I had a great experience at AutoNation my BMW M 4 Competition was sent there do to another shop that dealership sent to because the driver fender was damaged at the dealership the shop they sent it to tried three times to match the paint and there were other issues also. Dylan at AutoNation understood how important it was to match especially after the three and a half months dealing with the other shop Dylan had me come look at it once it was still a little off he had it painted again and it's was perfect and it only took two weeks thanks Dylan for taking the time to make my car like new again I would highly recommend AutoNation collision

Carlos Hinojosa and David Pak, were incredibly helpful throughout the process of repairing my car after a minor accident at a gas station. I brought my car to Autonation Collision Center on the recommendation of a friend who spoke highly of David's kindness and customer service.Working closely with Carlos and David, we went through all the details of the repair, and I was delighted to pick up my car in perfect condition. Alma was helpful throughout the process. It wasn t until I actually went to the office. Some of the staff were not hospitable. No one greets or says good morning. Just walk pass. That s not a good feeling. The young man at the desk is friendly. Maggie was busy but actually came out of her office to let me know the status, that s nice. The guys coming in and out. Not friendly at all. They could at least say hello.

Performed a tear down that rendered the vehicle not street legal and all electronics were ripped out as if it was going to be a salvage. Very disappointed.If you re considering retaining the vehicle, put it in writing that you authorize a tear down to the extent that they can assemble to the state you drove the vehicle to them. Protect your rights

During my recent appointment, I noticed that some of my personal belongings were missing, including certain luxury items. Specifically, these items were not found, despite everything else remaining intact. It is concerning that despite taking precautions such as firmly installing a safe, my belongings continue to be stolen whenever I leave my car.In addition to the missing items, I was dissatisfied with the overall quality of the service provided. While I understand that the service team may be busy, I found it unprofessional that the staff members responsible for follow-ups and providing answers were unable to fulfill their responsibilities. As a result, I had to proactively call and inquire about the availability of replacement parts, the current status of the repair, and the estimated completion time.Furthermore, obtaining feedback from the service center has proven to be quite challenging. Despite my attempts to contact them through email and phone calls, I have not yet received a response. I sincerely hope that this matter can be promptly resolved and that I can be satisfied with the outcome.

This is a great alternative to the brand auto service because they have lower labor rates and wider variety of sourcing for parts. The staff are attentive and helpful. It makes me happy to be a customer of AutoNation and will likely remain a loyal one for a long time. They understand the customers' frustration with inconvenience brought about by evil intentions of criminals. Someone tried to break into my car and hijack it with me still in the driver's seat!

Kevin was the person that I was very delighted to work with, and Carlos was another best. I am extremely satisfied with how they executed repair schedule, and very flexible they are to help me pick up and drop off rental at hertz. The body work (rear bumper) was well done (like brand new), and they have been very courteous and friendly during the entire process. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this collision center. The communication was terrible, and the whole process was painfully slow. My car had a minor crash at the back, and I left it with them for over three months, but it hasn't been repaired yet.During the first month, they took their time providing an estimate to my insurance company. After that, they requested further supplement cost from my insurance, which was quickly approved. However, in the third month, they kept saying that the necessary parts hadn't arrived, and my car remained unrepaired. Even though I only received 19 days of rental car service, they refused to supplement the cost for any additional delays caused by them.Despite calling them daily to check on the status of the repairs, they refused to expedite the process, even though it has now been over three months. My point of contact was Carlos Pe�a, but I found the services at this collision center to be completely unacceptable. I will remove this review once my car is finally repaired.

