Tbh they did a way better job than what I expected! Ken is a very nice, honest person and super easy to work with. He was very transparent about everything. The front desk dude is also pretty easygoing.Yes they would sometimes miss your calls which could be improved. But overall, I would still recommend this shop to anyone who wants get a car well fixed and a good customer experience

Great experience and very easy working with the place. They are very good at communicating and will send calls to let you know when the estimates/when the car will be finished. Definitely recommend! The job looked good and I was impressed.

I went to Fix Auto from an insurance recommendation after getting rear ended. Ken was great from the getting the quote to the insurance company to making an appointment to letting me know when the parts were arriving, to when the car would be ready.My car was ready 3 days early. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend getting your repair done at fix auto. As an unexpected bonus the interior of the car was cleaned and I m very happy to be driving my car.

I dented my back door trying to squeeze through a parking lot I had no business squeezing through. I hit a pole on the back passenger side door. Ken was super nice and gave me a date to drop off my car. His team did a great job and it was even ready early.Ken took great care of my car. He brought it back to look like new! Also, I like the location of his shop. There is plenty of places to park and if it's too crowded, Ken will park the car for you.I hope I never have to take it back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Ken at Fix Auto SC east was nothing short of perfection! Two windows in my truck were broken overnight, and my insurer (State Farm) had a list of approved service vendors -- Fix Auto was my choice and I'm certainly glad it was. Ken worked rapidly to (a) apply sheeting to protect my vehicle, (b) quickly searched and found replacement windows, and (c) Installed them the next morning. I could not have asked for a better experience and won't go anywhere else in the future.

The worst car mechanic shop you will ever meet.- very UNPROFESSIONAL: my car had a collision and was assigned to this shop for repair. After the inspection for estimate, there is no any update. I called several times. One week after the inspection they said they haven t even submitted the inspection pictures to the insurance company at all. They promised to submit the photos finally.After that I called them several times to follow up. Each time they either never answers the phone or told me they haven t heard back from the insurance company.After another two weeks, I called them again and they said they haven t heard back from the insurance company and they will check with the insurance company. A few hours later the insurance company called me and said they do not wanna work on my car. And the insurance company told me they actually have approved the estimate about 10 days ago. So this shop has been not doing anything since day one but just kept lying to the customer.So DO NOT work with this shop as they will NEVER take care of your car. If you wanna take initiative to follow up, they will then just keep LYING to you and tell you there is no any update for weeks or months. So you waste lots of time waiting for them until you figure out they are not doing anything and just lie to you and have you wait forever.- very rude: the customer service is very very rude on the phone. They never give you any update and normally won t answer your phone.- big liar: lie to the customers from day one about your car repair status and progress.So DO NOT waste your time to send your car to them for repair. They will do nothing but lying to you and wasting your time and having you wait for months.

I recently took my car in because someone backed up into my drivers door. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and I explained what happened. The person who helped me (totally forgot his name) explained everything to me what the process will be like and how long it would take. Made the appointment, dropped the car off and came back a week after to get my car. When I picked up my car, another person explained how they fixed my drivers side door and the parts they used. Great auto shop. Would definitely come back, if needed, and recommend 100%.

Definitely recommend Fix Auto Santa Clara East for all your vehicle collision and repair needs. I chose this selection due to the high ratings feedback and glad I did. They are extremely professional and owner Ken is the best. Takes a lot of pride in his work and has a great team. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Thank you again and will use them again if needed.

Throughout my whole experience with getting a quote, scheduling repairs, and dropping my car off for repairs, Ken made everything painless. I was always kept informed on what was being done, and even after finding the wrong bumper was sent for my car and additional parts needed once my bumper was taken off, Ken delivered to complete the job on time. I was amazed at how flawless the paint job was. The paint matched perfectly! I'd highly recommend Fix Auto Santa Clara East if you want your car done right.

I ve had two great experiences with these guys. They re friendly and easy to work with and did a great job both times. During my most recent experience, I realized I left a dish with food in my car and called and asked them to toss it. They took the time to wash out my bowl and put it back in the car for me. I thought that was very kind.

There's a reason why Fix Auto East is filled with cars in their lot. They do really good work with warranties on their materials/work. The hood on my Tacoma was oxidized and I've been meaning to get it resprayed but procrastinated since COVID started. This shop came recommended by Tyler over at Infinite of San Jose on Tully. They know which shops in the area are good. The things I look for in a body shop are communications, price and workmanship. Fix Auto East went above and beyond on all of my criteria. My hood looks like new now. Great job everyone at Fix Auto East.

Highly recommend to anyone. I got my car fixed here. The work is fast and great. Communication with Kien was pleasant. I will absolutely be returning to this business for any future issues. Ken was super responsive, timely in communicating and sincere. The cost to fix my car was actually lower than when he first quoted. He submitted our insurance claims immediately and I was overall very impressed.

Got hit and run at my home, while parked. Insurance said this place was close to my place. I agreed. They really did a fantastic job with the repair, and when I had a slight hiccup after it got done, they took care of me right away and fixed the issue. Fantastic service. Thanks Fix Auto!

Great experience here. All body shops are busy these days after the storms, so I appreciated Ken's kindness and honesty regarding when they could fix my car. He made sure I was only without the car for the duration of the repair (checked on part availability, etc), which helped minimize cost of a rental. The work was done in a timely manner, and it looks great. Excellent communication, quality work, and kind owner. Highly recommend!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Came over to get a small piece of my car snapped back into place and it was done quickly and for free! Staff are amazing, helpful, and care. They also helped me out with one of my leaking tires again, for free. I will be coming back here for any bigger issues I have in the future and if you are thinking about it, you should go too!

Such a great service. They did such a great job. They worked with my insurance and I couldn't even see something ever happened to my car. Great service, clean space, nice people, fast service and even when they accept insurance they are nice with people.Thank you!!! Fix Auto repaired a bumper on my insurance claim. They sent me a same day estimate, and kept my apprised throughout the repair process. When an extra damage was discovered they handled all the extra paperwork with the insurance with no involvement from me. The result is like new, and I m very pleased to have chosen Fix Auto.
