Mike, Juan and Laura are very friendly and were readily available to assist me with my automotive issues.The wait time was less than one hour for balancing and rotating my tires.Every time I have needed to have my car service that are very accommodating.

I came to pick up my car at 11:30 am on Sunday and there is no one at the counter except some technicians working on cars. They said the manager will be back in 30 minutes. How can you be out for 30 minutes during work hours - I don t understand.

Terrible service and misleading. I came in to get my breaks fixed. I was called 20 min into leaving my car. My appointment was at 9 am. I came back at 9:35 and was told something else was a priority so I decided to stop the entire service and come back for what was priority and thats what I agreed to. But they charged me for the service anyway and said thats not what was said. That my service was already done when i came back. But i didnt get my car back until 11 am. So yeah, they totally worked on my car even after I said no. thanks Mike. Dont come here.

Took my car there for a radiator flush and replace fluid. My appointment was at 10am and was told my car will be completed at 12pm. My car was not taken into the garage until 11am and my service was finished at 1:15pm. They should have called me ahead of time to advance my appointment to 11am. Instead of having me sit there in the lobby for 3 hours, I could have only stayed for 2 hours.

My car is always finished so quickly. When I go to drop my car off at my scheduled appointment before my ride even picks me up my car is being pulled into the garage. I would rather bring my car here than to the dealership I bought my car from.

Told me have to replace my tire so refuse to do alignment for me, went to another shop, measured the tread depth in front of me, the tires are all fine.I guess I just got up-sold, never gona come back

Mike the service manager is a con artist. Totally taking advantage of my dad. My dad brought his truck for an alignment. After leaving it there for service, he got it back and the car had not been touched, it was still crooked.. My dad had to take his car back 3 times them to actually do the work.They left the adjusting bolt's loose on my dad's truck and flipped the bolt backwards and tried to say it was like that. My dad has been working on cars for 50 years. He just basically can't do it himself. They are complete crooks

I would not recommend this place ever.If the mechanics have no time for a good vehicle inspection, then you should not be offering used vehicle inspection as a service. Here are all the surprises I found in the car, of which none were mentioned in the inspection report by firestone.Doors don't lock. I think this is basic , how can a mechanic not inspect this?Hidden accident . Not reported in your report.Oil leaks.. not reported. I mean , are your mechanics blind?Mold in the car.Transmission fluid was not even checked.I trusted firestone on this and will never ever show up here again.

I went to the Santa Clara location and I highly recommend taking your car here. They have great customer service and worked on my car very quickly. Mike helped me out and was very thorough; he explained everything that needed to be done on my car, why it needed to be done, and how they were going to do it. He also helped me find the most affordable way to get my alignment done and get new tires to fix the issues I was having with my car. Definitely will be bringing my car back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

* Full Real Review *Location: 3161 El CaminoDate: 6/20/2023 A TuesdayService: Wheel Alignment Making the appointment:Made an appointment the prior day for 8am the next day and received confirmation email of my appointment. While on the phone making my appointment, I did have to ask if the appointment was being made for the location I wanted and thankfully I asked because it turns out it was not being made for the location I wanted. So we got that fixed while being on the same phone call. Cool. Arrival:I arrived 32 minutes before my appointment. Young man, Juan, working helped me out and found my reservation with no issues. I even asked if making an appointment was better and he confirmed they prioritize appointments over walk-ins. On this day, only 1 other person chose to wait in the building for their service to be completed. By 0910 they had left.- I made sure to have my wheel lock and placed in on the floor leaning against the plastic cover near the shifter. *(They actually did not need it for the wheel alignment service.) Lounge:- Chairs are, at the time, black leather. They make you wish they reclined but they dont.- Bathroom is available.- Seat of chair is like most other automotive places. About an hour into this chair and I have shifted about 5 or 6 times so its that kind of chair you shift around a lot to get comfortable. Parking Lot:- Small.- 1 Handicap stall.- About 4 spaces for cars in the front and probably more as the spaces curve along the building to the back. Paid for:-Got the lifetime alignment service and they had a coupon for $20 off at the time for it. Normal cost $209.-Total: $189.99 Time of Service:Appointment : 0800.Car officially went in the stall: 0855Service completed: 0938Note*: I was hesitant to give 5 stars but i asked myself did I get what I came for and get the service I expected. My answer was yes.

