Great service overall! Impressed with customer service and quality of the repairs. Chris was great to work with and took the time to review the work and quote prior to the repair and walk through the repairs performed afterwards. He dealt with insurance directly and made sure the quote was detailed with photos to minimize disputes. After the repair, my Tesla looks like new after getting side swiped while parked. I highly recommend this shop!

I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. When asked what I owe him he said nothing.I highly recommend 101 Collision Center if you are looking for friendly and fast service. I have a feeling they will do a fair assessment of any situation and provide a fair quote too. One can tell by the service Chris provided.

I had my Tesla repaired at 101 Collision Center, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Joe and Sung went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for understanding the urgency of my situation. With my family visiting for the weekend, he prioritized my vehicle and expedited the repairs, surpassing my expectations. The quality of the repair work, fixing, and painting was truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend 101 Collision Center for their professional and top-notch service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Editing the review to reply to the owner's response on my review - Per the Owner - "My manager took pictures of your liftgate and explained to you that the lifetime warranty does not apply if the panel has been damaged since the repair ( which it has)". My reply to Owner's response - I have uploaded another picture that shows the paint job gone bad is at least 1 ft away from the scratch by the garage door. And BTW, the paint job went bad before the brush by the garage door. If the reasoning is that the car should not be scratched from anywhere for the life time warranty to hold, then I am done with Collision 101. What kind of excuse is this?. My review stands - worse than 0 stars.I wish there is negative star option for this business that I could give. We took our Toyota RAV4 as our car was rear ended by another car. 101 collision gave all sort of life time warranty on the denting and paint job. After one year of the job, the paint started cracking. I took the car to them to show it. The staff saw it and agreed that the paint job was cracking for no apparent reason. But then asked me to come again after talking with the owner on phone as the owner wanted to see it himself. I went twice again taking time out from my busy schedule, but didn't find owner at the shop. The staff said the owner is available only between 9-12 PM that too only on weekdays. Really?? I asked the owner I could leave the car and he could inspect all that he wanted. or if he did not trust his staff as they inspected it. Else, he could send come to my house in Almaden to check if wanted. He had all the pictures. But, He seems to be completely irresponsible in servicing customer. All empty promises of lifetime warranty. serious waste of time, effort & money. I would seriously discourage anyone getting a repair or paint job done at 101 collision Santa Clara.Service: Painting

I had a great experience dealing with 101 Collision Center. The work they did on my car was excellent - all the scratches and dent were gone, and the car looked brand new. The price was also very reasonable and Chris took great care of our car needs, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality auto-body work. Thank you, Chris and team, for your hard work!

I m not usually give any good review for car shop but this auto body shop just blow my mind and save my day. I got some minor scratch on my Tesla MYLR and since it s nearly new car I still want to get it fixed even it s very minor. I searched online and know this place is among the first few Tesla preferred body shop. I called and went there after making appointment for estimation. Sung helped me and surprisedly just fixed my issue in about 15 minutes without even asking for a dime. He is really honest and told me the scratch is really minor and I can actually leave with it but still decided to just clean up and touch up quickly for me to make it hardly noticed. He also provided lots of suggestions and tips for taking care of my Tesla. I appreciated his help and I think this is the way auto shops should do business and therefore I decided to leave this review with my experience to help others. Thanks again Sung and 101 collision center to save my day!

It's always pleasant to see outstanding courtesy and customer service and this place provided that to me. Joe, Sung and others were amazing. Joe took time to answer my questions and he was patient, knowledgable and kind. Sung also had a very good attitude and behavior. Their work was done in time and in a very good quality. I highly recommend this business.

Just spoken to the owner of the business. They advised me that they turn down 8 out of 10 quotes because they are to busy to handle the work. I know if my Tesla needed repair I would not wait months for a quote.

I went during Covid, and was glad I was able to be in and out pretty quickly. They seemed really knowledgeable. I originally went in for a replacement, but they suggested a repair which was cheaper. They assured me the repair will make the part look brand new. I have never seen plastic cracks being repaired so I was skeptical, but the end result was perfect. They finished the job in a day, gave me a discount for "coming here from Yelp", and gave me a warranty on the work for the life of the car.I don't go to body shops often but I cannot imagine the others exceeding the quality here.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Needed a front fender re-attached after hitting a pole. They were able to fit me in on short notice and had the fender solidly glued back on within an hour. Price was very reasonable and they gave several options depending on what I wanted in the repair and results. The waiting room was sparse but comfortable, bring a pocket-wifi or data-plan. Will be going there again next-time there is a ding or dent in the car.

101 collision is the only body shop I trust with my car. They have repainted my car and done numerous body modifications for me. The work is always quality, done in a timely manner, and nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend 101 for any of your body needs and more !

came here at 8 on a Monday and the front door was closed. walked to the back and asked for an estimate and guy said I have to wait for owner to show up. Waited for 15 minutes and left. Bad service
