Excellent service. Very competitive price. One stop to solve all my auto issues . I just have my oil changed and front right axle replaced.

Love this shop. No games, will tell you like it is. Won't try to sell you anything you don't need. And are up front about what you should take care of now or what you can wait on.They'll also work with you on expensive parts. Let you look for it on eBay or will tell you where you can go to get something cheaper, if they happen to know.

I asked them to empty my AC so I could replace my system myself and they actually did it rather than telling me off for being a home hobby mechanic like other shops. I always appreciate that, thanks! Would definitely come here again

Took my F80 M3 here to get the 4 pin ssr crankhub, Turner skid plate, and carbon lip done! The owner, Brandon is amazing and his turn around time is very fast! Great pricing as well! Brought my mom's 2004 Impala in they took care of the water pump no problem really liking these guys so far I'm going to bring my Ranger in today and have them fix the clutch master. Well they got it done on the cheap too. These guys are fantastic definitely better than your average place! mechanics there are very friendly. I stopped by to get the screws out from my car plate so I can put the CA plate on. I don't know his name but the young guy patiently helped me to take the screws out using several different tools despite the heavy rust on the screws. He also found me new screws and put my CA plate on. Very friendly and smart, and I appreciate his time and effort.

My hubby loves this place and has been taking his car here for years. (Basic services). Well he started having issues with starting the car so he dropped off the car (original appt was just an oil change) and it's been 3 days now that they still have the car and they say they are still figuring out what is wrong with it. I'm disappointed that they can't set proper expectations or even identify the root cause. We told them if they can't figure it out and fix it by today we will take it to someone else. So frustrating.

This is the absolute best and most honest repair shop in Santa Clara county. Someone broke into my car through the passenger side window. They had the part and installed everything in a matter of hours. They were the best deal in the area as usual. Very honest and superb quality. I highly recommend this repair facility.

Very honest shop, they stand behind their work, and always have done an extremely good job on all of my cars. I've been a faithful customer for over 5 years now and even though I have moved to Sacramento, I still drive all the way to Four B and let David and his great staff do the work.Best Damn Garage In Town!!!

You can never go wrong with David. He is extremely honest and does an excellent job. I take all my cars to him for all sort of repairs. My nephew's take their cars too to Four B for their automotive needs. The prices are reasonable and David never gives a quote for a repair or a service that is not required.

Mike is probably the best mechanic that has helped me with my automobiles. He's honest and super quick with his work. He specializes in German cars. I've had a couple of BMWs that he had taken good care of for the past 5+ years. I don't feel comfortable taking my cars anywhere else.

Been coming here for years. They do a great job at reasonable prices. They're honest and good at their job which is what you want from a mechanic. They also take appointments which can help if you're a bit pressed for time.

SCAMMERS, beware of this business. They'll buy parts off eBay and then charge them back through their financial institution. If they're doing shady stuff like this to sellers on eBay imagine what they're doing to your cars.

The technicians are really cool people to talk to. They listen to your car problem(s) and very fordable price to get your car repaired. David and other technicians were helpful and repaired my BWM in no time. Thanks 4B Auto!.

Four B services lots of German cars, which is perfect for my VW Passat. Whenever I took the car in, I rarely got a call back saying this and that need to be fixed. And if there is additional work required, David always shows me the problem. He is very honest. There was one time the problem did not get fixed, Four B only charged me for parts and not the labor to have the problem fixed. Their price is very reasonable.

I used to LOVE this place until I got myself a code reader. Not to long ago my check engine light went on and I hooked up the code reader to it. It said that 4 coils were bad and I thought oh, the other 2 coils that are still good must be the ones that I already had 4B auto replace. I took off the cover plate exposing all coils and replaced the 4 bad ones. After replacing them and closely observing the remaining 2..I realized 4B ripped me off. The remaining 2 were original OEM just like the 4 I just took off..they didn't look newer like the ones I replaced them with. I immediately found my maintenance records and found the exact receipt where it says 4B replaced 2 coils not even 3 years ago..yeah right they never replaced anything..ppl that take their cars here for the most part know NOTHING about their cars..get to know your car a bit and at times you may realize that your being ripped off by places like this...4.8 rating my @$$.

Lo and behold, Four B Auto Service coming to my rescue! A few days ago, my car started to act up when I was stepping on my brakes. This blew a lightbulb in my head. Uh-oh! I think it's time to change my brake pads and get my rotors checked out. BUT...it got worse. My engine light comes on too! Since it happened during the weekend and in need of a mechanic...I had to wait until Monday! Boohoo. Yet, this gave me time to find an auto shop to help me out. I couldn't take my car to a dealership, knowing full well that I'd be charge up the butt for little damage control on my poor car.I was in need of a good, reliable, and honest mechanic who charges at a reasonable price, especially when it comes to European cars. Of course, I have no greater instincts but to do my research.After a few attempts, I finally settled on this place. I first called before driving my car to the shop thinking they might not take my car in on such short notice. The person who answered the phone was the owner. Yay David! He asked me a couple of questions, asked if it was driveable or perhaps consider getting it towed but he said it's fine for a short drive, and gave me the quick run through that he can take a look at my car right away free of charge! So far so good.Upon entering their shop, you'll find they have a pool table inside their office, two couches to sit and wait, magazines, trophies from racing and certifications, soda and vending machine, and FREE WIFI! Checked out the number of cars around and it was mainly VWs and BMWs but he can work on any other cars.Finally spoke with David after waiting for a few minutes and he got straight to talking. He was very friendly, easy to talk to in concern what was the problem, and helpful with a lot of knowledge what may have happened. I explained about my brakes, the engine light, etc. After waiting for a half hour, he said, well after a diagnostic run through, you're right about the brakes and rotors. They will be fixed right away! He gave me the price and details after a few minutes of discussing the situation. I paid less with their shop than my usual mechanic and dealership! He saved me $$$Completely satisfied, he also implied what other specifications I need to get fixed. He made me feel at ease that my car was fine, just needed two things to get fixed with no fraction of the cost. Other places who quoted me were offering me an expensive price. Thanks to David and his great team, I drove back home happy!After my experience, I am coming back to Four B from now on. Especially to do my oil change and tune up! A better deal than I could ever ask for! Thanks guys!! =)

I ve been coming here for years. I have the full range of cars and they always do right by me. From an old 85 ranger to a 2009 MDX. Many occurrences of David telling me I did not need what I though I needed and saving me money. i had my transmission replaced here very good and since it was so expensive they gave me a discount on fixing my window regulator even tho i live in santa cruz i will make this my 1st call for many atomotive needs
