Fix Auto has taken care of me twice in the past 6 months. They communicate very well and I know exactly the status of my repair without having to reach out and ask. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Fix Auto on El Camino everytime!

I was fairly happy with the work they did on replacing the rear bumper of my car. Scheduling was straightforward, the office is close to car rentals that make the rental pick-up convenient, and they finished the job in a timely manner and worked out the details with the insurance. I would say it was as hassle-free as a repair could get!

I had a good experience with Fix. They gave me an approximate date when the car would be done after being involved in an accident and it was done with in 3 work days of that. I have had other auto companies repair cars and they would just keep getting delayed and delayed. They were also nice to talk to on the phone. From the front desk person to the person responsible for contacting me about my car. They sounded upbeat like they enjoyed their job rather than having to put up with me.

The auto shop gave us a fair price for the fix so the insurance company, AAA, approved it. Fix was done quickly and to our satisfaction.The receptionist at the auto shop is not friendly. Could be nice if she smiled when greeting customers.

Fix Auto repaired my front bumper which had been partially torn off in a parking lot accident. I especially appreciated their excellent communication about the progress of the repair. The repair was perfect and they washed the (very dirty!) car before they returned it to me. Thanks, Fix Auto team!

Went in to have repairs done (rear end). I specifically requested for rear end camera to be looked at because it was glitching. When I picked the car up and asked why it wasn't looked at they said the scanner didn't say to, the guy laughed in my face and said 'the insurance is not going to give you a new camera'. The assumption that that is what I wanted is ridiculous, I just wanted to make sure wiring was not loose. Now I have an issue with my car not starting since they touched it until then i had no major issues with my car. Will not be taking my car back to them. FIND YOUR OWN SHOPS. DO NOT GO WITH RECOMMENDED SHOPS FROM INSURANCE.

Amazing service and amazing team. I absolutely loved the way things were handled. They updated me constantly and if I had any questions they were quick to answer them in a timely manner. The work they did was fenomenal and you can t tell the car had been hit. I highly recommend Fix Auto for Santa Clara a must for your auto needs.Shout out to Lanie, she was amazing in coordinating everything and made sure all was taken care.

I took my vehicle into this shop for estimate of repairs. As it is one of the so called preferred shops for my insurance company. What a mistake.My vehicle had damage to the passenger side and the rear bumper.During the repair phase. I never received any updates on the repair. The day I picked my vehicle ip it was raining. Right away I noticed they had installed a new bumper however they used the old damaged towing pedal cover. So I had to return later as Omar the service adviser told me the part had to be ordered. But on the invoice. It showed where I was charged for this part already.Once the weather got better and I washed my vehicle. What I saw was a total mess. To where I would advise any and everyone to stay away from this shop! There was a hard substance like bondo on the inside of the passenger door. The inside of my vehicle had what look like dust over the seats. And on the side of the repair. This stuff covered the plastic parts. And wasn't easily removed. There was over spray on the passenger front door glass. There was over spray on the inside door pocket. I didn't quite understand this. As the estimate said and charged for the doors to be removed for repair. They charged me/ my insurance company for something they didn't do. The rear pillar post on the passenger side. Was covered with some type of whatever they use in the repair of vehicles.And when they had so called taken care of my concerns. The owner guy tried to tell me that his technician didn't do the damage. He's a jersey! I have the pictures where making tape was left on the inside of the fuel compartment. Just the worst body shop on the planet!These companies secure reviews to make themselves look good. However as consumers it's important for us to tell the true experience we have with these companies. So that "RAT SHOPS" like fix auto santa clara can get there act together or get out of the business. And stop cheating insurance companies and customers!Leonard HarperCustomer NO MORE!

The manager, Kien, was responsive and kept me up to speed on the progress of the repairs. They accommodated my schedule and worked with me through a parts shortage. The repairs were done as promised and the car looks as good as new.

Friendly and efficient staff communicated with me every step of the way. They provided accurate ETAs and notified me when, and of what, things needed to be done/would take longer. They coordinated a ride to the rental shop and the return of my rental without hesitation.When I received my car, it was a very quick turnaround of two days, even with additional parts they had to order on the spot. They went above and beyond, even washing my car and spraying my tires. They might ve even cleaned the interior a bit!Don t let the parking lot fool you - I know when I first got there, the cramped parking lot gave me anxiety, but you can trust that your car is in competent and careful hands at this shop!Thanks for the hard work :)

It took a month to get the car repaired which seems typical in the industry. They were a well oiled machine, but they did not disclose that they would only paint a portion of the bumper that needed repair and then clearcoat the entire bumper, which resulted in highlighting other paint scratches under the clearcoat. Had I known I would have polished the bumper beforehand, as they should have or simply painted the entire bumper.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really amazing service here. Came here for some squeaking in my model 3 Tesla which Tesla themselves couldn't fix. They were able to get the parts and fix it in two weeks. Came back with a nicely washed and cleaned car. Thanks for the great service, will definitely come back anytime I have issues in the future. I worked with Omar in case you want great and fair service.

Made appointment via State Farm and met with a guy named Javier. Went in for the estimate. The guy was straight up rude. There was obvious damage on the door and yet he refused to put it on estimate until I brought the car in for repair. I called out on his lies and he just yelled you can go somewhere else and walked away.Very unprofessional and rude.

Overall poor communication and bad attitude from this repair shop. Andres as a manager just had a bad attitude when I just wanted a confirmation that my car will be done (was told car would be done on Tuesday kept pushing until Friday)Car has been in shop over a month now.Finally picked up my car and another rep noticed the bad experience and helped with adjusting some of the deductible. Overall, car looks great just not the best communication on the customer service end.Service: Body & Trim
