoken too seem to be an older gentlemen or the owner. Constantly saying "ok, ok, ok, we have it don't worry just bring it down" after I called to confirmed everything was ready. When I showed up for my appointment and checked in I was quoted a different price. I asked for the person I had spoken too on the phone and he was not there. I left my quote that I wrote down on a piece of paper and drove home to grabbed it since the price was off by over a hundred dollar.Luckily I wrote down the owner phone number and called and talked to him in person. Instead of listening to the dollar amount that we agreed on multiply times over the phone that I repeatedly repeated back to him and ask for an estimate to be written down and he refuse to do so over the phone. Then after five minutes of talking and explaining myself and the whole conversion that I called multiple times to make sure everything was ready and the price as we agreed on.He ended up quoted me a new price and lo and behold it was something like $30-60 more. Which I said to him that was not much more than what we discussed!!! I ended give them my business since we kind of calm down and talked it out and since my car was already there and I already cancelled all of my other appointment.The work seems to be done correctly and no mistake that myself and my wife noticed.So moral of the story is get an estimate and doesn't matter what he said, get an estimate. I'm still debating if I should bring my car there again and see how it goes next time or just goes somewhere else. There are plenty of shops in this area. It could of been 5 stars.

Visited due to a punctured flat tire. Engineer and tech were nice and professional. Felt they take good care of customers. Will definitely visit again.

This place is awesome. Of all the tire shops I ve been to, this is the most responsive, quick, and reasonably priced place.I was searching for a shop to get an alignment done since I just got new tires installed and noticed that my front tires were wearing unevenly. I called them up and they were upfront that the cost for my particular car was more expensive if they need to adjust the rear alignment given the additional panels they need to removed. This was a similar response I got from 5 other shops I called for quotes. I decided to give this place a go. Showed up on Saturday morning at opening and was immediately greeted as I was parking the car. He gave me a quote that matched what I heard over the phone so I gave the go ahead. He asked for the keys and immediately got to work (mind you, I had not even stepped into the lobby and this all happened in the parking lot). He said it would take somewhere between 30-60 mins. At the end of the service, only the front tires needed adjustment. It took half the time (30mins) and they only charged me half the price.Overall, I highly recommend this shop. It s amazing to finally find a tire shop that is:- reasonably priced (cheaper than most other places I called)- fair, honest- super fast, responsive- no long waits like other shops or needing to leave your car there all day (at least for my particular visit)While I was there, I also paid attention to all the other customers that came and went in the 30 mins. It was amazing to see how efficient and courteous these guys were. 1 person was in and out for a flat repair in less that 10 mins. Another person came in for new brakes but was told that his brakes were still good, no replacement needed. All these examples were positive confirmations that this place is awesome. I m coming back again just to support them.

Super friendly. Nice staff. Acknowledgeable.Had a new set of tires installed by Costco but there was a problem with one of the tires. The staff were able to identify the problem and resolve it right away. Thank you.

I looked for the closest tire place with the highest average rating that had a significant number of reviews. Han Kook popped up and I went there right away to fix my flat. Lo and behold they lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. The first thing about this shop is that you get an immediate sense of honesty. That's hard to get with any kind of car mechanic in the Bay. They tell you exactly what happened, exactly what went wrong, and what they can do to fix it. They don't overcharge, they are very fair, very quick and efficient. The gentleman even told me I can come back in the next few days to check if there any changes in tire pressure in the other front tire (on a front wheel drive). This will be my tire shop for as long as I live in the Bay area. Definitely 5 star service

I had a punctured tire. I was expecting to drop the car off, get an uber home and uber back later to pick up the car.However, to my pleasant surprise I was in and out, with a fixed tire, in under 10 mins!These guys are super courteous and super efficient. And reasonably priced too. 5 stars are well deserved.

Thank you hankook tires for the great advice, service on my tires/wheels and reasonable pricing. This place is one of the best tire shops in the santa clara area. I love how you don t need an appointment and you can just walk in. Service is pretty quick to depending on how busy it is. Also, shout out to Jayden for helping me out!Update 6/22/21 - this place is the best! I ordered new tires which arrived in 1 day to the shop and they were able to change and do an alignment in about 40 mins! I can t recommend this place enough. I will only go here for all my tire needs!

Amazing customer service. Had to get 2 front tires replaced after hitting a pot hole on 101. They were able to replace them that day even though they didn't have the tires on hand. Jin was awesome at keeping me updated on the status as I'm sure he could tell I was stressed out being in this situation 2 hours from home. Amazing selection of hankook tires, even though I got Pirelli at an awesome price.
