Had to sell my BMW X6 after 13 years of adventures. Didn't put a lot of mileage on X6, because everything slowed down during the pandemic.Will helped us out today as our original contact had a family emergency. Will provided an excellent service. He was clear and transparent in the process of buying the X6 from us. He provided genuine feedback after 20 mins of checking and we didn't feel any discomfort of his service during one hour or so of his service. I would go back and buy the NSX from him...

Rolf Wick was both extremely helpful and accommodating during my visit. I was juggling my morning schedule and trying to fit my car for services and oil change without an appointment was quite ambitious. Rolf made it seamless and addressed several issues that my car needed and kept my looped in on all communications and made sure I was aware and educated on what parts and areas for maintenance was being performed. The service was so friendly and everyone was knowledgeable. Even the people not working directly with us were kind and friendly. I had been to quite a few places where that was not the case over the last few weeks, but at Acura on Stevens Creek, we felt valued and that they actually wanted to help us find the right fit. Nathan took us on our test drive and was very kind to our children too throughout our whole time at the dealership. I was not intending on purchasing a car that day, but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a fair price. Also, they were so mindful that we had kids with us and things went so much more quickly that the last time we purchased a vehicle. From walking around the lot to signing the final documents and setting up my car settings I was very happy. I m so pleased with the quality of my vehicle as well as the positive experience I had while purchasing it. Thank you very much!

Recently purchased a used vehicle here and the experience was smooth and accommodating. I was a little nervous as the dealership is under heavy renovations. However, the staff and salesmen were awesome! The only thing I didn t like was that my credit was pulled on a cash deal. Nathan my salesman was great to work with and was always attentive to my wants. Ryan in finance respected my decisions and honestly the best finance guy I have ever talked to.

Rolf was an amazing partner for us while having our vehicle serviced! He helped us to schedule some regular safety check ups. And quickly had the team evaluate the issues with my TSX in less than 24hrs. He sent texts with explanation of what each issue was and then worked with us to prioritize on the most necessary of improvements.He then worked with us to ensure that we saved some money on our repairs which made us feel like he was working with us versus being sold on repair items.We definitely trust this dealership with Rolf around and expect our vehicle to last a great deal longer thanks to Rolf and his tip top team of mechanics

My experience at AutoNation Stevens Creek Acura was nothing short of amazing. My service professional, Andrea, assisted with all of my needs. She was able to fit my car in for service on a busy weekend. Andrea responded promptly and kept me updated with my car throughout the entire time . Andrea was kind, reassuring, and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back to this location to service my car in the future!

I had a great car service experience with Andrea. She got the car issue diagnosed pretty quickly. She explained everything to me and also texted me to follow up. She kept me up to date as to the problems with my car and where they were at in the process of repairing it. She was very courteous and helpful. In my 30+ years of having my cars serviced, this was hands down the best customer service.

Andrea from Service team was my primary contract. Though I did not bought car at this showroom, I had to bring it here for diagnostics, I was able to get issue with my MDX multi purpose camera fixed. Andrea was so knowledgeable, resourceful and patient. I would definitely recommend this showroom to my colleagues and friends. She actively followed up during entire process.

Danny was great to talk to on the phone, very polite and helpful, not pushy, and Will gave me stellar service when I came in to do the trade-in. Because I showed up at the appointment time Will met me in the parking lot, greeted me by name to check out the car and he and his manager and I were able to come to an agreement on a very good price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danny and Will at AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek to anyone.

This dealership is great! My salesperson, Alexis answered all my questions before I went in and then gave a very thorough test drive. He alongside his sales manager, Ali WORKED to got me a fantastic deal on the vehicle I wanted. When it was time to sign and accept delivery, he even picked me up from the caltrain station, going above and beyond my expectations. They got me a car that noone else even test drove before , final test drive and walk around to make sure all was right. All was smooth sailing as my loan was pre-approved and they informed me prior what documents I needed to bring in. Just all around great service from the crew at AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek. Good dealership, sold my car here and it was an okay experience. Got a fair deal on my car. The only thing that was disappointing is after signing the paperwork, they took 1.5 hours to give me my money via check, they need to understand that everyone s time is valuable in this world and it needs to be respected. Also, I felt personally that once the paperwork is signed, they didn t give much importance to me but more to a couple who came in to buy a car, I was still waiting for my check while they were done with their new car purchase, quite disappointing in that regard.

I had hopes of an easy, quick buying process. Alas Stevens Creek Acura insists on making it complicated. It took a couple of hours and it really shouldn t have.Worse, despite being a certified pre owned Acura, the car had some basics issues with it (door locks didn t work), and they were completely unhelpful in getting anything resolved. Sales team ignored us and Service Team screwed up three consecutive appointments. Would not do business with them again unless I had to.

I bought my RDX in 2019 and started seeing infotainment issues same year within 6 months and took my car there and they didn t nothing about it , just reset it and sent be back home after hours. Since then Autonation kept telling me to call customer care and customer care would open a case and close a case because they can not reproduce it or they can t handle service department to close the issue. One time during pandemic this back and forth ping pong situation between customer care and automation Stevens creek got so worse that customer care I can go and file a case. I was very disappointed. Rather than changing the infotainment System or fixing it in every time I took my car, it wasn t fix. Not because they sold faulty car that too so expensive plus never took steps to make customer happy when we buy and chose luxury model to pay so much from our hard earned money. Then after couple of years of follow up and back and forth I stopped calling customer care as I didn t get any care actually. I wouldn t recommend RDX or ACURA for the multiple issues(not just one) in the infotainment system. It was security issue too as for e.g. in the middle of Mountain View downtown in 2019(same year when I bought car) ; the infotainment system went blue screen and all the software/hardware/cameras are there so I couldn t even reverse my car or see camera or Do anything as screen went blue. When I pulled over and restarted car then it rebooted and it came back. Other issues like, CarPlay not working which still doesn t work most of the times, weird screeen crashes multiple times while having map on it etc etc . I feel like cheated customer after getting the top most luxury model of Acura.

Called for a service appointment in October 2023 and was disappointed that the Service Advisor I had worked with previously was no longer available. The Customer Service Representative assigned my service to Service Advisor Rolf. Rolf was personable and ensured I understood all the details of my service (which I already knew :). He provided his direct contact information for me to reach out to him anytime I had questions about my car. Car was ready within a reasonable timeframe. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would welcome working with Rolf in the future.

The young woman who worked with us was excellent. Made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Everything about the process was very professional. Unexpectedly, at no point did we feel we were in the clutches of the archetypal car sales negotiator, something we had experienced only an hour before!
