Picked up my car today from Caliber Collisions after a bad driver rear ended it while it was parked. Thanks to the staff my car looked brand new. To be honest I really didn t think it was possible for them to be able to fix it because of the year it is. Though after seeing how great it looked I was so happy, and on top of that they even cleaned the interior of my car. This place really goes beyond when it comes to fixing vehicles. Thank you to everyone that assisted me with this in such short notice! I definitely recommend others to go there!

I had a hit and run, damage on my rear driver side. I had a fantastic experience with John Runion at the repair shop. He went above and beyond to fix my Tesla, demonstrating exceptional expertise and dedication. The service was prompt, and my car looks great. I highly recommend John Runion and his team for his outstanding work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was expecting 100% quality repair for the price they are changing but it is not there unfortunately .I was there twice for different repairs2-3 weeks waiting for parts ,then another 2+ weeks in the shop for front bumper and driver side headlight,$ 6+ K bill . Repairs are not great,panels are not aligned great,you can tell is repaired from distance looking.Super long and expensive and not well done repairs. It is certified Tesla shop is bottom line and charges your insurance ( basically you!) arm and leg so I would expect 100% quality repairsIf you don't like your Tesla much take it there , you will not see it for a while...I want to be honest and I rate their customer communication as outstanding,,my advisor was outstanding and car was detailed after both repairs but for $6K +....$2K+I had also had dented rear bumper repaired for $2K + , nothing was replaced,but repair is mediocre at best..., panels are aligned ok but not greatI would recommend maybe to check out others not certified shops or other certified shop in South Bay as well before you go there

John at Caliber Collision was the best and impressively supportive throughout the repair process of my family s car. Upon pickup we noticed a few things that had to be tidied up and he agreed with no hesitation and was prompt in getting everything taken care of so that I could be in my car the next day. They did a great job with the body work and provided and excellent level of customer service, thank you John!

Karen is professional. She inspected my car then gave me all the solutions and the shop fixed my car quickly. I just brought my car in and out on the same day. I am delighted to see my car look like new again. I would recommend them to all my friends and family members.

John Runion who has been my Service Advisor did fantastic job to complete the repair work in just couple of days, he did great repair work with no mistakes, took great care about us, got all our queries resolved and this is the best service center I could ever imagine to visit. They also ease the process to return my car to Enterprise. Elizabeth helped a lot in the customer service, and made the process so easy for us to quickly get my car repaired. Entire Caliber Collision team is fantastic and I give them 10/10 overall rating for satisfaction. I strongly recommend others to go this shop to get their car repaired if needed. Thanks

I ask for some paint chip repairs that I was willing to pay extra for we mapped them when I dropped the car off. But they were never fixed. When I returned to pick the car up they said that they tried to get ahold of me but I never received a call.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It was reassuring when I arrived at Caliber, to see only Teslas, in various states of damage and repair (not a polyglot of other car makes). The estimator was very knowledgeable about my car (2015 Model S), and took the information needed to create an estimate, which I received by email a day later. It was very detailed, outlining all of the repair steps, and informed me when they would be able to start the repair. When I brought the car in for the repair, they informed me of the probable date of completion. Once the repairs were started I received periodic text messages about progress. I was pleasantly surprised when the repair was completed several days earlier than estimated. The repair required some difficult (aluminum!) body work, which appeared perfectly executed, paint exactly matched, etc. Billing and insurance payments were handled seamlessly. I can recommend Caliber without reservation!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Initial damage was repaired but vehicle was returned to me with leftover issues (door unable to shut consistently, alignment pulls right) and body and glass roof damage not present at vehicle check-in.I would not return and have lost faith in the repair quality.I had read many reviews on many shops across many sources and this seemed like one of the best Tesla-approved option outside of Tesla (which I thought might take longer, but it seems perhaps not).

My experience with everyone here (especially John and Rina) was exceptional, start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, super flexible and downright friendly and my repairs were completed well, on time, and with a minimum of insurance paperwork. I can t say enough about the team here at Caliber Collision on Dela Cruz. I had some bodywork done under USAA insurance and was blown away. My driver s side window motor broke and I contacted them to see if they would perform the work and the GM Eric Trinh was happy to get an opportunity to to direct repair work. They diagnosed the problem and gave me and opportunity to buy the part and they installed it for me. They are a class act. Customer focused and the highest quality standards. Eric and Service Advisor Sabrina Jeffrey are outstanding.

I had an amazing experience at Calibre collision. they do a fantastic job with any kind of bodywork for the cars and SUVs. I took one of my cars to another body shop, which did a horrible job. Since then I have always taken to caliber collision. they probably charge you a little bit extra, but for the lifetime warranty and peace of mind that they give nobody else can beat that period (.).Service: Body & Trim

Caliber did a great job on my Tesla. I had taken my car for auto body repair and John Runion was assigned engineer, coordinating the work on my car. His attention to detail and follow through were exceptional. I would consider him among the best body shop engineers I have ever met.

I cracked the bottom panels of my Tesla and took it in for an estimate and then ultimately decided to schedule an appointment. John helped me out from the time I called in and through the entire process. They were able to get my car fixed by the next day and even washed it! I m very impressed with their customer service and quick turn around.

I'm so glad I found this place. I had a great experience working with John on a front bumper damage on my Tesla. My car was hit by tire debris and dealing with an insurance company is a different level of stress. John was really helpful and accommodating. And this made my stressful situation much better. I'm super happy with the result when I got the car back. I highly recommend this place, especially the reps John Runion!

They had me up and running faster than I could have imagined. Very professional and kept me updated every couple days on the progress of my Model 3. In my experience the biggest delay is waiting on parts from Tesla but caliber orders them as soon as possible to get you on the road as fast as possible. I m so happy I brought my car to caliber and would recommend to anyone looking for a shop
