Had an issue with a damaged rear bumper on a Prius and after putting in a request for a quote, Salman responded almost right away. He gave me a fair estimate and said he could work on it ASAP so i brought it in. Took a day for the paint the dry and I was able to pick it up the next day. Salman answered all of my questions and concerns and got everything done fast and even gave me recommendations about filing with insurance about other issues I had. Very helpful all around.

This review is long overdue. I went to Bloom Auto a few months ago when my car was hit on the street. Salman was great. He worked with me so that I would be able to get a rental car while was my car was being worked on. Him and his team was quick and efficient, only took a week for my car to be finished and it looked brand new. So thankful I found them and hopefully I don t have to return there but would be the first place I ll take my car to if something was to happen! Very please with the outcome, highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Salman is amazing! I've worked with him multiple times and each time he has been great. First we worked with him after our accident, fixing our Hyundai Genesis. He did a perfect job and handled everything with insurance on his side. His quote was better than other places and the quality of the work was top notch.Recently, we had to change the window button driver on our old Nissan Leaf, I got the part and he changed very quickly and FREE!We'll be going back to him for all of our car problems.

I got my recently passed mom's car fixed here December of last year. They were quick to respond, and very kindly answered questions in a super open manner.Everything was transparent, and they were very friendly and also accommodating with specific questions and requests for the repair. I was nervous about finding the right center, or being quoted higher, just general stuff as someone unfamiliar with car maintenance, but they were really easy to talk to, and I feel pretty positive that the final price ended up being one of the lowest I could've gotten in the area for the repair I had done, especially as I had gotten quotes from a list of others by that point.Was really happy overall here! They were just really nice and patient, and it went a long way to make a really stressful time much easier for my family. Very much recommend

If there were 10 stars I d give them!! Our daughter s car was rear-ended. Lots of places can do good work. But what makes the difference is all the rest of dealing with a situation that s usually just a complete pain in the a$$. Awesome and responsive communication. Handled everything (EVERYTHING) with the insurance company. Handled everything with the car rental, including when the 1st rental car decided to die and when we needed an extension. So yeah, lots of places do good work, but Bloom makes the whole process soooo much easier. 150% recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend Bloom Auto Collision & Repair. I worked with Salman on my 2007 BMW convertible. It had deep cracks developing on the driver side. Salman did an amazing job fixing it. Salman is really honest, down to earth, humble and very easy to work with. I would always go to Bloom auto for all my auto body repair needs. I posted picture of my repaired car, looks almost new. Original car was in bad shape. Salman also is very competitive in pricing and has reasonable charges.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My mechanic recommended these guys for some cosmetic body work I needed done on my car. They quoted me an amazing deal, plus walked me through the process to file a claim. At the end of a few days...I felt like I had a brand new car for such a reasonable price. Along the way, they answered all of my questions or concerns in a timely manner and kept in good contact. I highly recommend working with Junaid & Salman.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews, but this place (and Salman the guy who runs it) are so amazing I just had to. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they were able to save my car after it was declared totalled by insurance by getting it below to total loss bottom line and really advocating to insurance for me. So greatful to Salman and the whole bloom team, I would have been in a really bad spot had this car been declared a total loss, now I am just out my deductible (and they even fixed some stuff that insurance didn't want to fix due to the car being a salvage title and it being declared "previous damage" by spending some of the money insurance wanted to spend on replacing a part that could just be fixed on my suspension which really needed actually be replaced.) Brought my Audi A6 here for brakes. They ran full computer diagnostics, performed full vehicle check, and did the brakes. Precise estimate of cost and duration. I am very satisfied with the service. Will come back.They are a small and basic automotive repair shop - kinda hidden away. They perform all kinds of service on all makes and models. Friendly staff. Great service. Ask for Salman.

I was referred to Bloom Auto by a friend who had rave reviews about this shop. I was looking for a trustworthy shop that prioritizes the vehicle over everything else, and I got exactly that! Salman was very responsive over emails, his quotes were more reasonable than any other shop that I spoke to. I had regular maintenance done at his shop - oil change, brake fluid flush. He suggested to take a look at the air filters as well (something that I had forgotten to add). I was also looking to change my coolant, but he mentioned that I'm good there and don't need to change it right now, saving me unnecessary expenses. He is super polite and very easy to work with. It is great to have a shop that you can trust and have very reasonable costs so you never have to second guess their estimates. My car was ready in a few hours. Even though I live 25 minutes away, I'm going to come to Salman for all my future needs because he is that good! This place is great! Brought the car in a few weeks ago to get a seatbelt part replaced. Expected it to be maybe $50 or something but they didn't charge us anything because it went so quick! I needed some other work done so we took it back to them and the owner (who is very, very nice) quoted us a better than reasonable price. The work was done quickly and within the estimated timeframe they gave us. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need something done or if you had a collision because apparently they do that stuff too.

Salman is a great guy. I found him helpful and understanding. Visited him for a complex electrical issue with my son s car, he checked and gave me excellent advice. Went here to fix a bumper scrape. They had the most reasonable quote such that I ended up paying out of pocket since yhe amount was close to my deductible anyway. They were very accommodating in my request to have them just remove the front bumper so I can still use the car for work. I was in and out for drop off in less than an hour. Just took them 2 days to complete. No hassles whatsoever. One of the most awesome customer experiences I've had with a body shop.

These guys are not just good but they are the best. They did an amazing job with car. I had a dent and scratches on the rear door of my car.I reached out to Salman and he was very quick to respond and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable as compared to other places I had inquired. He took out time from his busy schedule to fix my car and made sure to deliver it on time.When I came to pick it up, it all all washed and looked like a new car. I would definitely recommend these guys and you wouldn't be disappointed.Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work !

I needed my car's "under shield" (piece covering the bottom of the engine bay) replaced due to it some of its clips coming loose and then it falling apart in the wind. I spent a while hunting for the best price on the replacement part, and Bloom offered that I could just order it to their shop and then have them install it, so I took them up on this.The process went pretty smoothly, and the install did not take long. I only had to pay for a half hour of labor (at a very reasonable rate!), and no other fees or charges. Their installation of the new part is holding up well so far; I took a 1200 mile trip last week, including a lot of wind and bumps. That's more miles than the OEM's install held up.P.S. I really liked that I was able to do all of the communication online rather than playing phone tag.Service: Body & Trim

The owner Salman was very accommodating and he did spent time with the car. Showed me that there was a very small oil leakage which I should talk to my dealer as it is a new car. Even without the coupon it is a great price compared to anywhere else (Groupon coupon is for synthetic blend and not full synthetic). He even gave me a free tire rotation which car dealers charge anywhere from $20-$40.

Great experience working with Bloom Auto: it was my 1st accident, I had no idea what to do, I found Bloom through their reviews and my experience with them was amazing: they organized everything, took care of bringing the car over, worked with the insurance and eventually got the car back in new state (yes, stupidly, I did have an accident with a new car...). One part they changed had problems, they replaced it fast.This is what service should be: people you can trust, work they can be proud of.

Best auto shop in the Silicon Valley bar none! Whether it's a fender bender repair, mundane maintenance like an oil change or debugging an electrical problem, Salman, Junaid & their team put customer's needs 1st and foremost. I've used many auto shops in the decades before I stumbled upon them b/c of a e-coupon promotion (LOL). Now I'm sold & you should give them a try too if you want quality work & economical (not cheap) solutions! Can't miss!