Terrible experience, they took my insurance money directly paid by my insurance and for almost 3 months now, my car is still not fixed. Poor communication and they failed their promise time after time. They should not took the insurance money before they can fix my car . They forced us to sign the paper and promised the missing part willArrive in3 days and they will come to my house to install the missing part. Since we ran out of the Rental car coverage, we had no choice to be forced to sign the paper in order to have a car to drive, took their promise they would come install the missing part in 3 days, now for 6 weeks, their exercise is that part is on back order right no eta. Total 3 months from the time they had my car till now, they have allMy insurance payment because they forced us to sign the paper and my car is still not fixed. They should never force us to sign the paper before completing the repair and they should not tell us to sign the paper and tell us the missing part will come in 3 days then that became back order no eta for another 6 weeks. We had a negative experience up until the end - the initial estimate was woefully underestimated preventing me from getting an insurance payout, they got additional repairs without getting approval through insurance, there was poor communication (multiple sources, missed deadlines, periods of silence, having to relay information between insurance and the shop), and it took nearly four months. They surprised me by generously not charging us and thoughtfully hearing us out. The work seems dependable (need to inspect it but I'd do that for any body shop) and they give a free one year warranty that with some exclusions. I think the issues I faced can be entirely addressed through fixing internal processes and the management I met seems capable of that.

I was going to leave a 5 star review but this place keeps lowering down my rating. When I sent my car to them, they said it s a 2 weeks job. And it s been a month already and there is still no update or estimate of finish. The staff was contacting me in a regular basis, but too many excuses there to delay the job. I read about other 1 star reviews, and that s almost the same experience. I wish I read them before I sent my car to the place.

Had an excellent experience getting my BMW fixed here.William was very polite and informative throughout the estimate process and dealt with my insurance so I didn't have to worry about much. He was very thorough and explained the needed fixes in detail.David kept me updated every few days via email while the repair process was underway. Car was as good as new when the repairs finished, and the lifetime warranty adds peace of mind.Very happy with the service here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my one of my side mirror replaced by AutoNation Collision Center Stevens Creek. My case was handled by Ernesto and Alma and I was really impressed and satisfied by their service. Alma kept me updated with all the progress of the work with my car and she managed to accommodate my specific requests to pick up my car by certain time range. I love the great service and flexibility to meet my needs.

Someone hit my car and AutoNation repaired it eventually. I brought the car in for evaluation and parts were ordered. They then notified me via email that the parts were in, even though I d never provided an email address. Obviously, they notified someone else. Six months pass. I call them, find out the rep who has helped me no longer works there, and straighten out the error he made. They tell me to bring in the car for repair. I bring in the car. The parts had been sent back, the repair order was closed. I wait again for the parts to be re-ordered, bring back the car, and the car, which sustained damage in December 2021 is finally repaired in September 2022. Aside from the original error, everyone was nice and helpful.

Not sure where even to start. Terrible experience. I brought my car to Stevens Creek Mercedes for Body shop. It turned out that they are outsourcing it to AutoNation Collision. I would never use Mercedes-Stevens Creek after this very bad experience. And of course never use this repair shop again. After the initial estimates I left my car to Mercedes-Stevens Creek but a week later they told me the price doubled. After many back and forth we agreed with a price which was till 50% more from initial estimation but a week later they negotiate the price again. When they delivered the car to me the steering well was not functioning. I was going to have an accident. The car had general B service maintenance few weeks before I left the car to the body shop and the car did not have that problem when I left my car. I brought the car back to Mercedes immediately and they still charged me for the repair.Stay away of this disorganized, unreliable place.Service: Body & Trim

My car was very well taken care of and I was updated at least weekly on the progress of my car's repairs. Both William and David were very responsive and accommodating when I had a planned vacation and the repairs ran into that time. They coordinated a rental car for me and everything was taken care of. I felt very taken care of by the professionalism of both of these gentlemen. I highly recommend using AutoNation Collision Center.

I used AutoNation Collision Centre through Mercedes of Steven Creek and they were excellent. They were friendly, very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. There were many people involved in the process of my car repair I mainly dealt with Nicholas Xenos who was very quick to respond to any questions i had. The car looks amazing, like new we are very impressed I hope we don t have to use them again but would hesitate if anything was to happen.

