I appreciate Wade's expertise and genuine kindness. Upon discovering significant issues with my 2010 5 series xDrive BMW, including the oil filter housing gasket and coolant housing leak, I sought help through a Google search.Wade, at the recommended shop, accurately diagnosed the problems just by inspecting the engine. Despite the repair cost exceeding my budget, I explained my situation, and Wade not only agreed to fix the damaged parts but also provided a rental vehicle for me during the repairs.Having lived in San Jose for two years without experiencing such humanity, Wade's compassion stood out. When I asked why he helped, he shared a similar experience in his youth, understanding the gravity of being taken advantage of when buying a used car in the Bay.I am grateful for his assistance, and Wade's advice to me on choosing a used car was invaluable. This is an experience I will always remember. May God bless his heart.

When my Audi started having a coolant leak, I was pretty stressed about finding the right place for repairs. Thankfully, I came across Bay Area German Car and met Wade, who turned out to be a lifesaver.Wade s approach to diagnosing the problem was thorough and professional. He quickly identified the coolant leak and efficiently fixed it, which was a huge relief. But what impressed me most was his attention to detail. During the repair, Wade discovered an issue with my brakes something I hadn t even noticed. He explained the situation clearly and helped fix that as well.Just when I thought things couldn t get better, a few weeks later, I faced an unrelated engine issue. I immediately went back to Wade. To my surprise, he fixed it in just two minutes and didn t charge me a dime! It s rare to find such honesty and generosity in the auto repair world.The level of service at Bay Area German Car is simply awesome. I recently purchased a used 2011 Porsche Panamera with 100,000 miles and didn't have a full history of the car. Got my 981 serviced a few weeks back here and had an amazing experience. Wade was very detailed in his explanation on what the car needed. Esma communicated any delays appropriately and answered all my questions. They also beat almost all other quotes I had for oil, transmission and brake fluid flush.

I found myself in a tough spot on my first day of work in San Jose, suspecting an oil leak in my recently purchased used Audi. I brought my 2018 BMW X5 in to have the Airbag system reset. All I can say is that Wade is not only a very experienced mechanical engineer but also an incredibly inspirational person.While the Airbag reset was very simple and Wade reset it completely, the time spent with Wade while the system was being reset was absolutely incredible! Wade has so much insight into every part of life that I was astounded by our conversation. I had a very untimely flat tire (BMW) on my way to the airport. I m so lucky I found this place. Amazingly quick turnaround; Wade had my car completely repaired over the weekend despite short notice and requiring a lengthy repair (an unrelated safety issue was discovered and also repaired in addition to the flat tire).Extremely professional and honest mechanic. Highly recommended.

Wade is nothing short of a lifesaver. I towed my vehicle to his shop without any advanced notice, even though he was very swamped he accepted my car. My M6 was very challenging and he was able to diagnosis the issue and saved me money in the process. Wade has a wealth of knowledge, I would not trust my vehicle anywhere but at Master Automotive.

I found this business as Master Automotive on Google, and they definitely lived up to their high rating.I asked for a pre-purchase inspection of my car, and help with the related repairs. The inspection was thorough, communication was prompt and clear, and I appreciated their work. Wade and Esma were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a loan car when the replacement parts were delayed. Had the best experience with the owner (Wade) and his wife (Esma) I could have asked for. I brought my 2015 Audi A3 in for a suspected coolant leak and Wade was able to take a look within a couple hours to confirm and give me a quote. All the time while he had the car he either called or texted (with pictures) to give me updates and offered to provide a rental. With the pictures he also gave a clear description of what he was doing and why he needed to replace certain parts, and discussed with me to make sure I was aware with what he was planning to do. When I came in to see the car he again walked through what he had to do and why. Seems to have had a lot of experience with the Audi/Mercedes/BMW brands. When I came to the shop each time Esma was quick to check me in and give an update before Wade saw me and also gave the car a very thorough clean when it was done which is much appreciated. The level of hospitality and customer service cannot be overstated, there was a genuine care for me as a customer.Will definitely be going back here if I have to get my car checked out for any reason.

Wade was fantastic. I was looking into a used German model and bright it in for him to look at. I know very little about cars and nothing about foreign brands; he answered all my questions and gave his honest assessment: it wasn t a good car to buy. A couple weeks later I brought in another one I was looking at and he again reviewed it and said it looks great and he recommended it.His honesty and good communication saved me from buying a car that would have been a nightmare for maintenance. I greatly appreciate his willingness to talk and will definitely be bringing my new car back to him in the future for regular maintenance.

Extremely high priced. Wade replaced my coolant plumbing. Car broke down in a different part of system within 30 miles of repair. Got the rest of it fixed by another mechanic. Brought my 987.2 Cayman S to Wade for some suspension work. The guy really knows his stuff and does solid work. He, his wife and crew work hard and do what they can to help out the customer. Wade got me out of tough spot and I couldn't be happier with the work he did for me. I don't trust many shops but I'd be happy to bring anything on my German autos to him. Highly recommend!

Had new brakes installed here, and not only did these guys quote me for much lower than the competition, but they stuck to that pricing and had the work done in far less time than estimated! Definitely coming back here for any work I'll need done to my car!