I have been going to Firestone for more than a decade, across multiple states. Customer care is consistent, polite, and knowledgeable. They can answer the "what'd I do last time?" question about repairs and service at other locations. They have never tried to push me to buy things that weren't within "recommend replace or repair" spec by the car manufacturer or industry standards, and have always been easy to accept the "I need to think about that first" response. No hard sales!Frankly, even though the Firestone where I live now is fine, if I could pick up these people and transport them across the country, I would. I will miss you in my new home! (But only every 3k miles or so. )

The worst servicemen in the Bay Area I have experienced. The tech on the front desk couldn t find my reservation after telling her my name, time and date and reservation number. After finding it she put my service as a drop-off when I clearly had picked waiting in store. After 2 hours of waiting I asked how much more time, another person said my car would be next and I saw 4 cars pull into the bay in the next 2 hours. When I confronted the person again he said that they had scheduled my completion time for 4 pm which was not made aware to me at any point of time wasting my time. Their lack of respect for the commitment of their word definitely reflects in the shody job they do. Will never step foot here again.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO REPAIRS ! Mike the manager is a liar and a fraud . Tried to steal $2500 from me for repairs they didn t complete or fix , but I won it back with a 9 month dispute against them with my bank .They use all after market parts and don t know what they are doing . Beware bad business

Very poor customer service. I had 10 am appointment for brake fluid, oil change, and general inspection. I was told that it should finish by 1:00 pm and if they discover any new work, it should finish by 3:00 pm. Shockingly all they did until 3:00 pm was inspection . So 5 hours for only inspection .???? insanely stupid.And then at 3:00 pm when I nudged them, I was told we have discovered additional things to be done that will take 1.5 hours more and when I asked what those additional things are?Guess what?? Brake fluid and oil change .Basically the same things for which I took an appointment 2 days ahead, they made them look new work and wanted me to wait more.No responsibility for wasting my entire day. Very disappointing response. And poor appointments management. I had to cancel my evening assignment because of this lackadaisical and irresponsible behavior of Firestone.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a technician to find out where a rotation road noise was coming from, which was coming from the driver front side of the car. A few hours later I received a call saying that my front brakes were worn and my rotors needed to be turned. No one said anything that the noise was coming from the brakes so I figured that it was where it was coming from. So after the brake service was completed I drove the car home and the noise that I came there for was still there. I called in to find out why it wasn t fixed and the manager said that he would take care of it. I saw a work order that was sent via email at no charge. So I figured that it would be taken care of. I received a call a few hours later saying that the charge to repair the front wheel bearing would be another $400.00 dollars. I was shocked and disappointed that this was even presented. I ve been a customer for over twenty plus years and because of this I would must say that I will not bring any of my cars as well as recommend any one for any Firestone stores. They should have actually analyzed and pin pointed where the noise was coming from and then recommend the options so that I can choose which action to take. Instead of saying that it was the brakes and being charged $400.00 for something that I didn t have to be done at that time. Last time for me to use Firestone!Service: Brakes

the WORST service I have ever received! They didn't even want to talk about the price for changing the tire. They gave me a price just for changing the battery which was not what I wanted and they said that if I wanted better service or cheaper to look elsewhere REALLY? That is terrible!!

Very bad. Juan did the service but told me that he will not do it for 2023. I told him about my contract with Firestone. His statement: I don t care what corporate says, I don t care what regional manager says, I will not do it very rude behavior + arrogant on top of that for services which I already paid. When I file a complaint against him, he called after 6-7 hours and said sorry. He disrespected customer and said sorry. What if I will do the same. He saved Firestone a breach of contract lawsuit. I wanted to bring Firestone to court and show them who s right. If this location goes down, that will be because of him, I think. Owner can call me anytime for more details. I have his recording saying all those things.Service: Tires

I would like to share my experience dealing with the front desk receptionist- Lora.She is very nice and approachable. She helped to pre-inspect my tire before putting my into long wait for technician.Unfortunately, my tire is not patchable, and they don't have the same tire in the shop.Lora helped to search the tire for all Firestone stores, and helped to make appointment for me.Thanks

After reaching store, they sent me back.I had clear appointment at 2.30 pm on Apr 28 2022, due to less employees, they sent me back without service, I had to travel all the way to store and return back(during my office hours), I even called the store to confirm my timings, no one cared to answer my call, had a bad experience.Service Type Oil & Filter ChangeBottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The manager is so rude i come every time and he told everytime to wait for 3 days but i have acount with firestone and i got pengcher in my car i have emergency and they ignor me and said you have to pay u didn t have any road protection but i paid alot money for tire he is always rude with me hopefully i never make acount with firestone