Absolutely loved the customer services. Dylan is extremely professional, honest and will provide you with accurate information. Brought my i3 there to repair the front bumper and crack headlight. Dylan helped me order parts, installed them, and repainted the whole bumper. It took less than 1 week for my car to be finish. Car is looking good as new. If anything, ever happens to your car, bring it to Dylan s, he will treat you with respect and honesty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My SLK was broken into in mid May and we dropped it off at the Mercedes dealer. It was not assigned to my usual service provider and the guy who was looking after my job didn't do anything with the car for several days. After being hounded he finally determined that it was not just a window break but also required body repair and paint so the car was transferred to the collision center. They didn't get a hold of my insurance company until the following week. Once they were in touch it was another week before they sent me the paperwork to authorize the car (which includes fine print that if you don't use them they charge you $95/day of storage while the car has been there). Roman my first contact at the collision center and was rarely available by phone or cell, when he did call back he lacked information. Another week went by and I lost my patience and started leaving messages for the head of the service division. No call back from the head but I was finally assigned to Juan who was very apologetic and helpful. However another 2 weeks went by including 3 probable finish dates that fell through, including one due to the wrong parts coming from Germany. After 4.5 weeks I finally picked up my car only to find out later that evening that the leather on the inside door includes an area where it was sliced out from the glass. I haven't even bother to call them back as I don't want to be in the no car merry go round again. I assumed using the dealer was the way to go. Turns out NOPE. Worst car repair experience in 35+ years of driving.

They repaired some scratches on the front passenger door jamb where some idiot tried to stick a coat hanger in there to open the locked car and was not successful. This was a very expensive repair on an Alfa Romeo, requiring removal of both passenger side doors and a month in the body shop, but they did such a good job that it looks like new to me. It is probably difficult for anyone to detect that it was repaired, so it was worth the money and the wait for a perfect job on a stunningly beautiful car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole process went smoothly. It still took 10 days to replace mirror on my mercedes, but I was constantly getting updates and got my car back in mint condition. Got a little bit worried after reading all these reviews, but I've got good experience after all. I was trying to be nice and polite to everyone there, and they were the same way in response to me. Answered all of my questions, easily reachable by phone, very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Very poor customer satisfaction.1. Doesn't get you an appointment before a month.2. Once you have an appointment, they make sure to max out your free insurance rental car days.3. No courtesy follow up, you have to call them.4. Takes plenty of time to repair small things, and delay even more after estimated date.5. Inaccurate estimate emails on days to repair.6. Person incharge told me to pickup my car after 3 weeks, first come at noon to pickup,then in the evening by 5-5:30. When I reached at 5:15, person left already. I asked other person to get my car back in whatever condition it is as I have maxed out my free car rental days. Have to come back again as the car is not even washed.Overall time of whole process is 2 months.Do not give your car to them for repair.

I kind of hesitated to have my car repaired here when I read some of the negative feedbacks for this center. However, it is certified by my insurance company so I dropped my car here for body work. Thanks a lot for my estimator Ernesto. He took care of everything and shorted the time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. The scratch is removed and the body looks good as before. Even though there was a sensor issue found after I picked up my car and I had to return it to the center. It took another 3 days to fix that. But overall, I am satisfied with the service here.

This was my first time, and will be my last time for sure, to send a vehicle here for repair, recommended by Acura dealer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had to leave multiple voice mails and send multiple emails in order to get a response for a status update, and sometimes I had to walk in to speak to the estimator because there was no response otherwise. When I was told that my car is ready to pick up, there were still lots of scratches that did not get fixed, and I had to leave my car there for one more day. Finally, when I picked up my car, the license plate was not on the vehicle, and I was told that they did not have the proper screws to put the license plate back on (excuse me?), and I had to get screws from the Acura dealer and put the license plate back on by myself. Terrible customer service experience throughout the repair process!