I am very happy with services provided by Master Automotive for my 2020 Porsche Macan and highly recommend them. The mechanic Waid is easy to communicate with and a great resource for anything related to automobiles.

The owner the shop will go extra mile to make sure you receive the best quality of service. My car took them longer than estimated labor hours but Waid still charged me based on the original estimation. I have been recommended Master Automotive for my BMWs by a friend, and I have been coming to them for a couple of years. I love working with them, very honest, thorough, punctual, and they go above and beyond to do what's right. I never felt upsold or pressured to do something not needed, and I can completely trust them on what my cars need.If you have a German car, especially a high performance German car, this is the place to go to. I had a series of unfortunate events and someone hit my BMW 328i (passenger side mirror). I thought the damage was bad but Wade confirmed it was only the mirror that needed replacement. Wade was quick to order the parts needed and quick to call when the part arrived. If I ever have other repairs needed, I ll definitely be back.For honest, quick, quality service, I d highly recommend this place.

Wade is an amazing human being!I was at Thunderhill Raceway for a trackday, a few hours away from home, and my 2011 335i rear power window regulator broke without any warning with the window fully open on a weekend with no repair shops that were open close by. I must be the luckiest person in the world as I just happen to pit next to Wade and his wife, who just happened to be an owner of Master Automotive, a repair shop specializing in German motors, who just happened to be located about 10 min from my house in Santa Clara. Talk about serendipity!Without knowing who he was, I happen to mention in passing that I had to figure out a way to repair this window before driving back to Santa Clara. He told me who he was and his business and magnanimously offered to help me get it temporarily addressed and then fix it fully when we were back in town. So, he took time out of his track day to take apart the door panel and get the window closed and taped up. If you are a track day enthusiast, you know the last thing you want to do is work on your day out we come to track day to get away from our daily grind. He was a life saver, and it could ve ended right there, but he asked me to come by and get it fully repaired! I gave him my VIN number and he had the replacement part ordered.The next day, Monday, he tells me to drop by as the regulator had come in overnight. He then took his own time to fix my window, a guy who as an owner doesn t directly work on cars often. And all I had to do was pay for the replacement part! A >$400 job that he charged me only $100! How generous! He did a great job and the window now works as good as new. I am very lucky and grateful to have met Wade, and thankful he was able to help me out of a jam so graciously. He looks to have a great shop and competent staff and I definitely will be bringing my car here for any repair/service job it requires.

Master Automotive is one of the few places that know Luxury German Cars. My dad and I have coming here for over twenty years.I wouldn't take my Porsche nor my Audi anywhere else. Too bad they wouldn't service my American truck here. There guys are hard working, sincere, honest and know their stuff when it comes to serving my car. I highly recommend.

Excellent service! My Mercedes had an error message saying that all of my back lights had burnt out. They were able to have me come right in and investigate. It was simply burnt bulbs, but they did say, should the error return, that it could be the circuit board and they could order the part and replace it ASAP. There s nothing worse than your car s battery dying one the weekend of Thanksgiving and you have to jump start it three times before replacing it. Luckily for me, this shop was opened and after making a phone call and talking to the owner about my car problems, he was quick to let me come in on a Saturday and replaced it for a reasonable price. I would recommend the shop to anyone for their expertise on German cars and outstanding personal customer service.

It is so difficult to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop much less an Audi repair shop. After a few failed encounters with some less than stellar results we found Master Automotive. One of the best Audi repair shops we have been to in California. With much much better customer service than others, especially the dealer.

I have been taking our family cars to Master Automotive for the last 19 years. That's right since 1996.There are some people you want a good relationship with and that includes your doctor, dentist, and yes car mechanic. There are so many issues that come up with cars, you need someone you can trust and that is why I take my, my wife's car as well as now my grown kids take their cars to Master Automotive.Wahid is a gentlemen, he always has a smile on his face, usually on roller blades and is very generous. He (and his mechanics including Waly) is a professional and knows his stuff I am one of those kinda nice guys too and I hate to see people being trashed or taken advantage off. He has always been very patient and accommodating.When I look at reviews of anything I try to get a balance and not pay attention to the few negative reviews. I see there are at least a few negative ones but there are many positive ones.What I have discovered with cars (and computers) is there is always something up with them. You either pay upfront for a new car or you pay on the backend with older cars for repair. Wahid has done repairs at times and at other times told me it is not worth doing especially on an old car.This is not to say Wahid and his mechanics are perfect, they are human beings after all. Given the option to go to the dealer or other unknown entity it is a no-brainer for me to go to Master Automotive. If you want quality reliable work for a German car at a good price, go to Wahid. If you want cheap, go else where. You can't have both and if you are driving a nice German car, then for it's upkeep you have to spend on it.Cheap and quality don't go together, sorry that's the way the world works.This is not a paid advertisement, it is just something heartfelt. I believe the world spins because of kind and generous people and Wahid at Master Automotive is one of them.

We had a burning smell in the car. Just googled the near by open shop and went to this place. Even though they service only german cars, mine was Nissan altima (I travelled with my little one) and they realized the urgency and immediately looked at the problem without any hesitation on top of it they dint charge me anything. I am very happy about the service they do. Thanks for your help and good luck !!
