the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Jessica answered all my questions, went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed. My vehicle was stolen and caliber collisions took care of my car. I m very pleased with the detailed cleaning. The gentleman at reception was always very kind and helpful. We had a meeting with Kevin Lam (Caliber Collision, Santa Clara - Martin Avenue) for an estimate for our car which had run into a minor accident. He was on time, extremely courteous and did a very thorough assessment. He gave us an estimate and given the minor impact volunteered to fix it for us then and there free of charge. He went above and beyond to buff up the area to make it shine. We were thoroughly impressed. Within the time to get an estimate for the repair we were done with the repair. Top notch service. 10/10

My insurance recommended Caliber to us and i was not disappointed! They over-communicated to me every step of the way. I appreciated this as I was aware of all things. They even finished the work earlier than expected. I realize a large part of the delay on work is based on parts and since we wanted OEM parts so that puts a strain on them. However, they got what was needed and even found a part that was supposed to be delayed sooner.Jason is definitely the person you want to work with. I have gone thru a rainy season with no intermittent windshield wiping capabilities and one of my sensors fell off the 2019 s windshield today. My 2016 has gone through detailing for 8 years without ever seeing a sensor (mechanism alongside rearview mirror) fall off.Because Caliber had to take my roof off for repairs; disconnect my GPS sensors; disconnect my cruise control sensors and the sensors that measure rain speed velocity .causation indicates that the body work did not leave my car in a full return to working order.

Bad experiance, insurance sent my car here for "inspection" and even though the car frame was clearly crooked they stated it was only the front bumper and headlight. Yet, charged a lor for what they were going to fix. They took forever to "inspect" car and when I asked them if the frame was crooked they stated it only needed a bolt. When clearly the person who hit my car even moved it. When I called to refuse to get it fixed here with the insurance calling three way Caliber Collision stated they would charge $204 and two hours to put it back together even though they stated the damages where not that bad. And it wasent even completely assembled. They never called me to pick up my car I had to call and wait on the phone 30 minutes for Al to pick up the phone and tell me at 2:34pm that I could pick it up with a tow truck anytime after 3pm. He was rude when I asked to clarify if it would be ready at 3 so that I can get a tow truck and pick it up. First two pictures are from when they took it headlight was fine. Second is from when we picked it up mo headlight and apparently it was "damaged". Would not recommend this place.

This place rocks! AJ at the front desk IS and has been such a great point of contact to deal with. The rest of the staff is great too. I forgot to pick up a piece for months and today AJ called me back. Great follow up! Thank you all at Caliber Collision! I recommend this location and brand to anyone! - Eugene Crenshaw

Thank you calibur collision for fixing my car. Shoutout to jason for speeding up the process as best as possible as some parts were back ordered at a later date but he ended up finding the part much earlier. He kept me updated all throughout the process.

Very pleased with my experience. Even though I wish the other party hadn t sideswipe my parked car, the service I received from Caliber Collision made the experience rather painless. The service advisor, Jamaal, was courteous as well as professional. Good communication during the body repair process and my car was returned sooner than expected. Even the office staff who answer the phones were quite cordial and helpful. And my Tesla looked as good as new after they completed the work.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision repaired major damage to the left front side of my Toyota Corolla Sport, the repair was perfect it looks and runs like brand new, they even went out of their way to polish the right side headlight cover so it would match the new one the put on the left side. the staff was friendly and very professional and truly concerned about the customers needs I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone i know!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

My information had to be taken multiple times, I was sent to the wrong location and had to have my car towed to a different location, and and had to go over all of the details of the incident again because information was not shared between the two locations for some reason. It was a struggle just to get updates about my car. I called multiple times several days after dropping off my car and was told I would be called back by whomever could give me an update, but had to call again myself to get that update. Date of completion was pushed back several times. A few of which were because of a part being ok back order. After getting my car back, I discovered my engine was not mounted correctly and had to bring the car back and had several more delays the second time. And after picking the car up the second time, the alignment was off so I ended up taking it to another shop to fix despite Caliber offering to do the fixes for free. In all it took nearly 4 months for about $4500 worth of work and my car still isn t right.

Amazing service! Dean kept me up to date with everything and always let me know if there were going to be any delays or that they were on schedule with everything.They all did an amazing job on my car and I really appreciate that they washed and vacuumed it as well. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.

Caliber Collisions was an in network shop for my insurance company. I'm grateful to have taken it to this location on Martin because they did an exceptional job with exceptional customer service. Jamaal and Shawn are definitely people that I would trust my car with again because of the thoroughness of the evaluation, repair, and updates. Take your car here and you won't be disappointed.
