Excellent Customer Service! My highest recommendation. I will use them again. They found my issue super quickly and resolved it in no time. They were so awesome about it that they didn't even charge me for my full cost because it was a quick diagnosis. . Their shop is clean, the mechanics are easy to talk to, and they are very professional.

They've taken care of my brother's cars for 20 or more years (through a change of owners). They've saved us money by putting off repairs we asked for too early, & they've recommended cars to buy that they've maintained & they've always been reliable.

Brought my and my wife's car for regular tune up service. We had a scheduling conflict and the staff were able to accommodate our every need - even drove us to the airport! The service was fast, extremely affordable with great competitive pricing, and had superb professional customer service. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

My car broke down on a drive up to the Bay Area from socal and we had it towed here at about 2am on my uncle's recommendation. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to fit my car in and fix everything (alternator, battery, and radiator) within 2 days for a reasonable price. Really happy with the communication, service, and friendliness

I live in LA now but brought my Honda to this shop for many years when I lived in the Bay Area (Go Sharks!). They are a well-run repair shop that is very clean. The quality of their work is exceptional. In fact, I like them so much that I still call Kevin from time to time for advice on my Honda Odyssey that my wife drives here in LA.

I've been a customer of this shop since 1987 for all the maintenance and repair work of my 3 Civics, an Acura Integra, and a Toyota Prius. Excellent work, good customer service, and they don't try to sell me additional repair work. Their price is not cheap but reasonable, most likely a little less than Honda and Toyota dealers. Here's an example of how good they are: long time ago, a co-worker's Civic had a problem which the dealer still could not fix after 2 visits; I told him to call Foreign Affair; then just with the description on the phone they knew exactly what the problem was. I think their employees stay with the shop for many years.

I really like this shop. They treated my 03 Subaru well and gave me a good estimate upfront. They called and explained every additional work. No pressure in doing the extras. And I think they have very experienced staff.

Declaration: I did not really fix my car here but just asked for 2nd opinion from the store. The staff is super friendly and professional . They show me in person where the issue is to my car and explain how to get it fixed in detail. They waived the inspection fee as they think it s just a quick check. Will definitely have my auto service here in the future.

Was referred to this place by a coworker. The entire experience was a very good one. First Allen gave me a quote and also advised me against doing some unnecessary work. The quote itself was very accurate. I needed to get my spark plugs replaced, adjust valves,flush brake fluid and fill transmission fluid. The dealer was charging close to $600 just for the spark plug replacement. Foreign Affairs did all the above mentioned(4 items) for less than what I would have paid for 1 work item at the dealership. Also I availed of the shuttle, I dropped of my car at 7 am was dropped of at my workplace soon after. Kevin helped me on the day of the service itself. Will be going here for all future car service.

I work here, so my perspective is biassed; however, I thought it would be good to give my opinion. Since I joined the company in 1982, we have been blessed with wonderful, appreciative clients who refer their equally wonderful friends and relatives. We have some families with three generations bringing their vehicles to us.We have also been blessed with skilled, conscientious technicians who like working here.I love this place!Thank you clients and colleagues

I've been taking my car here for service ever since I started driving. That was almost 25 years ago. I found myself wishing I could take my cars in here for service even when I lived somewhere else in the country. I'm so happy to be back in CA and these guys are a big part of that.They're fast, fair, courteous and go the extra mile every time. They're practically family to me and worth the drive from Marin County.

We have been bringing our cars for all repairs here for more than 20 years. I highly recommend them. Very reliable, reasonable and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We have been taking my wife's Acura 2001 to Foreign Affair ever since it is been out of warranty. Repairs have always been done right the first time. No unnecessary repairs - they mention things that need watching and they have been watching it for years. Their location is not ideal for us, but we prefer to use their service for everything including oil changes.

The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I happily drive half an hour out of my way to get my car serviced here because I'm confident they'll do it right.They also have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, perfect for getting some work done while you wait.

Quality of a person or an organization is determined by the commitment to Excellence. Foreign Affairs Auto and it s people like Kevin, Alan and others are living true to Coach Lombardi s famous words. It s true I keep our Toyota cars because of them and also keep their services as the major consideration in buying a new car. Thank You

Foreign Affair what sounds like the name of the movie, but, they're actually the great place to get your car repaired the prices are moderate the group of mechanics are all very kind when you go in ask for ken he works out in the back he looks like he came out of a 1940s movie totally gangster looking he's a sweetheart none the less. they'll always be able to fix your car because IMC delivers a lot of their Auto Parts and that's me Daniel abstract artists, what's regular better year love always keep following!

We've been going here for many years - in fact, Foreign Affair is a key reason why we continue to buy Honda automobiles. The environment is inviting; the service advisers are knowledgeable and completely honest; and the workmanship is spot on. Foreign Affair was recommended to me after I questioned several diagnoses from dealers. Long story short: The dealer wanted to replace the transmission on my Accord; Foreign Affair CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem and solved it by replacing a vacuum hose. I've never looked back after that. For recalls, go the the dealer -- for anything else, go visit Foreign Affair. (They work on Toyota and Subaru too).

Hi everyone hi Kevin. I read all the other posts of people having great experiences at marks shop, but in stark contrast to my experience. Kevin sold me a customers car that was not what he was use to working on in his own words. It was a bmw with an oil leak that he didn't mention because he had stuffed a rag under the oil leak so the person buying the car would not see it, when I told him I found the rag he asked me if I liked it as if he really got a kick out of it. I was not amused as it could have caught fire. ill give you an update when I hear back from the BAR. I would like to add that the shop looked very professional and Kevin seemed very polite soft spoken. gave me a feeling of trust. I cant understand why a shop with such great reputation would jeopardize all that to hide an oil leak from an unsuspecting customer to whom would have been a loyal patron!!

Foreign Affair is the Top Notch Honda repair shop in Santa Clara. Auto tech, Dave has been there since thet were on Lafayette St. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have bought Acuras on purpose to keep these guys as our mechanics. My wife was quoted $7000 to repair her car form a dealership but Foreign Affair fixed the car for ~$600. They never up sell and often advise you if something can be deferred. If they are not diamond certified they should be...

Straightforward auto repair. They knew what needed to be done and had my car ready at the scheduled time. Called with updates and recommendations for my repairs. I will be going here again.
