Worst experience ever.Do not buy anything from this Guy. Do not get any services done either.He's a scammer. Went to get my tyres replaced and he told me that the brake pads were worn out. Since I needed the car urgently I asked him to get them replaced. After replacing the pads his mechanic told me that the pads were as good as new and there wasn't any need for replacement. Also asked me to keep my car over night as I wouldn't even be able to drive another 5 miles with the worn out brake pads. I drove 60 miles and nothing happened. Do not keep your car over night at his workshop, you might end up loosing some parts. Charges a lot for Alignment but wouldn't get the job done. had to spend another $90 at a different workshop to rectify it. Be Alert Do your research before you go here.

They definitely know their stuff regarding wheels and tires. I came in with a nail in my tire and they removed it and plugged it all for a really good price. And they informed me about the current condition of my tires and when they might need replacing. Very helpful.

So I got a huge screw in my tire , panicked an call a-1 they were no nice told me to come. They fixed my tire only 13 dollors an there prices for all are so reasonable especially for this day my an age! They do oil changes etc. The hospitality was amazing! I will be going there for now on! YES I recommend this place. ......

Recently had some work done to my lifted 2005 Silverado 4x4. The people are very friendly. The owner worked with me in diagnosing the combination of issues I was having. Extremely fair pricing. I even had a conversation with a few other mechanics friends of mine. They too thought I got an excellent deal for the amount of work done.

I visited this place and got all new rims and tires for my car and got it after couple of days . It was very nice and I liked it and the price was definitely the best . Staff was very friendly and Happy the owner was very cooperative and he also helped me with his loaner rims for one week without any charge . Must recommend this place . A must visit for any car tire or oil changes service very quick and friendly. Thnks a lot once again

You may be able to scrape a deal here, but be wary of this place.Here's my story.I brought my car for an alignment midday Monday after calling ahead and being told to "just bring it by". Sounded great, especially with short notice. When I got there they had several vehicles waiting for tires and wouldnt be able to get to it right away. Fair enough, I thought, and left the keys.I also specifically asked for a before and after report, as is typical for alignments (this will become relevant later).Rather than rush them I said take as long as you need. The next day I stopped by in the afternoon hopeful that the work was done, but I was given an excuse for why it hadnt been gotten to yet (he hadnt come in until 2pm that day...) But fine, I did say take as long as you need and we hadnt agreed on a completion date.Another entire day went by without any word. Now I started to get worried. I called the next morning and was told that the work was done and he just forgot to call me. Sounded like bs to me, but fine. I headed over and thats where the issues really started..I asked how the alignment went and what the measurements were before and after. Jassi says it was his brother who did the work and he doesnt know.I ask for the report, but he says the printer is broken.He assures me verbally that the work was done and that if I have any issues I can just bring it back and they will take care of it. Feeling reassured, I paid. Before I left the parking lot I looked at the adjustments and noticed it didnt look like they had been moved. I go back in and say I want the report to be able to trust the work. Jassi says I can leave the keys again and his brother will take another look, but can't give an estimate of when that will happen or even when his brother will be in, citing family illness as the reason.At that point I felt he cant be trusted. I asked for a refund which was charged back to my card (without a hassle). On my way to Auto Innovations I saw that my steering wheel was about 5 degrees off to the right. The Auto Innovations tech also noticed one of my lug nuts was missing. All lug nuts were present when the car was dropped off.I've posted a photo of the alignment before and after from Auto Innovations, notice how far off the before measurements are. The car was driven directly from A1 to Auto Innovations.To be fair, Jassi was apologetic and sounded understanding when I came back. He did refund my money without dispute, and was also willing to pay for a replacement OEM lugnut. +1 star for his willingness to try to resolve the situation.What I would like to see in the future is an accountability of the business as a whole. The responsibility for a mistake by one service person is shared across the entire business. It isnt acceptable to say "my brother did the work so I dont know anything about it" or "my brother told me it was done and that's why I thought it was done, sorry about that"

Talk about predatory this place totally took advantage of my dad. He took his truck to have his alignment done, and they didn't even put it on the alignment rack. He had to bring it back 3 times because the Wheel was crooked.

I have to give these guys a 5. I went there with a slow leak in my tire. The guy took it off and diagnosed it immediately where the issue was and found the leak, the tire was cracked from the back so a repair wasn't possible. The guy in charge cane out and found a new replacement tire and charged me $80 for everything. I got a new tire and was out of there in 15 minutes.

Came in here today because one of my tires had a small leak I was hoping to get patched. The young lady at the front (Consuela) greeted me immediately and had me pull my car in to have the tire inspected. Took the gentleman (I didn t catch his name) maybe 30 seconds to find the issue, and I was also informed my rear brake pads were toast. Got my tire patched and brake pads replaced in a very timely manner, and Consuela was great with keeping me updated through the process. Great service, great price, great experience. I ll come back for sure if I have any other tire or brake issues, and definitely will recommend them!

I've been going to Happy since 2019. Each and every time I leave, I feel well taken care of. He has fixed so many things on my vehicle - anything from patching up a tire to replacing my alternator. His prices are unbeatable and the work quality is great.

8-5-2022. I don't want to set the expectations too high, but man it was very quick and exactly what I needed. My Subaru Impreza had a flat, rear right. I happened to be near by so I pulled in. The place didn't look fancy but don't let the look fool you.One of the workers had me pull forward immediately. I showed the flat tire and he got the jack out almost immediately and took the tire off. He showed me where it was worn, it was pretty bad. I asked him how much and he said $120. I went in and paid. By the time I walked out of the office/waiting area the worker finished putting the tire on with the electric ratchet he took the tire off with. Then he said ready. I left and was good to go.It was practically drive thru service. I was so happy that I felt compelled to thank them more than once, of my own volition.The workers there take their job seriously and I was VERY fortunate to have discovered them.

Never doing business again that s why they gave me free alignments. Is was too good to be ture They left my rack and pinion loose. Terrible experience the worst communication.
